Stopped in to get a new battery. They claimed no one there to put it in as the guy was about to leave. They didn’t close for another hour! Why offer the service if you can’t fulfill it? Auto Zone was very happy to take the business. Don't
recommend.
Though I would check out because I used to go to Salvo. These places keep getting worse and worse. Have previously worked in auto parts and repair for 30+ years. Young lady too busy interested in her phone on Thursday morning. Very much like a robot, no personal connection with customers. Car guys like small talk and a personality from a GOOD parts person. Man have times sure changed. They hire these woman and they feel like they have something to prove because they don't know anything about cars especially older cars. Could only imagine what it's like working for them. So they have a chip on their shoulder. Sure they can look up parts fast and play with the computer but a good parts person is hard to find these days. I usually deal with internet places like rock auto but sometimes you need something today. Probably won't be back.
I wanted to thank Mr.John for helping me replace my rear turn signals in my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and patient explaining how things work. He went above and beyond. Excellent service!

Purchased windshield wipers - I was told that the person that installs them would be in soon. The cashier Erin was extremely helpful. It was 30°outside. Not sure if replacing windshield wipers were part of her job. However she took the time to help me (age 67 lol) and did a great job!. New wipers are on and work great!
Samantha has horrible skills after providing part number she wants to argue and not do her job!!! Had to talk to Charles and verify the part for my vehicle was the correct one and he confirmed I was correct.
I had a fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts! I needed a part for my car, and Adam, Donte, and Kush were extremely helpful. Before I even paid, I asked if it was the correct part for my car, and Adam and Kush personally escorted me to my vehicle to make sure it fit. Although it turned out not to be the right part, Donte helped me search online for the correct one since the store didn’t carry it.
All three were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during what could have been a stressful situation. I truly appreciated their help and would definitely visit this location again!
I've always gone to salvo's to buy antifreeze and after O'Reilly took over they raise the price by 10 dollars on a gallon. All the prices are way more expensive than salvo's. I ended up going somewhere else.
