Made a 2pm appointment arrived 30minutes early for the female at the counter to tell me they won’t get to my car for another hour. Then she got smart and I’m supposed to just sit there and wait because they’re running behind? I get everyone has a bad day or personal issues but leave that attitude at home. This is why I don’t do no business in dundalk. Had to come back on Sunday for them to destroy my inner tie rod and wanted to charge me $175hr to fix something they messed up to begin with. Never take your vehicle here! Absolutely unprofessional and I had to tow it myself somewhere to have the problem fixed

Satirize was great with her customer service and I enjoyed my experience with her and I would love for her to wait on me every time I come to get a oil change.

Went to this beautiful location about 2 hours before close for two front tires.. the wonderful staff and the technician Chris made me feel so at home would highly recommend especially for those who seek good atmosphere and great service thank you again service team!

Recieved a lower rate due to having my own supplies for an oil change down the street, however poor customer service caused me to leave and come here where I was welcomed professionally and kindly. Although a little bit more in price not unreasonable. Great and quick service. Well done

The lady at the front desk was AMAZING! It is winter and she made sure the workers figured out what my car needed and that it was done before the end of the day! She cared about my car as a whole and giving me the best price. She even noticed my significant other left and I was cold and sniffling so she made sure I got into a warmer area. She is funny, kind, caring, and GREAT at her job! She is the only one there that opens and closes. I 1000% recommend visiting NTB for your car needs.

I stopped in to get a tire repair without an appointment. And they squaws me in between scheduled appointments. It actually made my day before the big snowstorm. I owned two vehicles and I bring them both up em here at this location to be service.And I recommend that you always be able to get good service here

I love this place, it's my go to any time I'm having car issues. The people there are very helpful, especially DaTonice! Their prices are more than fair and service is transparent. I highly recommend

My experience was pleasant as I needed a wheel alignment, purchased two tires, and the warranty. The manger was very friendly and kept us updated as we waited, while the work was completed. My only complaint was that no one mentioned the online coupon for the wheel alignment. However, they fully completed the work even though it went pass closing.

DO NOT GO HERE. dropped my car off at 9am for new tires and was told it would be about an hour wait. 3 hours later I called and they said they’ve been trying to call me but had the wrong number, which is weird because they’ve called me multiple times before I dropped my car off and even once that morning. Then they tell me I need new lug nuts and couldn’t give me my car until I got them then after I buy them, they tell me I need new studs too and can’t put the lugs on. I had to drive home with three lugs holding my wheel on and guess what? I EASILY put on the missing lugs without issue. Then they told me the final price was almost $100 more than what was agreed to online because of hidden “fees”. 6 hours for new tires. Absolute scam.

I can't find my previous review to update it but I was able to get the confusion and situation straightened out and even gave then a sweet cinnamon treat as a thank you for taking great care of our car. Big shout out to Eric, Kevin, and the rest of the team.

Kevin was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the best cabin filter for my car. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel rushed. I really appreciated how patient, friendly, and knowledgeable they were. Because of is help, my car will be running better and I feel confident about my choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car!

Amazing customer service. Eddie at the front desk was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. Brandon, one of the techs, came over, explained the issue with my vehicle clearly, and took care of it right away. I really appreciate how well the team works together and how they communicate directly with the customer. The pricing is very fair and affordable. I used to love this shop, I went here for everything my car needed. It's gone down hill! I went a few weeks ago believing I had a leak in one of my tires. The mechanic told me my tires were just old, needed to be replaced and they tried to push/scare me into buying a whole set of 4 tires (despite the tires being a year and a half old). I said no. I went to another shop, they found the leak and plugged it in 10 minutes. Commenting that my tires are practically brand new! I wouldn't recommend. They saw an opportunity to make some money on me, and went for it.

I’m just a girl ? I was driving and my tire started to go flat. I pulled up to NTB & they not only fixed my tire but I got to laugh as well, Kevin is amazing and he’s great at what he does. My new tire spot for sure.

I ordered 2 Hankook Kinergy tires with a noon appointment. I was out the door in an hour and 15 min. Polite techs, very hospitable and a no nonsense in and out done well. These cats can cook. To the young bro who offered me a computerized alignment for 99, ILL BE BACK.

Today 24NOV25 our car had a leaking valve stem, we called into NTB in the morning for a quote and to ask how long it would take, Kevin was kind and courteous and provided the quote. The quote was cheaper than anyone else in the area. Upon arriving Kevin even came out and helped us unload the tire and wheel and carried into the store, he went into the back and in less than 10 minutes came back out with our repaired wheel and tire. Could not have asked for a better experience, very professional, extremely friendly environment, and they worked as fast as they could, all at the lowest price in the area. Thank you so much Kevin for taking care of us!

Very happy with my experience at the Dundalk location. Kevin and the staff there were extremely transparent an professional. They even took me in the back to showed me where the parts were faulty on my vehicle. Will def be back!!!

Today I went to NTB for a new battery and my expectations were fully fulfilled. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kevin and the team and I have never been happier. I appreciated the support and the thorough breakdown of what my car needed. 10/10 recommend.

Kevin was professional, transparent and manages the shop well balancing both caring for customers and employees. I saw him handle a disconcerting situation with tact. As for my service he took ownership for any misunderstanding between myself and an associate over the phone, walked me through the entire breakdown and applied all available discounts, and even walked me back to see the work that was done and had the mechanic explain why. I'm grateful and I feel confident about returning for ongoing service.

They take great care of you and the staff are pleasant and friendly and really do care. They make sure very well taken care of. Kept me updated. I took it for new tires and asked them to check in the front end for a rattling noise that I asked another business to fix and wasn't. They found the issue and were able to find the parts and have it all done that day. Anyone looking for great service and great guys... come here for service ?

They squeezed me in to get oil changed when they were busy. They got me in and out so fast that I now will start coming here for all my services. The staff was very professional and the manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know when I’d be due for other services and gave me a good time frame to service other maintenance items. Great experience, quick service. 5/5
