The manager Edwin at AutoZone thank you so much he really made my day less stressful my battery I bought Less Than 3 weeks and my battery was only a 90-day warranty but only had a 3 week warranty and I paid $99 for it so I go back to AutoZone an employee there was not trying to explain to me what was going on so my mother told me to to speak to the manager so the manager came over and my mother asked him that I need a better battery because I have a 6 cylinder they gave me a cheap battery that died Less Than 3 weeks and he came through for me that manager day I recommend everyone please go to AutoZone the manager was awesome he saved me a lot of money so I got a 4-year warranty on my battery again thank you Edwin ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from yours Christina

I want to thank devin for taking the time to help me with my car . After waiting in life for about 7 minutes while he was with a customer. The other people were playing around in and out the bathroom and looking for other stuff he asked if some one could help me no one did at the end he ended up helping me and my husband and was very nice and showed me how to put the oil in my car thank you again .

I ordered a part from the Autozone website and the part didn’t not fit my car as it stated on the website. I came in the store at Dundalk location and I was accused of using the product and trying to return it. I clearly couldn’t use a product that could not fit on my car. I reported this issue to corporate and heard nothing.

Customer service is terrible even if they say they have your part you might as well order it because it'll be the wrong one when you get there anyway.

THANK YOU ? Russell, Ben, and Megan at the Merritt blvd AutoZone.. I contacted the Regional to let them know about the service that you performed helping me...? Folks they work TOGETHER really well (TEAM) and help each other for us customers... They know their business... and they DIG and DO research to get it RIGHT for you.... THEY went above and beyond to HELP me with my power steering fluid leak with the hose and clamps... Bottom line this was EXCELLENT service? and it needs to be NOTICED especially during this day and age... Thanks everybody at the Merritt boulevard AutoZone... THANK YOU ?

Website says store is open until 10pm on Friday. Stop at store at 9:05pm, and they’re standing inside saying the store closed at 9pm. Very unprofessional. 1 star for management!

My MOST favorite Automotive parts store in the WHOLE WORLD ! ? I order online most of the time and take advantage of the coupons and the discounts getting things in a VERY timely manner delivered right to my doorstep ! ?? I ALSO buy a lot of automotive parts "I HAVE NEED FOR INSTANTLY" from this PARTICULAR PHYSICAL location on "Merritt boulevard" as well !?, I purchase from all their brands ! because I've NEVER had a problem with ANY of my orders or parts ! EVER ! ?? And you CAN'T say that for just ANYBODY these days ! In fact ! I can't say that for anybody, in ANY location, or ANY AUTOMOTIVE store with ANY parts I've ever shopped for and purchased !? That being said, this will always be my FAVORITE go to store whether I shop online or in the physical store personally ! ? I always get great service !, great prices ! and BEST of all, GREAT PARTS !! (SEE PICS ) that I've never had to claim a warranty on BTW ! ??? That says a lot !? Not to mention it's the best place ever to borrow RENTAL tools to get the job done as well ! (SEE PICS)? you get the (BEST QUALITY RENTAL TOOLS !(SEE PICS) and all you have to do is leave a deposit and then return The tools when you're finished and get every nickel back ! ? What an excellent service to extend to your customers ! ?? How's that for loyalty !? ??Speaking of loyalty ! , I've ALSO been racking up loyalty points for every purchase, ever since they introduced the program ! ?? I've gotten a nice crispy $20 bill from all my accumulated loyalty points MANY times over to put toward my future purchases !? Clean helpful environment. I was able to do just about everything I set out to accomplish. Very impressed with this specific location compared to the other AutoZone stores located in Baltimore. Not only clean, also friendly and the employees were just cool and kind. Even the District manager was there participating with the employees and customers as well! Definitely my new favorite auto store and I will definitely return to that specific location again. Great job and great team work to everyone I saw/spoke to during my visit????

You are our new "go to" location. And if you need our core battery for inventory reasons, North Point is holding it hostage, from all of us ?

Gave them a specific part no. They came back with the wrong part. Assumed it was correct and when I got home I opened the box for a oil pan gasket which was wrong. Tried to return it but I was told they won't do it because the box had been opened on a part that they gave me was incorrect. Now im gonna leave a bad review that Aoutozone corporate will respond with how"" they strive to get their customers the right parts and quality service. And strive to have a positive experience"".....BLA,BLA,BLA,BLA.....They pretty much stole my money because of some crap policy about part being unreturnable because it was opened. I would have no problem with a small re stocking fee . Instead, if the Autozone employees give you the wrong part in a box and you find out it's not right .....YOUR SCREWED !!!! NOW, Go ahead with your lame response " Autozone "

Only giving stars to the gentleman that assisted in getting me the correct wiper blade for my rear windshield. The manager (an elderly white woman) was very disrespectful. Very Unprofessional and miserable. Didn't welcome any customers that came in, and after I was standing there for what felt like forever, I had to ask her for assistance and the look she gave me you would have thought I stole her food. She said the wiper blade I had in my hand was correct. I told her it was not as my wiper isn't a J-hook but a different connector. I told her she was welcome to try to put it on for me And instead of assisting, she shoved me to the side for another busy employee who was already doing things to take care of me. That young gentleman deserves a raise. shame on the manager on duty. Do better

Very disappointed with my order! Ordered rear pair noticed I said PAIRRRRR of rotors only to be sent one …. Rediculous no communication, no detail of explanation of what you’re getting on website…. I guess this is why Amazon is kicking everyone’s butt

I was so lost about putting my windshield wipers on, and I had to drive out of town. I wasn’t sure if I could receive help from an associate from AutoZone, but the Ms. Nicole took time to come outside in the snow, to help me out!! I am so grateful!! Thank you Ms. Nicole!!!

Headlight was out. My husband called to ask if I purchased the headlight there could it be installed? He was told yes. I leave work and run here and purchased the headlight and asked could it be installed the guy told me that Auto Zone does NOT! No AutoZone does it and they aren’t supposed to do it he said he would do it but he doesn’t know how. I had already purchased it and my husband was at work I just left the store. I made my husband aware and he called back spoke to Megan and was told AGAIN if I purchased it there it could have been installed and they weren’t sure as to why I was told that….

Battery died on me before heading to work but I was able to get a new one quickly and Zion replaced it for me. It was not easy remove but he did an amazing job. So sorry to have you out in the freezing cold doing that but, I am so grateful for you help!

The staff is friendly and very helpful! I needed a new battery for my car and they helped me select the correct one and installed it for me while I waited. I will definitely go back to this location next time I need something.

All the people here are so friendly and helpful except the woman who is working here. I have had a bad experience with here many times whenever I come to the store . Not just me, i saw here once how she was talking to a spanish who doesnt speak a good english and she got mad at him . she is unfriendly, she speaks with an angry accent, angrily staring at me . I don't feel comfortable coming here to inquire about something.. I would like you please to train your agent how to talk to customers and treat them fairly.

I purchased a new battery and had it installed today. I called many places, even stopped at another AutoZone, this is the only place that answered the phone immediately, that was able to speak with me right away, and that told me that they could absolutely come out and check my battery and give me feedback. From the phone call all the way through the battery installation, I dealt with a store employee named D and he was fantastic - with me and everyone else I saw him interact with. The store was consistently busy and he and his front counter co-worker were great. While D changed my battery, he offered me insight and advice on my car and things to which I should pay attention. I will absolutely make sure that moving forward when I have car needs, to stop there and to send people to the store. I’m appreciative of the the help, and honestly, the general kindness shown.

Was easy to find what we were looking for and the guy even suggested an option to save us a few dollars. Only 4 stars because there was a huge line, at least 4 people behind the counter but only 1 working the register. Looked like the others were pulling orders which should have been put on hold by at least 1 of them to help handle the line. It's not like it was a weekend, it was 1 pm on a Tuesday. No reason for a huge line.

I walked up to the register with my purchase, and the clerk was on the phone calling a customer. That's completely understandable, that he did not immediately stop and take care of me. However, hanging the phone up, looking up another phone number, and then dialing out to call another person without even looking at me to acknowledge I was there, is not acceptable.

Very helpful staff in general. One of the staff (James) helped me find the AC idler pulley for my vehicle. James went above and beyond by helping dislodge the old pulley from the bracket. Great service everytime I go.

Very friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help and answer any and all questions i may have had. They help install some of the parts like winshiel wiper blades, bulbs and car batteries. When I had to return a part because it wasn't what I needed they returned it with no questions asked. They have the most competitive prices around. Everything is always in stock or they can send you to one of their many other locations and call ahead of time to have it ready and waiting for you. Or they can have it at that location within the next day or so.they genuinely care about their customers and their general needs. It's bad enough having to have work needed to be done on your car and put the money out for it. They make it a little bit easier by helping any way they can. I love the new rewards card they have. If you don't have they rewards card you need to inquire about it. You earn points that you turn into cash towards future purchases.
