Super honest shop. They will only recommend what is absolutely needed and charge a fair price. Its also worth noting that they use high quality parts. KYB for suspension components for my car which is actually a GREAT brand. Min also has never let me uber back home and given me a ride even on busy days. This kind of honest and friendly mechanic is hard to find these days. Ill be coming here for all my work moving forward.
We felt so fortunate to be introduced to Min by a long time customer of his. Our reliable mechanic of over a decade closed shop and we had a series of bad experiences before Min. He repaired the electrical and mechanical damage caused by the other shops, found a solution to the problem we had with the car since we initially purchased it used from another shop, and did all the work in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. We live on the other side of town, but it's absolutely worth it to make the trip to have such a trustworthy and knowledgable person to work with. We will be coming here exclusively for as long as he will have us.
Normally I have my own mechanics at Charing Cross Car Care Center, but they are closed unfortunately on weekends. This Saturday morning en route to work, I noticed my brake line and hose are lying on the ground on the left side! As I was to see another mechanic to repair it(which he refused as althrough his sign says he opens at 8am,he said he wasn't ready),as I was to take my chances getting to work despite my situation which is an emergency, as I was to pull off,I noticed this shop adjacent to the first one. The mechanic saw me and welcomed me in! He wasted no time repairing my brake lines and he even repaired my front deflector that was dislodged! Very through, honest work. Excellent price! If I ever have an emergency with my car on the weekend, I'm coming back to see him!
Min has been my go to guy for the last 3yrs. He works on and maintains my Lexus sc430, Acura MDX and Honda Accord. He knows his stuff. Sent many of my friends and family to him.
I visited this place 3 days ago for a routine check-up and an oil change. My car is 5 years old and had a rear-ended collision on 495 last year. Extensive repair done by insurance. It took an hour to wait because I did not make an appointment. Busy place. Min inspected my vehicle, and his associate did the oil change. Min personally involved with my car, took time to explain the procedure, and charged a very fair price for that. I feel much comfortable than going to a fancy dealership, whose service advisors at the check up bay will recommend unnecessary repair to be done before even looking at the vehicle. Even with an hour wait, the total time spent is less than an oil change at a dealership. 2 and a half hour including the wait. Caution: Min does not provide a free coffee, wifi, and a nice lounge like a dealership and then charge you an arm and a leg.
I went to other places for inspection and they were saying to fix stuff that my mechanic said were perfectly fine (suspension parts that weren't worn and had no play). I came here and they inspected me, found some actual real problems, fixed them, and passed me
I cannot say Enough! The point of contact with Min about my auto repairs are STELLAR! He has done several repairs and I haven't had a complaint. He explains the issues and gives me Honest recommendations on repair and labor prices. Min Auto is a Outstanding Auto Repair shop! I will Always give a 5 star referral.
I went to have some major work done and the owner was so kind and helpful explaining everything along the way They ended up doing a wonderful job on my car at less than half of what the dealer would charge I would recommend anyone to come here for any kind of repair

One of the best places to take your vehicle! They don't kill your pocket do great work have your car ready at the time they say. I stopped going to the Mercedes dealer to get my car worked on..I go to Min's!
