Caton Radio is great. We had a problem with a back up camera that we purchased a decade ago. They set up an appointment and fixed the issue within 45 minutes at no charge to us. they are the beat!!

I've been coming here for years and years. My tint has always held up without any issues. The lady who answers the phone has ALWAYS been very helpful, friendly and professional. She never rushes you off the phone and she will answer any question asked of her, pertaining to the window tint.

The technicians at Caron radio were able to slide me into their busy schedule and install my LED light bars to my undercarriage in one day for my road trip..??

I had remote starter installed. Sabrina on the front desk scheduled it. John called me the day before to confirm it. The technician installed it and it's now the greatest thing to me since sliced bread, especially since it's been cold! Thank you Caton Radio. You R the best and I do recommend you! Five stars.

Had the chance to be helped by 2 different people on 2 separate installs. The first visit in person, I spoke with Nick who was knowledgeable and patient and did not try to rush me into making a purchase. That original experience convinced me to call 4 days later to ask about a second installation. Had the opportunity to speak with Sabrina. Even though it was right before closing on black Friday, she took the time to explain different options for what I wanted without worrying about the closing time. They both followed up with me in case I had additional questions. There are many businesses that can install audio equipment in your car, but working with people like Nick and Sabrina who won't try to take advantage of the customer, make Caton Radio the best.

They had no issue with installing my aftermarket dash cam. Also, it only took one hour instead of their estimate of two. Very clean install with no excess wires showing. Very friendly staff too. I will recommend Caton Radio to all of my friends and family

From my experience with Caton radio ,Sabrina really was very attentive to my audio issues. She even went out her way ti do some researching to get certain parts that was needed . Never did she make me feel as though she didn’t care at all . I would recommend this place again and again !!! 3/17/24 Sabrina was and always have been awesome since I first came to caton radio. This shop was recommended to me with another shop by the Toyota dealership. I chose this one because of the familiar location. Greeted with courtesy. Sabrina was very helpful when describing the alarm systems available for my vehicle. She gave detailed explanation of how the system works. She assured me that she uses the same system and that it works well, she's had no problems with it. I was also told that if I have any problems with it I can bring the vehicle back. I was also told to feel free to call with any questions. My experience with Sabrina was pleasant.

Lost all sound in my 2015 Dodge Ram Alpine system. 2 auto radio shops and 2 Dodge Ram dealership service centers said I would need to replace entire system estimate of $1300 to $1500 Friend refered me to Caton Radio, All I can say is Amazing Stopped in spoke with Sabrina who asked a few questions and within minutes she pretty much diagnosed the problem. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm for 5/20/24 Little over an hour later and $89.25 my system was working perfect and Sabrina's diagnosis was correct. Unbelievable 4 seperate places said I needed a complete new system costing well over a thousand dollars. Caton Radio honesty, integrity, reasonable and quality. The customer service I receive from Canton Radio, Ms Sabrina, was second to none. Miss Sabrina make sure that my product was to my liking and communication exceeded the norm. Miss Sabrina communicated with me on a daily basis either by email or by phone calls in regards to my new radio. Once my radio arrived at Canton Radio she made sure it was the right product, and schedule the installation in a timely manner. I received superb beyond superb services at Canton Radio as well as though Miss Sabrina. I cant say no more, Ms. Sabrina was friendly, professional, and the girl knows her stuff in regards to products. To date my experience at Caton Radio has been superior to any auto service business I have been to in years. I credit my long time satisfaction and high level of service to my Customer Service Rep, Ms. Sabrina,. Her high level of professionalism and detail to quality service is above and beyond. Sabrina gave excellent customer service!!! She actually took the time to research two Vehicles that I owe to see which product would be more compatible for my cars!!! While at the same time she was working with customers who had 9am appointments in the store!!! I called in she could have easily ask me to call back! But she didn’t she help for at least 30-40 mins while multitasking with other customers she is the best hands ?? down that you for excellent customer service Sabrina ?

I have been in communication with Sabrina at Caton Radio. Sabrina is very kind, knowledgeable, and looks out for the best interest of the client (me). Initially, I was told that I would need a new radio which cost $5k. Sabrina immediately said no and that she would do some research after the technician did the initial assessment. Sabrina has coordinated with the technician to ensure I get the very best price. Thank you Sabrina and Caton Radio. I highly recommend them when you need services to your stereo.

Caton Radio did a great job installing my front and rear dash camera. It was a flat rate service that comes with a lifetime warranty -- I got to use this when it didn't turn on one day. It only took a phone call to schedule an appointment. They reinstalled it free-of-charge, no questions asked. It was a hardwire installation that was beyond my capabilities, so definitely worth it! Everyone was very polite and straightforward. I highly recommend Caton Radio.

I have been a returning customer and I have always had exceptional service, from Sabrina answering the phone and organizing everything to the Service Department as well as the owner John. Last week I had a remote start, and keyless entry installed. Well a minor glitch happened and I must say, I received exceptional communication and customer service. As a result John went above and beyond to fix everything beyond expectation. I will continue to use this company for future service. Just give them a call for all of your service needs. Me and my husband Adam Foster had a stereo installed at Caton Radio in our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. First of all, the customer service was second to none. Sabrina at the front desk was awesome. She worked with us on every detail, printed out a description of every piece/part we had discussed, and we walked out with an accurate quote. On the day of install, John (who seemed to be a senior car audio engineer) met me inside and walked me through what was going to take place (I mean everything). When near completion, they invited us into the shop to see Mike and another gentleman (didn’t catch his name) finishing up and tuning our new stereo. WOW. Walked me through everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. All of the old stock speakers and equipment was saved and neatly boxed up for safe keeping as well. I kept the stock radio which made their install very difficult. Well done. Unbelievable experience period. I challenge you to find better customer service. They worked their tail off and delivered the best stereo I’ve ever had (and I’ve had some monster systems) all while making sure I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Well done. My father in law is now taking his Saturn Sky in and he never lets anyone touch his stuff.

I'd like to thank the knowledgeable Caton Radio team for a great customer experience. I called Caton Radio to see if they could take a look at an after-market radio that was installed in my 2014 Toyota RAV4. The rear back-up camera and the steering wheel controls were the only features that weren't functioning. I spoke to Sabrina, who was extremely friendly. She asked all of the right questions to understand the situation and explained to me what to expect when I arrived; she scheduled an appointment for me for the following week. On the day of my appointment, I arrived and was greeted by John. John explained to me essentially what Sabrina told me the prior week; I appreciated that the information did not change, and that I wasn't told that I may "need" other things (ie. no upselling). John was very friendly and professional; he apologized when the work was taking longer than anticipated and kept me informed of the progress. Once the work was done, I not only had a functioning rear back-up camera and steering wheel controls, the technician also mounted the microphone (see picture). I am very satisfied with the thorough job the technician did and with the service that I received at Caton Radio. I also appreciate it when a business takes time to respond to reviews, whether positive or negative. Thank you!

Had automatic start installed on my car, and it is fantastic! Sabrina was great with getting me scheduled, communicating during the work, and took the time to show me how to use the remote and some cool features. Price was competitive compared to other shops & dealership. Would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to say that this shop greatly exceeded my expectations. I had put off going to Caton Radio to even get an estimate on work for over a year after reading some of the reviews, but I guess those with problems are the ones apt to provide a review, and when everything works out great, we often fail to spend the effort to thank those that contributed. I don’t want to be one of those as my experience with Caton Radio far exceeded my expectations. I have a very basic 2013 Tundra pickup truck, which my wife has been driving a good bit lately due to some non-profit work she’s doing to feed the less fortunate. And, she has wanted a backup camera added to the truck so she could better back in to loading docks. In addition, she drives several hours a couple of times a week and really wanted Apple Carplay to use with her iPhone while driving. We didn’t even have bluetooth in the truck before going to Caton Radio. So our requirements were simple when I met with the owner, John, on a Saturday afternoon. He spent just about an hour with me, explaining the work and providing recommendations on an affordable head unit and camera that would provide bluetooth connectivity, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, and a backup camera that would work just like a factory unit coming on when shifting the truck into reverse. I was very skeptical they could pull all this off and make it look factory installed, but went ahead and parted with my deposit and scheduled the work for the very next Friday afternoon. I waited while they did the work that took about four hours, but when John met me at the truck to provide an overview and set up my phone, I was blown away, the install was beautiful and I don’t believe any normal person would think that it didn’t come from the factory when the truck was purchased. Everything worked flawlessly, and John spent another 30 minutes making sure that I was well versed in all the operation and options that the head unit could provide. Five stars for John and the staff at Caton Radio for their excellent work and support. Thank you, J
