Service was prompt, personal, and extremely thorough. Ming was so thoughtful, informative and adds away to defused what can sometimes be a challenge when auto repairs and costs are needed.

I had a great experience at Firestone on Rolling hill road. Starting with Ming making the appointment and ensuring my comfort while waiting. Then Dorian providing me with updates on services needed and time until completion. And of course Wayne the technician was extremely thorough and informative and provided advice for future care. I thank you all for your kindness and exceptional customer service.
Yesterday was my first visit. I had an oil change, and couple of minor things done. I spoke with someone who was happy with the service they received. Paul the manager was very kind and helpful. Got me in and out. Desmond the service gentleman did a great job. Happy with service. I will be going back to that location. Thank you Paul!

If I would have to rate my score off of Friday interactions it would be a rate of 2. However, MiMi (spell check) had to come clean up the mess. Thats why I gave the 5 stars. I called to get tires and was told to come at 2pm. However I was late but was told I could still be services. The guy Alex told me that 2 ppl were infront of me. I said okay. Can you still accommodate me, he said yes. So, I was waiting then my son wanted to leave. I told the older Caucasian guy that I was leaving, he said we will call you when we are done. So its should only take an 1 hour to put on 2 tires. I left the shop at 3pm, I called back at 5:30 bc I hadn't heard from them and I wanted to tell them I didn't want the alignment. Alex put me on hold and said let me check to see if the did it already. He knew they never started on my car. Right there he should've said we are running behind can I reschedule you bc chances are we can't get to your car. U got nothing, so unprofessional. Then on top of that the center piece of my rim was stolen while my car was in their care. So I am asking Alex I need to see the camera. He said I can't do that. I asked for the manager, he was gone. So now its 6:30 pm. The store closes at 7 pm and my car isn't complete. I said well tomorrow which is Saturday my car needs to be the first 1. Alex said it doesn't work like that. I said well my car can't get done tonight y'all closes and the 2 small job that you had infront of me turned into big jobs, that I wasn't even notified about. I wasn't even notified that my car wasn't being services. Again, I called at 5:30 and Alex made it seem like they had started on my car when they actually didn't and he knew that. So I had to call Saturday morning fussing when the lady I was fussing with wasn't even there on Friday. But she was so nice and allowed me to fuss then said okay. I can get your car done. The thing is I needed my car by 10 am bc I had a funeral to attend. She said was honest with me and said I can't guarantee by 10 but I will try. I said nope I don't want a rush job. I will come pick it up after the funeral. So she even gave me some discounts due to my mishap from Friday. I really appreciate that. I think her name is MIMI she is always so nice and we always have good conversations when I come. I was just so mad about Friday bc I was told that my car could still be service and what he should've said was that he needed to reschedule me bc I was late and I would've accepted that. But no he ensured me so I was banking on getting my car fix on Friday. So MiMi save the day for me on Saturday morning. I was about to count this location out, I swear. I just believe that Alex needs more training on being professional. I'm not all about the customers always right solan. But right is right and wrong is wrong. Alex should've rescheduled me and or been honest when I called at 5:30pm and said we haven't gotten to your car yet. They never even checked in with me. That never happened at the location and I know Alex is new so thats why I said he needs more training. The 5 stars is ONLY bc of MiMi!! ?
This Firestone was amazing. It is my first time at this location. Especially Mingtel "the service manager". Her custumer service was excellent!!! Paul Ziemski was super helpful too with making sure I selected the proper tires for my tires. Shaun the mechanic made me feel safe and answered all the hard questions. Alex also assisted with customer service....he was so patient and he always smiled and was veey successful. This Firestone store is my new family.
The service manager, Miguel Collins is absolutely amazing!! I had a situation with getting a wheel lock to change my tires, and she helped me through the process of getting one: too long of a story to put here. When I came to pick up my vehicle she gave me the recommended service papers. I remembered I needed new wipers blades and had someone replace them. Excellent customer service! A genuine people person! God bless her!
I love this Firestone, they are like Family! Ming is the Best & Paul has been a breath of fresh air! Wayne is Great too! The customer service is Excellent!!
I walked in on Tuesday Dec 9th for tire service. They were busy, so the counter person made an appointment for me for thenext morning at 8AM. I get there at 8am. The lady at counter told me the guy from yesterday NEVER MADE THE APPOINTMENT for me. There was NOTHING in the system!!
She told me it would take about TWO HOURS to get my tire patched!
I walked out. Will DEFINITELY NOT be going there for ANY

The Service Manager Mingtel Collins was amazing and very helpful with assisting my wife and I, with replacing our vehicle's battery. Very Grateful!!! Would highly recommend her and Firestone to anyone.
Muhammad and Ming from the customer service department were incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m glad I chose this place to fix my car; they did a great job.
Simply stated my time is money. I had an appt for 8:00am in which I was there. My truck didn't even get worked on until 10:00am so it sat for 2 hours in the parking lot for a scheduled appointment at 8:00am. Once work started it had to wait another 45 minutes for the alignment bay. So an appointment that was estimated for 2 hours took 5 1/2 hours. Can I get my keys and then wait 3-4 hours to pay, probably not but that's basically how you treat customers, make them wait but want payment promptly. And want full payment, never a discount because of my time. And every time I have to wait there is ALWAYS an excuse about a mechanic coming in. Customer Service!!!!!
Service was not the best. Brought the car in for several items. Two of those items were not even taken care of. Took 4 days to complete the work that was done. Still have a noise while driving.
So Sry I don't know her name. She was great!!! The only reason I did buy my tires there was because of her on the phone great personality happy going. I did shop around price not a big issue. Not real happy with my tires tho trying to go over a curb they were skidng I hope they do better in snow that was my biggest need for new tires.
I had an appointment at 10:00 am spoke to person on the other home how long will take an oil change he said around 1 hour I took the appointment at 10:00 am came to store after standing at counter about 20 min they took my car and told me about an hour I said ok I have to go to work at 12 so after an hour I asked him how long he said I am about to get your car in now it’s almost 2:30 min my car is still not done …. What is purpose of getting appointment for 1:00 hour job if you have to wait 3:00 hours for just oil change you can just take. Whole day off from work for just an oil change ist and last time for me one person is working five people are standing around is and last time for me
DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. MECHANICS WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE JUST SO YOU CAN COME BACK FOR MORE SERVICE. Had to have a oil change service done twice in one month due to the mechanics screw up. Won't claim ownership of the screw up and tried to claim I had my service done at another Firestone as if he wasn't the mechanic to do the service 24 hrs prior. No check engine light or issues upon arriving to appt. Upon vehicle pick up I was told my car was in good shape and would only need my brakes serviced soon. Come back due to oil change light flashing on/off(damage to drain) mechanic accused me of having my vehicle serviced at another location who caused the damage
I had a great experience at this store. I was a little hesitant because of reviews but sometimes you can't believe everything you read. I called at 1030a after I hit a pot hole, damaging my tire. I was assured that a tire could be there in the afternoon and get fixed the same day. It was. I got a call at 3, I was there by 310p and I was out of there by 4p. Everyone was lovely and pleasant. I'm usually a skeptic when it comes to chain stores, bit I wouldn't hesitate to come back for more services.
After having the truck from 10am till 730pm for tires and an alignment they did not balance the tires or perform the alignment. They sent me home with the truck but I immediately noticed the truck wobbling. Service manager told me they ran out of wheel weights that is why the wheels weren’t balanced and it was suppose to come back for an alignment. The tech when I picked it up did not tell me that, he told me the truck was done they charged me for the alignment as if they did it. Took the truck back the next day they fixed the alignment but they still didn’t balance the tires. My rims are also covered in greasy hand prints as well as the outside of my drivers side door and the inside of my leather door panel. The customer service has been horrible the service manager didn’t seem to care that the truck was there all day and the work was not done properly and when I returned the next day she did nothing to get the truck done and back to me as soon as possible like you would assume they would when they are fixing there mistake. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER TIRE STORE NEAR YOU THEN THIS ONE!!!!!!
