Shout out to them guys down in Baltimore at Allen’s towing . My friend from Baltimore wouldn’t stop talking bout them so I called them guys for my Chevy Tahoe and Honda civic up in New York & when I say Allen gave me a solid price for a long haul tow I couldn’t believe it. Not only did the driver chop show up 25 mins early and waited for me to arrive he showed up in a flat bed and towed both my vehicles down to Baltimore at the same time. Now I know that’s probably regular but man the accuracy of timing and the careful delivery of both my vehicles meant the world. Not to mention them guys came up here with no problem and finished the job before sun down. I totally recommend using Allen’s towing for any towing need definitely the best towing company I’ve ever used . Thanks again guys

Best towing company I’ve came across in a very long time. Fast response, knowledgeable drivers, & reasonable prices. Allen’s towing is for the people and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. Very special thanks to the owner of the company Allen he was very helpful and detail oriented about the task at hand. Another very big shoutout to the driver he sent I believe his name was chop.? ( I hope I heard him correctly, ima call him 6’7 cause man he was tall lol ) but the fellow pulled up lights on and ready to work. I called 2 tow companies before finding Allen’s towing and after sitting on a very busy highway for almost 2 hours Allen’s towing & 6’7 pulled up and saved the day . Chop was very respectful, neat, well mannered & focused on getting the job done. Before getting started chop assisted me out of danger and helped me into his truck then immediately went to attend to my car . It took him all of 5 mins to load and secure my car to his tow truck and we was on our way to a shop within 8 mins of him arriving to the scene. Overall 10/10 by chop and Allen I completely loved the experience and definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know . If you need a tow ALLENS TOWING is the best way to go. Dark & No Spare Tire I Google Towing Company Near Me & Found Allen’s Towing. Not Only Did There Dispatcher Pick Up On The 2nd Ring, They Were Able To Get A Driver To Me Within 25 Mins Which Is Pretty Fast For Towing Response. Chop Arrived & Immediately Tackled The Situation. Not Only Did He Assist With Towing My Car, He Gave Me Recommendations To Get The Tire Replaced Even Sat With Me For Bout 20 Mins Looking For A Tire Shop. Overall 10/10 Service By The Company & Driver Chop. I Will Most Definitely Be Using Them Again & Recommend Using This Tow Company For All Your Car Needs . THANKS AGAIN CHOP & ALLENS TOWING COMPANY

Chop gave me great service I'd recommend him to all my friends and family. Not only did he tow me home but he still towed my car to my place of choice. He also was personable mind you I was getting my brand new car towed he gave me advice on what I should do and how I should do it. Mind you I really wanted to cry about the situation. He also offered his service if I had any questions, meaning depending on what the dealership says about the car, I could call and ask his opinion. Its not just a job he definitely puts his heart in it. 10/10

Horrible service. My car broke down on the highway and their dispatcher said they would be there in 45 minutes. An hour later, they said they aren’t coming. Would not recommend using this company.

I found Allens towing through Google search for towing in my area. My tires had been stolen from my car while on property of Aloft Hotel for a park and fly. Upon a return from my vacation, I found my Camry on the ground missing tires and rims. We worked tirelessly through the night attempting to find a tow company capable to tow a car with no wheels with my wife and I back home about 75 miles away. The owner picked up the phone the phone the first time I called, he said he had to contact a driver and would call me back. About 5 mins later, he called back, said he had his best guy coming to assist us, but he would need to stop to get the right tools for the job first. This was comforting to hear as it was a sign he knew what he was doing. The driver, Dame, showed up in about an hour and got to work on getting the car off the ground on up on the truck. It took about an hour to do, and even with his jack breaking, he was able to get it done. He brought a pair of his own personal tires he had to help get the car to the shop. He even stopped at a store for us to by jack stands to leave the car on at the shop so he could take his wheels back. The truck was clean and tidy inside, AC cranking as requested, and great music played for the whole hour trip. On top of this amazing service, Allens towing came in $200 under our next cheapest quote. By the time I heard from other towing company's I had reached out to, Allens Towing and Dame had my car on their truck and on our way. Through such a terrible experience, Allens Towing did their job exceptionally and made our difficult day just a little bit better. Towing usually sucks and is littered with some crooked people. Allens Towing is the exception. I hope you give them a chance and you get the same experience and let others know about just like my wife and I have done. Wow! I was dealing with a car where neither the key fob or emergency key was working. After speaking to various knowledgeable folks including the Honda service dept I gave up and had it towed to a garage. Allen's Towing arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, towed the car and within an hour and a half my problem was solved. Shout out to Mr. Eldridge for excellent customer service.

Getting your car broken into is a difficult time and Donnell and Tony at Allen’s Towing made this event less stressful. I had my estimate and the truck arrived in under 1 hour. Allen’s Towing towed my vehicles several times! Professional, knowledgeable and always come in a timely fashion! And very patient my most recent tow was 5/26/22 he waited for my custom exhaust to get welded on my car then towed it back home for me! He really helps me out a lot when I’m in need! Highly Recommend!
