There’s a few really good shops in our area. The Rooster is number one! Service wide , they take care of my SB165, totally pimped out Tractor. I purchased a Bronson at a super far price. Most recently rented a specialized Epic just to see what up with that, tempting ? All this to say- a very professional crew from service to sales, no faking, the knowledge is tops!

Julian is awesome to work with and has high attention to detail. This was probably my best bike purchase experience. I highly recommend them. I drove 3.5 hours to pick up my bike and would do it again!

Recently got back in biking after moving from CA an I’m glad I found this shop. I had a bike shipped there to be assembled and everybody there was great. The guys who put together the bike did an amazing job, this thing is DIALED. I stuck around to pick someone’s brain about possible changes/upgrades. Julian (I think) answered all my questions and then some. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional. 10/10 Do recommend Dirt Rooster

I guess this shop doesn’t need any more 5 star reviews - but I’m going to write this anyway. This place is a Bikers’ Bike Shop. When you walk in you feel the good vibe. These people want to help you have fun with bikes. You get no judgement, no crazy upselling, no techno jargon (unless you want it, and then they are very capable). I just enjoy bringing my bike and my dog in here whenever I need something. Great job!

5 stars for a reason! Upon entering everyone acknowledges you and you’re helped right away. This shop has a wide variety of bikes and equipment, from entry level to pro. I work out of state and was on a bit of a time crunch to get my bike trail ready while visiting home. Andrew, my mechanic was able to get the bike serviced even though it was the day of and extremely short notice on timeframe. Great pricing ,excellent customer service and awesome quality of work. Had my mountain bike serviced and a few upgrades completed, there was one small issue when I picked up the bike. They quickly resolved the issue and I was back out riding. Things can happen and the way it was handled will keep me coming back.

Recently purchased a brand new gravel bike from them. Although primarily a mountain bike shop these guys have what it takes for a top notch bike shop. Could not be happier with my purchase and overall experience with them and will do business with them in the future and definitely recommend their shop

This is a new shop with many mechanic/owners. As a mechanic myself, I personally know them more from riding them from shopping. But I will say that the MTB community is a small world locally. These guys have a great reputation. They take a personal interest in the community. They organize several rides and dinners every week. They also give complimentary mechanical help to anyone in need on the rides. Its a fantastic way for beginner's to join the community. I wish them all the best in their future business. As a person that has worked in shops, this is where I will be spending my hard earned money.

This bike shop has been nothing short of spectacular. I've purchased and serviced a Specialized e-mountain bike here and recently had a Specialized e-city/gravel bike serviced as well. The service team is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any issues thoroughly. After about five visits in the last six months, every experience has been a 10/10. Keep up the great work!

I have been going to this bike shop since shortly after they opened. I’ve joined their rides several times and always have had a great time. Very inclusive, friendly helpful group of guys. Willing to help with fixing any mechanicals possible while doing these events. I have also had my bike serviced multiple times and eventually purchased a new bike from them and they have always helped me keep my bike in top shape. I can’t imagine going to any other bike shop for my service needs even though it’s a 20 minute drive from my house and I happen to have a different bike shop closer to my house. Let’s keep rolling

This shop knows what customer service is all about. Their team is super informative and are not pushy. They care about your experience and do everything they can to make sure it’s good. They have tons of parts and bikes in stock. I’ve bought bikes from them and visited many times for repairs. They are my go to shop! They offer several group rides for beginners to expert. I highly recommend joining a few rides and making some new pals.

Known these guys since Racepace days and not one single visit I had an unpleasant experience. They welcome you like friends and make sure to go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I feel obligated to tell all my friends to go to them to support the local business. Most recent experience with Ben with my new bike purchase was the most smooth experience as well!

Julian got my bike running after not riding and maintaining it regularly for a few years. Explained everything in great detail and what my options were and what the best ways to go about them were. They tracked down some older parts that would work on my bike and stayed in constant contact with me about what they were doing. Super pleasant experience.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this shop! Every experience is top notch, from their customer service, to their mechanics being absolute rockstars. The way they make everyone feel welcome, and truly give the best reputable advice is something that will make me a customer for life! I drive 45 minutes because I trust this shop so much to do right by me, and get my bike in the best possible shape!

My 2019 Cervelo C3 was making a lot of noise that was coming from the chain running over the derailleur pulley wheels. The cassette, derailleur and chain were all new. Since I was unable to diagnose the cause of the problem, I rode the bike (it shifted properly) to Dirt Rooster. There John was able to diagnose the problem right away. He found that the GRX derailleur was not mounted properly to the hanger but, that did not fix the problem. Then he replaced the Shimano chain that I had purchased from Amazon. That fixed the problem! I had installed a counterfeit chain. The ride home was a joy. I highly recommend Dirt Rooster (whether or not you are a mountain biker)!

They are amazing here! I recently got into biking and mountain biking and everyone has taken so much time to help me learn the ins and outs of riding. Not only do they stand behind the products they sell, they provide adjustments on your bike and walk you through the adjustments as they are made. Top notch service and staff. Will be buying more bikes from them in future.

Everyone was friendly, by far the best test ride experience I've had when purchasing a new bike. There was a bike trail close by to see how it felt on unpaved terrain. Their prices were fair and quality customer service.

Recently bought this stumpjumper evo from Dirt Rooster and I couldn't be happier. I was between sizes and Dave and Greg were super helpful in setting up some test rides with no pressure whatsoever. Huge shout out to John at Dirt Rooster for tracking down some hard to find vintage 90s parts to keep my Y-22 on the trails. He went above and beyond. Refreshing to see passionate and knowledgeable employees.

What a great shop! The people here are friendly and really know their stuff. Special thanks to John, for his time and expertise. I wanted to rebuild an old 90s mtb with modern components but had no idea what would work, or if it was even feasible. I told John how I wanted to use the bike and what my (modest) budget was. He curated the parts list, got everything in, pointed me in the right direction and did the work I couldn't do myself. The result is everything I'd hoped. The gearing is spot on, and my old city beater/mtb is just way more fun to ride.

Dirt rooster is the best Mountain bike shop in the region. Every time I go in there I am treated with the utmost of respect. The brands of bikes they carry are fantastic. What keeps me coming back is their mechanics level of knowledge/experience and their willingness to share their knowledge with you. Every time I go in there I walk away with a valuable piece of information that I would never have come across if I simply bought the product online. Thanks for being awesome DR
