Stopped by for an estimate on a minor fender bender. Cam was awesome and took a look and was able to buff out the minor scrapes for me at no charge and offered an estimate for some minor paint damage. All around excellent and friendly customer service and would definitely use Severn Auto Body again!

I was referred to Severn Auto Body by my Daughter-in-Law .... who is very particular about her car. Since then I have gone to Severn Auto Body numerous times and the excellent workmanship of the repairs have been remarkable. At each visit everyone has been extremely pleasant and helpful ..... especially Cam .... he's the Best! They're definitely a 5 Star Service!
Severn Auto Body has been my go-to shop for going on 7 years now. Being a safety manager of a local transportation company, it's important to have a shop you can trust to consistently do great work at a great price. I try to send all repairs to Severn Auto Body because I know the vehicle is in the best possible hands to get it back to looking like new. Staff is always friendly, appointments are always available quickly, repairs are always fairly priced and done quickly. I've never had a vehicle owner say anything close to negative about the repairs done to their vehicles at Severn Auto!

Great body repair shop for your car. The front staff is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. And it's obvious the body guys provide superior quality workmanship.
Unlike other repair shops, they don't ask you to drop off your car until they have the parts there and ready. Once you do drop off the car, they send text updates on the progress or they're happy to provide you with an update over the phone.
They did a great job on my daughter's car. The paintwork is flawless and blended perfectly with the rest of the car. This was especially concerning for me because it's a black car so imperfections and color variations are very noticeable. I found the hood didn't line up quite right by the windows. Without hesitation, they quickly took it back and had it corrected.
Warning: Be careful when backing out of your parking spot! The parking lot is very narrow so it's very easy to hit their sign post (like I did)!
I'll definitely use them again in the future for my body shop needs.
Great work, service & staff! Took my Jeep to have the hard top repaired due to damage from a fallen tree branch. The staff was very friendly and the manager was great about communicating the progress of the repair. When I picked up the Jeep (on the date they promised) it was clean and the repair/paint work was excellent. I highly recommend Severn Auto Body of Severna Park!
Had to wait 2 weeks to get my car in after a fender bender, but I'm glad I waited! Todd Naylor and the rest of the team were exceptionally helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire experience! Got my car fixed up like new in a reasonable timeframe and even matched the weird paint color I have perfectly!
While I have my fingers crossed to never need an auto body shop again, Severn Auto Body of Severna Park will be the first place I call if I do!
From initial online estimate to completed work: 5 stars. We had work performed at this location after a small fender bender / covered under other driver's insurance. Excellent communication from Christopher, a straightforward response to questions, regular updates about the progress on our vehicle's minor bodywork (which did require the replacement of bumper), and pleasant interactions with all staff in office. Nice waiting area.
I had a wonderful experience at Severn Auto Body today! Nicole made the same day process to fix our van door a breeze. The paperwork was simple and straight forward, the estimate quick, and Brian did the work to my high standards. After being burned by another body shop in Annapolis I was very happy that the final cost actually matched their estimate. I'm still shocked that they detailed our van for a very small 2 1/2 hour repair! Couldn't be happier with their service, and I will bring all my future repair work there.
