The absolute best Apple repair store around. My family and I have brought many devices to them and they always get it fixed. Today was just a bricked iPhone due to a magnet ring interfering with the charging coil. No charge for this visit. Thanks guys.

I really enjoyed my experience with this local business. They we're super honest and clear about what my options we're, when I had some damage to my iphone. Dana and his team are experts in their field and the store atmosphere created a great experience for me. I would highly recommend you go to them for any tech needs as opposed to any of the corporate giants.

Dana and Kyle save the day again. My harddrive failed and somehow with their expertise and equipment they were able to recover my data. They always help me in technical issues. I visited Mac Medics for the first time two weeks ago. I was taking my iphone13 in for service. I had an excellent experience. The front desk service and the repair technicians was terrific. I would recommend Mac Medic of Severna Park to anyone needing help with their Apple products.

We in Severna Park are SO fortunate to have Dana and his team at Mac Medics to help us with our Apple products. They are experts on all things Apple! I’ve always had very good experiences here. Dana, the owner, is usually onsite and often waits on me or someone else in the store. The last time I was there about 10 days ago, I was greeted promptly. I only waited about 3 minutes maybe before Dana helped me. He listened carefully to my concerns about my phone and then immediately took it to the back to run diagnostics on it which are covered by my Apple care plan, while I waited. The store was clean and interesting to browse around while I waited. Dana apparently collects a lot of older model Apple products so it’s a bit of a walk down memory lane inside there. There’s plenty of parking out front. I didn’t take any pics while inside the store out of respect for the owner and as a safety factor. Highly recommend this shop if you need your Apple product services.

I have an older Macbook Pro that has an operating system that is beginning to wane. This is causing me trouble with some of the aplications. Tori Callender downloaded FireFox for me to gain me some time before I need to purchase another computer. Thanks for your help and professionalism. I have used MacMedics in the past, and will continue my relationship with them because of employees like Tori.

Amazing customer service and all around great experience. I was a walk in, and needed a new battery for an iPhone14Pro. The part was in stock (even if I wasn’t I’d need to wait a day or so for it to come in) and two hours later I could get my phone back… good as new.

Mac Medics has phenomenal customer service and has repeatedly gone above and beyond for me. There have been several instances where their team members were exceptionally kind and troubleshooted my simple problems free of charge. For example, this week I was trying to purchase an iPad case that is no longer in stock through Apple, and Dana tracked down the last case left in stock for my specific iPad model. I cannot praise their customer service team enough!

There is nobody better than MacMedics! I met Dana decades ago and today he (and Mac Medics) are my ONLY choice help with my Macs. Last week I got the black screen of death and knew exactly who to call. The entire staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Disappointed with my last visit. Didn’t feel like anyone wanted to really help at all. Ended up buying an iPad but next time I will just go to the Apple Store. I have been here previously and bought an iPad and the service was wonderful. I came in with my dad (in his 80s) and really hoped to get the great service that I had gotten when I purchased an iPad for my mom several years ago. Something has definitely changed…. Didn’t feel welcome and wouldn’t use again. I did not turn down the opportunity to purchase service services. Nothing explicit was offered….. I was told only that if I needed help, I “would have to pay because their time is valuable” In my prior visit, I did indeed purchase services and was happy to pay for the expertise of having the iPad set up. I would certainly have done it again if the service was offered and setting was welcoming

Went to MacMedics to get advice on a recently purchased refurbished Apple Watch. Were very upfront that it would cost to much to fix but let me know to check my credit card for purchase protection and even wrote a letter for the insurance company to inform them. Staff is kind and upfront, give great information without pressure.

If I could add more stars I would. This is my best experience with a repair shop ever for any item. The incredible customer service over the phone and in person is second to none. My MacBook Air had been in a fire and was watered damaged. They recovered my data the very next day I brought it in. Not only did they recovered all my data but also sold me a new device for the same price as online, no mark up. I won't be going anywhere else for my Mac needs. This is the greatest store ever.

These folks were fabulous. I needed to transfer everything from my very old PC to a new MacAir. Tried phone assist from Apple tech - several hours, three technicians, including a supervisor. Nothing would migrate. Took to Apple Store, no help there either. Someone then suggested MACMedics. They were awesome! Highly highly recommend them for anything Apple.

10/10 would 100% recommend. I was there for less than 10 minutes and my issue was resolved! Luckily, I didn't have a major issue with my Macbook Pro, but it was something that I couldn't resolve myself. I didn't catch the person's name who assisted me, but he was fast and efficient. And, he fixed the problem I had for free since it was an easier fix, which I really really appreciated!

Victoria and her team were wonderful! She provided me with several viable options to fix a cracked screen on my Mac in short order, which was imperative to conducting business. She respected my autonomy and was empathetic and kind, assisting me in getting my machine back up and running. Thank you so much for your considerate and authentic professionalism!

I came into Mac medics with an absolute mess of a problem. I worked with Kyle as well Dana and Victoria to help fix my phone. The issue took multiple weeks to resolve, requiring their team to work on it on days I was unable to come in. Throughout the whole process they were extremely helpful and informative. They looked at different solutions for my issues and tried all of them to help me. They spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to solve my problem, and by the end of it gave me a MORE THAN FAIR price for their work. I will be taking all my apple devices to Mac Medics in the future now due to the great work and service they provided me the first time.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about MacMedics until fairly recently. Dana, the owner is incredible. When my son passed away, Dana helped me move his important files to a hard drive and noted he does not charge in cases like this. This is an incredible alternative to the Apple Store. They sell new and used Apple products, do excellent repairs, and no appointment needed. Prices are typically going to be less too. I’d highly recommend you give them a try. You’ll be so pleasantly surprised.

we have used Mac Medics Severna Park for years. This time was for a inoperative cam on macbook pro- they ran a diagnostic which showed a failed battery and other issues. Bought a new Air at a very competitive price which was ready and transferred my data within one day. At times there is a bit of a wait if the shop is busy, BUT when they wait on you they FOCUS ON YOU for as long as it takes. Mush better experience than the 'cattle car' atmosphere at Apple stores.

I selected this business to avoid the Apple Store. Customer service was quick, professional and friendly. They repaired my dead battery on my MacBook Pro without incident. I did not use Apple Care. However, they honor Apple Care and will file your claim. Appointments aren't necessary. If you want quick and friendly service for your Apple devices/products, this is the business for you.
