I went in on a Sunday morning for a battery replacement. Derek had me in and out in under 25 minutes! He was super friendly and efficient. I appreciate the service! Great location.
Rude customer service. As soon as i walk in big dude is sitting on the counter and said “you know what you need” and i didnt hear him the first time and glaces an attitude look at me and repeats himself. I told him what my issue was and didnt even try to help. Lazy bad experience.
Helped me pick out and replace my car battery all in 15 minutes time. Was promised they weren’t price scamming me because I’m a girl and I know nothing about cars and you know what.. I believe em!

Wasted some time looking for a part that was input wrong in the system. Associate on the counter was VERY helpful and understanding, even called around to other stores to see if he was doing something wrong.
My Sienna was slow to turn over. Stopped in for a battery load test. Joshua quickly let me know how my alternator, starter and battery were doing. He explained what was going on, helped me pick a good replacement and then replaced my old battery. Excellent service!!
Went in today with a check engine light in my daughters’ car. Joshua was fantastic. He helped me diagnose the issue (mass air flow sensor) and explained how to check where the issue was. Turns out the air filter just needed to be changed. Josh and the young woman working there (didn’t catch her name) saved me HUNDREDS of dollars by not having to go to a repair shop. Josh turned off the check engine light and it hasn’t come back on. $35 filter and I was on my way. Thanks Josh and unnamed young lady!!
Had to get a new battery and I drive a VW… worst cars to repair ever!! Jay and Brendon totally got it done!! They were so helpful, so kind, and figured it out to ensure that I left with what I needed and safely!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and these guys are the reason!! Thanks so much again to them!!
I walked in advance auto parts in Severna park, i want to thank Tom the manager for taking his time to help me out with my car problems, I also want to thank advance auto parts for having such good customer service.
My favorite auto-parts store by far. The managers are incredible and professional, especially Ro. He has helped me with numerous car issues I’ve had; taking the time to explain to me the differences between each product and ensuring I have a good understanding before purchasing. You can tell they really care about their customers experience. I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service!
No stars. Make you drive in to place an order. Go to pick up order and turns out their employees charged me and never order the parts. Employee just blame other employees. No options to resolve issue except Blame their co workers.
