I went in with a picture of my dome light and told the clerk my make and model. He matched me up with both the regular light bulb and the LED bulb and let me choose the one I wanted. In and out in 6-8 minutes.
Erica was great - came in for a battery. Found the right one quick. Had it replaced in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way. She was friendly and professional. Great service.
My car was having an issue. The store had the part in stock, allowed me to use tools for installing and Mark helped and walked me through the process! Thank you
Seems like a good place,tried to be helpful. Ended up buying a part. Found out later didn't need it. Took it back., but now I won't receive my money back for a few days. Didn't like that part.
They installed a battery for me and I always do that myself, but my shoulder was hurt and my truck needed a new battery.

I went in looking for a hard to find part and the staff didn't stop until we found it. They use all of their skills and knowledge to help fix my problem. They were very kind and generous and devoted a lot of time to finding my part. They even made sure that the new part would fit and work for exactly what I needed. I can't thank them enough for the time and knowledge they shared with me. I will definitely use them for all my auto part store needs
it's a great store if you need Auto Parts but I run a Detailing Shop. So I guess I can't complain too much there detailing Supply is rather good for the do-it-yourselfer and for a store that sells Auto Parts
Very helpful, store needs wifi so you can get info from the internet on internet orders. No service at that location with regular cell so need open wifi.
While traveling through the area, I discovered a brake pad was completely worn down and grinding. I jacked up the van to change it on the spot so I could keep moving on down the road. Erica not only loaned me her personal socket set, but also offered a rain coat and a piece of cardboard to help with the rain and wet pavement. Greatly appreciated.
Prices are the same as any Advance Auto, which are higher than online, but it beats having to wait for an order to be shipped to you. The reason I give this Advance Auto 5 stars is simply because of the employees. I was attempting to replace a serpentine belt on a co-worker's car for her a couple weeks back and they were all a great help! I am not a mechanic, but with the help of these employees, I was able to get my co-worker back on the road. Erica and Ray are especially helpful, although every employee I've ever dealt with at this location is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for always going above what's expected!
I stopped in as I blew a brake line. The commercial parts guy is awesome and helped me out. Ray is an asset to to this store! Highly recommend him and this store.
Had a mater cylinder failure in my '75 MG Midget while driving from Rochester NY to Beaufort SC. Staff was very helpful in finding parts and tools to effect repairs. The staff at this store give Advance a great rating from me.
