My experience was good, it look like u could park in the street for overnight i saw many spots in the street surrounding that place , easy to get there and fast, stop at the scale them park to the right go the office follow directions after done unloading go back to scale and park to the right go to office u are done.office is located inside the building front of the scale.
All the way down Kelly road, it will be an easy right turn - then just past car parking area to the left is the scale.
Enter from this side must scale before and after!
Lock traction control if wet, snowy icy etc.. there are a couple potholes at the scale entry . YOU DO NOT want to go off this scale so take your time. Back up and reset if you are not sure of your position.
Set up on scale - you can see your weight on building ahead of you upper right. (Digital sign)
It was green he flashed me a couple times when I was clear to pull off. They will tell you where to go from there come back rescale and get paperwork.
Easy to get around but when I was here it was not too busy. Nice people and quick to start my loading.
A little confusing, people are nice. Shipping and recieving....Come in and continue straight, dont turn yet, follow road all the way around to the end, on the left side you cross the scale and wait for green light, pull off scale and go in the office, which is through garage door where your weight reading is at, she will tell you where to go from there. When truck is loaded come back across scales and get paperwork.
I've been going there the last 8 years, mostly to drop off paper, cardboard, and metal that has little or no value. Always able to get in and out in just a few minutes. Makes it pretty easy to recycle.
No signage....waste of time...no booth...how can you trust what they say you weigh in a remote building...go here if you want unfair prices. I will use another scrap yard 100%
No signage to tell you where the scale is located. Main entrance is closed, have to take road before entrance on right with detour signs. Again, no signs to tell you where to go!! Fast loading when you figure out where to scale truck!
Every time I go there, the guy who deals with ferrous and non-ferrous items, makes people out to seem stupid. I will never take my recycling there again.
