Had electrical problems passing by on I-68. My car died in their parking lot. AutoZone employees helped push my car into a parking spot, replaced the battery, and then diagnosed a bad alternator, all in the hot sun on a 95-degree afternoon. They then attempted to find me a service shop open that afternoon. I eventually found one on my own, and they charged the battery enough for me to get to it and get my alternator replaced. Kudos to the staff at AutoZone.
I walked in the store before someone else, 2 men walked out from behind ,one walked back behind the walk the other helped the other customer before me, no one greeted me but as I write this review more people can in ,of the other color as other customer, are was greeted, then the self check out system doesn't work for receipts hmm will I be back ,never
once again AutoZone to the rescue.
A few months ago a young man helped me replace my wipers.
More recently a young woman, Nikki was a big help in replacing the headlight bulb.
I see from other reviews that this is the norm for her.
Thanks again Nikki for helping me with the headlight - the long drive home was much brighter.
Brian helped my father install headlights on his 2014 Tacoma and he said he was fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend going there if you need help, ask for brian!
Battery on my truck died at the post office just up the street so I walked down and explained my problem. Brian grabbed some test equipment and a jumper and drove me back to the truck. Then installed the new battery. No charge for the extra service and tried hard to refuse a gratuity. Great folks there and have always had what I needed. Thank you!
The entire team here was very helpful and considerate. Barry especially went above and beyond with his help. They also had the very hard to find blinker fluid. I stocked up. ?
I visited this location 8/9/2024 and spoke with Nicki who worked there that night about a head light I had out and explained that the other locations nearby said that I’d have to take it to a mechanic to have it replaced and she took it upon her self 10 minutes before they closed to replace my head light herself no problem. Nicki goes above and beyond for her customers. Wasn’t my first time visiting here and having her help me. Highly recommend going to location for all of your car needs!
Pulled into this store at 5 minutes to closing, needing a new battery. I had no tools to do it myself, and we were almost 2 hrs from home. Manager Bryan didn't blink an eye and got to work right away. After just 15 minutes, we were fixed up and ready to go.

I stopped at this Autozone for a headlight. I thought I was going to have to install it myself. To my pleasant surprise Kaden was there to assist. He is a remarkable young man in my opinion. School all day the coming to work 20 hrs a week. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He not only replaced both bulbs(at his suggestion) but when he saw the condition of my battery, he took all the time required to clean the terminals. And believe me it was an effort. It was a very pleasurable encounter and I wish him all the best.
Great guy helped me and even directed me to another place that may have the battery cheaper when I was shocked by the price. I will definitely go to this AutoZone for basic auto care, wipers, oil, fluids, etc... All because this employee was honest and helpful. Even though this AutoZone is almost 30 minutes from my house. I will be going back for all our cars. That kind of honesty and customer service needs to be recognized. Wish I knew his name.
I must say, this has been one of the cleanest stores I’ve walked into with the most respectful staff. I had a lot of questions and they were very understanding and answered all my questions. I needed new windshield wipers and the Store manager (Derek) walked out with me and put my wipers on for me. I will always go to Autozone on Park Street. You don’t find very good customer service anymore. Thank you again gentlemen for making my trip worthwhile!!!
My favorite local auto parts store. I always go to this one instead of the one in Lavale. The guys are always so helpful. Especially Derek he’s the best. He helps me all the time and is super professional!
Went here for the first time recently and was in and out with what I needed super fast. The employees here are very friendly and will help you find what you need quickly so you can go about your day.

I need to see why my service engine soon light was on and ask for help. I was given a device and told to take it out and plug it into my car somewhere wait one second and turn the key to my car to get a reading. I did get a printout and some advice from a very nice customer who was very helpful.
The absolute best in every way shape and form. Can't believe how friendly and helpful they were. We broke down on the side of the road and not only did they have the parts needed on stock but they offered a ride back to our vehicle. I can't speak highly enough of everyone that works there.
Store manager is absolutely amazing! With being a single woman and not really having anyone to help with my car maintenance I went to this Auto Zone to get the stuff to do a complete oil change in my jeep. While talking to the manager Derek, he offered to look my vehicle over and check all fluids and even checked my tire pressure for me. I know this isn't expected from them, but he was more then willing to help me out. I can't thank him and his staff enough for being so helpful! We definitely need more people like him in this world.
Store manager is great. As someone with a back injury, I was incredibly grateful he was willing to install a battery in my Buick (which has the battery under the backseat instead of under the hood). I know from being a former employee at the Carlisle Hub store years ago that Autozone employees are not expected to do battery installations in cars that don't have conventionally accessible locations, and the store manager here is clearly willing to go above and beyond in the name of good customer service.
We were traveling through and had brake troubles. Without proper tools and a very obstinate brake cover, we would have been stuck, but Frankie helped us out with his own tools and his muscle. Super kind and noteworthy! If you need parts and wonderful staff, stop at the Auto Zone in Cumberland!
This place is the best! Every time I come here they help me! They are fast and kind and helpful and their prices are really really good! In and out in 10 minutes and my air conditioning is fixed! 5 stars!
Love this place. Would go here over advanced auto anyday! The guys that work here are wonderful and more than helpful. They remember their customers and help in any way possible. Positive attitudes and very kind and caring. I love this place.
