Every time I go here and need light bulb changed they do it, happily. Why I give them a five is , I know they don't have to and they do it or try to do it every time.
Haden was Awesome!! He took one look at what was wrong and immediately knew what was wrong and what we needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer service focused. Because of him you have a loyal customer!

Stopped in this morning for a new battery and some windshield wipers. Britt helped me select both items quickly, came out and helped me sneak the battery in. Excellent service, and I'll always come to this store for any other vehicle needs I have.
I went to advanced auto and they couldn't change my back light, but Josh from AutoZone was honest, he told me he would try and he was able to complete the task at hand. I appreciate the honesty and the effort, and success that he did. I would recommend going there for the effort and honesty alone.

The manager Gary Mayhew and his employee Alissa Breeding went above and beyond to help during a crisis while traveling half way across the country. My alternator went out and they helped diagnosis the problem, find the right part, and help anyway they could. Exceptional customer service!
The staff are very accommodating and did not charge me for a brake light replacement that I bought from them. For a very hot day, they worked as a team . Definitely, will come here for anything I need. It’s done really quick. Thank you very much. ABuckley

I bought Rotors and brakes online. Bundled them according to the deal that popped up. Apparently they don't sell rotors in pairs. So I ended up with all brake pads and 1 rotor of the front and one rear. I returned the rear for a front. Such great service! Amazing people willing to help!
Extremely helpful and polite people. I had to swap a battery in my daughter's car badly. it was fast and easy with their loaner tools. Back on the road in no time.
Best experience EVER at an auto shop! I am not at all familiar with anything car related. My key Fob was messing up, and someone suggested getting another case. So I went there and got one, but then after they changed it, it no longer worked. So a larger built gentleman and the manager Gary helped me resolve the issue. It took forever, but Gary didn't give up until he figured it out. I was on the verge of tears because I was so touched by his determination. And he was so kind and personable! If he hadn't have helped me, it would have cost me over 200 dollars to get it fixed at the dealership! I am so very grateful for the excellent customer service and help!
I stopped in the store about a half hour before they closed, because a brake light had gone out on my 1973 Volkswagen beetle. I was a little dubious that they would even have the part.
I was greeted by Chris, one of the store managers, who assisted me immediately (along with another associate) Both were super helpful. Old Volkswagens are quirky to say the least, especially their electrical systems- so after about a half hour, Chris had the bulb situation figured out, and I was on my way down the road with working brake lights!
I didn’t realize that they were closing, because he never made me feel rushed, he just assured me that we would get the problem figured out and then I would be safely on my way… and that’s exactly what happened- and I got a lesson on reverse polarity!
There are lots of auto parts stores out there, and honestly- their prices are pretty comparable. It’s service like this that helps you make a decision of where to get your auto parts from! The staff at this store went above and beyond, and they will now get all of my business!

My teen and I bought a used car had trouble on the way home stopped at an advance were shrugged off. Saw AutoZone SEVERAL associates came to our aid. They were wonderful. But the icing on the cake was the manager Mr Mayhew ,
yes he is related to the original Chewbacca , he has been restoring and fixing cars more than twenty years. His intricate diagnostic knowledge of vehicles was akin to House diagnosing a rare disease. All with empathy courtesy and plain old human kindness. He is doing a fantastic job at restoring the store to it's divine purpose. Keep up the great work fellas.
Stopped by to have a burnt out turn signal light replaced. The helpful employee (sorry, l don't remember her name) looked up the part and found it for me, and the store manager Gary replaced the bulb for me in a matter of minutes. The employees at this store are always professional and courteous, and Gary is a top-notch store manager who is very customer service focused.
l have never had a bad experience at this Auto Zone. Keep up the great work!
On our way home from DC, we determined a new alternator was needed. None of the auto parts stores had one in stock and if ordered, it would be 3 days to a week before it would arrive. We went to Auto Zone and they told us they could get one by 2pm the following day so we ordered it. It arrived at 9am this morning! Since we are traveling, we didn't have all the necessary tools with us so they also let us borrow the tools needed to complete the job. We are so grateful for the team of employees who waited on us. Special thanks goes to William Hardy, Marc H. and Daryl. Without these fine people, we wouldn't be heading home now. If you are ever "broke down" in Cumberland MD, go to 1209 National Hwy.
Just stopped in to look around the other day because I had yet to stop in. Very nice selection of automotive items. I haven't dealt with getting parts so I will get back to that when the time comes. I have been in a couple times with my son when he went in for parts and they were very helpful.
William and Justin SAVED the day! My car wasn’t connecting to my phone (and in this modern age, that’s where the GPS is). Thankfully, these kind gentlemen spent a good deal of time and patience and were able to fix the issue! Without their help, I would’ve been completely out of luck. They went above and beyond to help me and I cannot recommend this AutoZone or these gentlemen enough!!
I threw these guys several curve balls in ordering a clutch from another store. (Gift card, coupon and credit card) they got it done quickly even though he required help from manager. VERY pleasant experience and I won't have a second thought in going back if I need anything else! Im very picky when going into auto stores and usually order online because of bad past issues but this was excellent!
We went to buy windshield wipers. The person at the register not only helped choose them,but he also offered to install them. Great customer service! Thank you so much.
We had Charles help us today and he was absolutely amazing. The most friendly worker we've had to deal with at this location. He was extremely nice and helped us with every need that we had. Was very patient and had a great attitude. We will be dealing with him from now on! Thanks for such a great experience!
My car was running hot & I had no oil in my car whatsoever & of course it happened on my way to work. I stopped at Auto Zone & the Gentleman there they had working was able to help me out & he did it fast! He even came out & put the oil in my car for me! I was back on the road in no time flat & made it to work despite what had happened! I will be highly recommending them in the future! Thanks Again!!
