I’ve always been treated fairly. Sometimes everyone is there trying to get outta there asap. Sometimes you get stuck there . Sometimes it 50/50 chance .. but one thing for sure Is my truck is always tip top when I sign that final piece of paper.
Exceptional service! BMAR bus broke down carrying 52 rescued dogs going to New-Brunswick Canada to be adopted. One of the dogs was mine and I was so worried. Freightliner Maine came to the rescue. They took the bus
immediately and worked until midnight to get the problem fixed. Proof there is still good, kindhearted people in this world with big hearts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. From Missy's adoptive mom ❤️
These guys went above and beyond fixing the Barking Mad Animal Rescue bus when it broke down on the last leg of a 4 day journey transporting 52 rescue dogs to the Maritimes! If ever anyone needed kind, fast, reputable service at a good price it was BMAR and these guys came through with flying colours. True dog lovers, they fit us in to their busy schedule and worked on the bus until midnight to get us back on the road! Not only did they do a great job on the bus, they charged us a fraction of the cost. We are greatly indebted to this shop with a heart as big as the trucks they service!! Thank you from all the BMAR staff, the 52 dogs and the many families of adopters and Fosterers! We will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen!
Took the Tiffin in for pretrip checkup and they got us in quickly and took care of is again. Had to stop there in the spring on the way to Maine and they fixed our headlight in less than an hour. Great job guys.
Beware of racketeering at this place!
I brought my 2025 Freightliner Cascadia to this location because my power steering failed and it gave me a fault message. I dropped it off on a Monday. However, they wouldn't get to it until Tuesday. That Tuesday around 11 am, I was called in to test drive it with the tech after the work was completed. It drove great! The tech explained everything that was wrong and what he repaired. The repairs were all under warranty. When the bill was sent to the company, it stayed that no problem was found and a part was replaced on the 5th wheel for $159.00. However $1,900+ was billed for labor. A total was over $2,100. The owner called me and asked what did they do that was not under warranty? I explained nothing and further explained what the tech told me were the problems and what he (the tech) did to repair them, which are all covered under the warranty. The truck had to sit there another night as the owner's grievances were addressed. This service center knew the parts, and labor was covered under the warranty, yet they tried to racket the owner i work for by telling him that no problems were found and billing him over $1,900 in labor. (For those that don't know, whenever you bring in a problem with your truck and it is covered under the warranty, if service do not find anything wrong, you are responsible for labor expenses.) This tech and service center tried to stiff my company for labor cost by reporting no problems were found, when in fact, the problems were found and repaired, and covered under the warranty.
Because I put the company I drive for on game, my truck which sat another night, was released to me the next day, worse than the day I put it in. Even though I test drove it with the tech and it had been repaired, that night, someone reversed the repairs to a worse condition and they still stiffed the owner for $1,000.
So beware of this place and their racketeering. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy and I definitely will not return my truck to them.

Was camping in Bar Harbor. Needed a part for my rim. Nancy located one in a different State and had it delivered to her location. She was so understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to help me !!! Highly recommend this place…
We had a morning appointment, but they didn't start working on our problem until about 3pm. They lied to us the entire day about what they were doing. They didn't fix the problem, but that didn't keep them from over billing and billing for work they didn't even do. They have a strong bias against RV repairs. Worst Freightliner facility I have encountered. I resent having to give them even one star.
Went in for warranty work. They did the warranty work ok. But to do the job they had to take the turbo off and the exhaust pipe off. I needed a new pipe so I had them get me the part. When I got the bill the warranty covered all the work except the exhaust pipe. To have them put the exhaust together. Now remember they had to take it off to fix the exhaust manifold. They charged me over a thousand dollars in labor to put the exhaust pipe back on. Shop manager would not listen to my complaints. Said nothing he could do. Besides warranty work I would never recommend there shop. Been going for 30 years of and on. Have bought new trucks there. But the shop last two visits has been grossly over priced.
Just needed spare keys. I called ahead they had it taken care of before I got there. Was a 7 minute drive to get there from where I called. No wait it was over and done with.
Great people but had truck almost a month. Seem they can't expedite parts for a new truck for the engine poor quality service in parts you think they get on somebody about it and fix truck. Freightliner junks
One of the worst service departments I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. Staff is rude and dishonest. Service is never ever on schedule, and pricing is ridiculous. I will post a review everyday just so folks don’t have to deal with their b.s
Well left truck yesterday for a simple service that apparently they can't or wouldn't do, so now we hope after driving an hour both ways they get it done before close
I would give no stars if I could my husband scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance for spring bushings for his big rig we had an am appointment they didn't even order the part in till the day of the appointment at 6pm that night never got the part in till 7 days it was scheduled for. it took well over a week to get the truck back. Never again are we going to use fratliner to work on are truck.
I use these folks for alignments on my Ford Super Duty with my Truck Camper loaded. Friendly folks that do a good job. It's not bright and shiny like your regular Ford dealership but these folks can do the job. I usually bring a chair and wait outside the bay serving my truck.
Easy in and out of the facility. Glad they issue appointments which worked great for our schedule as visitors to Maine. Great work on our RV motor coach! The entire staff listened to our needs, addressed the issue, and also shared a posted recall item which we gave the head-nod to work on. Only positive things to say about the whole experience. Thank you Craig, Pete, and J.J.!

We were treated like family and not just another customer taking up space and time.
We live full time in our RV and being comfortable talking our 'home' somewhere to be worked on means alot to us as many businesses seem more driven by the bottom line than getting the job done right with a minimum of impact on someone's life.
