It’s the 2nd time they’ve pulled out/towed one of my cars and each time they were quick and pleasant

Had to have a vehicle towed with a plow attached and Union Street Towing was easy to work with and very professional. Once the truck arrived, the driver was very professional and polite. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

By far one of the worst towing companies in Bangor. The staff is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I called early to report one of their drivers who was disrespectful and inappropriate toward my wife. The woman I spoke with showed zero respect. The driver argued with my wife and made disturbing comments while on the job. The company showed no remorse for his behavior. I have spoken with the police and will be filing a restraining order. This poorly run company owes my wife a formal apology.

Had Union Towing come out and lift an 800lb Fisher V-Plow onto my truck. They were great to work with, office gal was super nice and very helpful, and the driver and wrecker were right on time. Great folks!

Got my car towed out of a tricky spot quickly when other local companies refused. Super thankful for choosing them. Scott was a great driver and super helpful too.

Very quick operator and service call back and within the hour the driver was there and had my truck unlocked and I had my keys back. I highly recommend and just keep incase you’re wondering it’s $100.00 for the unlock .

Gene came out on a AAA call for a lockout. Car was an older model Honda that was extra complicated due to being a convertible style. When the normal methods weren’t working, Gene worked literal magic and Macgyvered a way in. Keys retrieved and no damage done!! 5/5 stars, absolutely would recommend. Was also quick to show up and very polite! Thanks Union Street towing!!

Yesterday I was stranded in Orono, 150 mi from home. While waiting for the tow truck, I tried multiple places that would look at my car. My driver, Garrett, was so supportive and suggested options. Besides towing me, he took me to a car rental business and wouldn't leave until I was settled. That is Maine service!! Kudos to him!

We were stranded two weeks ago on a Saturday on an off ramp in Bangor Maine. So impressed with the support of this company. They were out in just a few minutes and the tow truck operator was able to diagnosis quickly that our alternator was out and help us get towed to the only place in town that could help us on a Saturday. Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. THANK YOU!

We are traveling in Maine from Cleveland, OH when we got a flat tire on our rental car. Not only was Union Street Towing there in about 10 min, the technician was incredibly kind and quick to put the spare tire on. As nervous out-of-towners, they made us feel much better about a lousy situation. Thank you!!

They were sent by AAA. Lucien showed up super quick, was friendly and knowledgeable about the situation. Got me towed right to my requested shop with no problem.

On Sunday August 17th I had two tires blowout on my travel trailer. Union Street Towing sent two gentleman who were very polite and professional. They jacked up the trailer removed the tires and mounted the spare tire. They were unable to tow it on three wheels. But they did suggest that I take one of my other rims and get a tire mounted. After a short drive to and from VIP I had a new tire. Union Street Towing dispatched another gentleman as the others had answered another call. The third gentleman was also very professional. He mounted the new tire and checked the air pressure in all four tires. I would use them even if I didn’t have AAA.

My car broke down in Bangor. I talked to a very nice lady on the phone. She told me 20 mins and they were there in 10. Lee picked up my car and took it to their facility to keep it safe overnight. The next day the car was brought to me by Cameron. He showed up right on time and even helped me load it onto my trailer. Very nice employee and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Man, I tell you what I was broke down. My Toyota Corrola was stuck in reverse. I called for a tow, and this guy literally talked me through the problem over the phone, saving me hundreds of dollars. I was able to make it to downeast Toyota to fix my car with a simple bolt. Can't thank them enough for the wonderful service.

I've used them for years. We just used them again this morning. Very fast service. Friendly, trustworthy drivers and office staff! Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my service! I’ve never had my car towed and was nervous about the idea of riding with the driver but had no other choice. However, my driver Mark was very kind and I felt completely comfortable, almost immediately. He gave me some advice and treated me with a respect I didn’t expect. Thank you Mark!

Union Street Towing is great! They got to us very quickly. Lucian is an amazing tow truck driver. He helped us get our truck and trailer out of the mud. Extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us. Also a great driver.

We are really lucky to have Union Street towing in our area. I had a dead battery because I had not taken my car out for about 3 weeks after having a fall. Dustin came out after AAA set it up and it seemed like it only took a few minutes. My battery was covered with corrosion and needed replacement he actually had one in his truck cleaned the cables up and installed it. My wife and I have had triple A for well over 20 years and we've worked with Union Street Towing for almost as long and they are excellent to work with. They have good service and everyone we've ever dealt with there is friendly as well as professional.

They don’t wear a cape but they could! A strange thing happened on the highway, my muffler pipe came off and wrapped around the rear axle… and I came to quick stop. I was frustrated on the phone with waiting for my insurance (30 minute)reply/call back. I googled and decided to call Union Street Towing directly. I explained my situation, and he replied “ sounds like we need to cut the pipe”.. 15 minutes later.. UST’s truck arrived, Marc the technician chuckled and said “ I’ve never seen anything this, and I race cars” .. he pulled out his electric saw, and with 10 minutes I was ready to get back on the road before the snow storm on a Sunday evening! CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!

The gentleman who came to assist me back in September when I found myself with a flat tire in the middle of a long overnight trip was very friendly and professional. As he swapped my tire out he drew my attention to the state of my brakes and suggested I get them checked sooner than later. A day later, at the tail end of my journey, I noticed that my brakes had indeed begun grinding, requiring all pads and rotors to be replaced the next day. Had he not mentioned this to me I may not have picked up on the issue (I am not mechanically inclined, as well as somewhat hard of hearind), and may have attempted a 1600km trip home on bad brakes. A big thank you for your diligence.

I discovered I had a flat tire when I came out of the movie theater. As soon as I was finished with my call to AAA I had a message from Union Street Towing. Shaun arrived within the time I was told he would be there and he was very polite and helpful. He was able to explain was had caused the flat, gave me the options and let me choose which would work best for me. I would definitely choose this company again if I needed assistance of this type in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with them today after our tire blew out on I95. Great, friendly people. They responded quickly and, even though we needed to be towed, they got us back on the road as quickly as they could, saving our weekend plans.

We blew a tire on Route 9 heading home and Union Street sent Robert to rescue us. He was fantastic, even stopping to let us use the washroom (after 4 hours on the side of the road). Can’t thank Union or Robert enough.

Had issues with my SUV they took it to the yard until I could figure things out. I live in PA so a good 9 hrs away. We got a trailer to pull it home and the workers were nothing but kind. The one gentleman ( should have got his name) was beyond great! He helped us put my SUV on the trailer and tied it down to trailer. Also helped move my kayaks off the roof rack and put in the SUV. So very thankful for him! Highly recommend

I know nothing about cars - I really struggle with it and don’t have the drive to learn more than about checking tires for air and getting oil changes. That said, the courtesy and quickness of Union street towing, both their receptionist(?) and driver was great. The driver was helpful in chatting through and explaining what the likely cause of my breakdown was. He explained it simple and recommended what I could do next to get it fixed. He didn’t have to do any of that - he could have -just- given me a tow and been on his way. But he really seemed to care about helping out. I didn’t get his name, but for anyone at the company reading this, I was the toyota that was stuck at McDonald’s parking lot (fortunately not in line…) on Aug 4th. I hope y’all appreciate the driver and I hope he knows that people like me really appreciate his kindness and help in stressful scenarios like this. Cheers!

While going home, I took I-95 and my car decided it no longer wanted to accelerate. Luckily there was an off ramp coming up (Union St). Drove the car to the side as best I could but could not get out as cars were coming at a high rate of speed. Called Union St. towing and the person (did not get his name) tried to slow the traffic but it did not matter. He shielded me while I got out until I was in a safe spot. Unable to get into his vehicle (handicapped), he called for a smaller truck. The truck came and he (Bryce) tried to slow traffic down and at the end traffic did slow down somewhat. I got into the truck but did have some trouble and he devised a way so it was easier. Bryce was so patient with me. I would recommend Union St Towing Service to anyone. The experience I had was phenomenal! They deserve a big thumbs up!! If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you so very much!! i

Very professional. I was locked out of my car. They took around 30 minutes to show up. Then another 8 minutes to get me in. I was able to pay the tow truck driver in either cash or card, which was extremely helpful. Then, later that day, the same car locked itself cause of some security measure, so I called again, this time only 20-ish minutes and I was able to wait in Sam's Club while he unlocked it, and he just called me once it was finished. Very reliable service, I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. Hopefully for something a little more fun then unlocking a vehicle. Spice it up a bit. You know? Give them something more fun
