Attack: We have been shopping here for 30 plus years! We knew and respected the previous owners period! The New manager treated us in the most disrespectful way possible! We contacted the corporate office and they apologized, and the regional manager also called us and apologized for our experience! The new manger made us feel unwelcome at this location. We pray and hope everyone who knows us, will also start shopping somewhere else! A person should not be treated this badly, based on the way they look or dress! We pray the owners of this location, gets a new management team and sales staff! The worst parts store in Bangor
Friendly & helpful experience. I blew a heater hose & collected items to hopefully repair my vehicle. The job was a little more difficult than we could handle on our own. When I purchased items they said I could return unused items with my receipt. That's what I ended up doing. Thank you for being friendly & helpful!
We have shopped here for more than 20 years, the new group of men and manager are very unprofessional and have poor customer service skills! We decided to go to Advance auto in Brewer Maine instead! We hope the regional manager realizes they need to appreciate the customers who patronize them for years and get a staff that appreciates the old customers! We do not recommend this auto place period!!!!
Super helpful! Was looking for a coolant filter for my RV. The lady on the phone used my old part number to cross reference without insisting on a make/model and all that (it’s confusing for an RV anyway); she had a replacement ID’d in seconds. Even had it waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. Great customer service, for a change these days!! Thank you NAPA Bangor!
I like the fact that you rent tools when you don't have them conveniently placed but it's hard when you don't really stock any parts but that's how everywhere is
My go-to parts store for over 20 years. Good parts, prices and people. Plenty of parts in stock and many more available if you order it. Often they have parts in stock that other stores need to order.
I use NAPA brake products as my first choice because I'm always happy with the quality and price.
I have looked everywhere for the light I wanted. I didn't want an LED light. I found the exact light and bulb combination. It had to be ordered but it will arrive by noon tomorrow. Thank you NAPA.
