Redo on B and L they moved and under another name! Call old number and someone will get back to you!
If you don't have a part number for them they're not willing to help you find anything will not ever return, some of the worst customer service I've witnessed.
Called to get small block chevy oil pan bolts said they could have them next day which was fine what was NOT okay is that they ordered the wrong bolts and then proceeded to laugh and make jokes about the situation as I was leaving glad to know my time, gas money and wear and tear on my vehicle from that wasted trip was humorous to them great first time at the store!
Update: there is nothing more disrespectful than a generic automated apology such as the one you have responded with its no wonder the internet has taken over the parts market with the lack of humility we see nowadays and until there is an actual apology posted my review will stay the same and I will continue to get parts elsewhere
Blew a wheel bearing on my trailer, called,payed and getting the tools I (should’ve brought) but need to fix and almost no question their delivering it to a rest stop for me where Napa, or Oreillys said flat out no. I’ll definitely do what ever business I can with B&L!
I did not end up buying any products from B & L, they certainly tried to help me find the part, they just didn't have it for my vehicle, they went above and beyond trying to help! I'll definitely go back on my next project.
Spent $85 on G1 paint for my 2019 ford. Told the guy it was a black truck, 2019. He mixed me up G1 grey metallic for a pre 2011 ford. I showed him a pic of the truck and everything. Well I did a test on the rocker and it clearly is the wrong color for my year. The calipers I bought were good and a good price but be careful with purchasing paint as there isn’t a refund even if they mix the wrong mode year paint code lol. Live and learn I guess
Professional and friendly. I just returned the core for an alternator and I left my debit card on the counter. Sarah literally just came out and brought my debit card to me while I'm sitting here in my vehicle. I'll definitely come back and will exclusively give them all my business, which is not much, but still. I had a great experience and I absolutely recommend this place to others
I love this part store it has good friendly staff that can answer questions and very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to lay some knowledge on you they seem to always have what you need and if not they can get it and get it really quick not long waiting. For items to arrive from Warehouse or stock it's close and convenient plenty of great parking I just can't beat the store
So helpful. Told them what I needed and got it for me instantly. Also helped me install my new wipers in negative temperatures and wind blowing you over with out complaints or hesitation. I will definitely be doing more business here.
I've only been there for custom car paint but they've always been attentive and known how to mix the correct color. Lots of product in the store and I've gotten so many ideas just looking around.
They resurfaced my flywheel while I waited. I was expecting to have to drop it off and return later. Awesome service, the price was great, and they did a perfect job. Thanks!
Love this place. Wish I lived closer. If you can't find a part anywhere else they can usually find it or have it. Today, I stumped them. Great parts store!
Went for paint to be matched for my truck for touch up work. Paint was mixed to exactly the right color and everyone working at the store were all very nice and incredibly helpful. There are several places closer to where I live to have this done but was not happy with these auto parts stores if I had to run in for something. Customer service means a lot and will drive the extra 20 minutes to get what I need from this store.
Best auto parts store around. They take their time with each customer and make sure they're getting the best product and price. They go the extra mile to make sure the part fits your exact model.
This is my favorite parts store in my area, because they sell a huge variety of paint on top of parts. A huge selection is not the only reason to come here, because cost is so much more important. B&L beats their competitors with prices most parts stores can't approach, and if a competitor happens to sell something cheaper, B&L guarantees to match the lower price. The guys behind the counter are friendly, helpful, funny, quick, and importantly they are very knowledgeable about what they are selling you. So if you need a part for your ride, some paint for your new hood, or just want to check it out this place is worth the visit.
Great group of guys, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for, they can get it pretty quickly and they have the best prices around. I wont go anywhere else for my auto needs!!
There are many car part stores in the area closer by to go to, but it's worth it to go to B&L. I was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. They found my part quickly. The prices are much better than other stores.
We adore B&L. The staff is amazing. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. They take care of you weather it ve over the phone or face to face. They can find and order almost everything you could possibly need automobile related. They are just a great and wonderful place all the way around.

Very deep inventory and competitive pricing for some, but not all items. Counter staff is both knowledgable and friendly and know about a lot more than the past 3 years models. I expect to pay a small premium when shopping at a place that supports high quality employees and a lot of inventory. Recently, however, I've been confronted with a few items that were really far out of line with competitors' pricing. For example a Throttle Position Sensor (Standard Line) was more than double the price of the competition. Chassis saver was more than 35 dollars a gallon more than the place across town (a car dealer parts desk). Again, I've nothing but excellent things to say about the inventory, quality, and service at B&L. I check them first and will pay 10% more to buy from them -- it's worth it to support a local business, but I've had to start comparison shopping items because of my recent surprises at the checkout.
Prices are a bit higher than others, but the parts guys are friendly and know what they're talking about. Unlike other stores, the guys here have been doing it forever and work on their own stuff. Great place for sanding and painting supplies as well if you have your own booth, and they have some of the more odd universal parts you can't find anywhere else.
Today, my boyfriend went to B&L looking for a part. My boyfriend has Ataxia, which is quite similar to Parkinson’s Disease. Now he’s not slow and he’s not stupid. However, when he speaks, his voice shakes. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude to him, stating in a nasty tone that he couldn’t understand anything he was saying. Now, there is a polite way to go about saying that - he didn’t apologize or anything. When my boyfriend stated he would speak slower the guy refused to listen to him, saying that he had people waiting. This is discriminatory and rude. My boyfriend wouldn’t allow me to go in and speak to the man so I decided to write a review. They will never get our business and I will not recommend them to anyone. You don’t talk to your paying customers that way and you don’t treat them with disrespect.
All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have part they go out of their way to find it. Cost of parts are super competitive. This is the place to go.
Called these guys from my office here in Canada, my driver was 5 minutes from their store, they were quickly able to tell me they had everything I was looking for in stock, and they quickly had a price for the whole package.
As a Canadian that deals with a lot of American businesses, they have certainly earned my future business.
I'll certainly be telling my friends about B&L!
Whenever you find a need for an important part for your auto or truck you can bet that if B&L does not have it you won't find it in the general area. Most auto supply stores will eventually send you there anyway!
