Layth is great guy. Great service. Great price. They towed a car for me from an IAA Lot and held it for me until late at night. I was flying from Indiana to pick the car up but my flight got delayed and I couldn’t get there before 5pm.
He gave me his home address where I went and pick up the keys and title for the car pass 10pm. He even loaned me a jump box to jump the car.
He went far and beyond in assisting me!

Was locked out of my car, it was chilly and really late, they were the ones that came to help! Fast work!, communication was A+, the driver was timely and kind and the owner? Guy in charge, took time to call and make sure I was safe and that he would make sure his driver stayed in touch! He was on vacation! And still took time out of his night to let me know his driver was on his way and that he would call me! Even called back to make sure I made it home safe! Thank you guys!!! Nothing like being stuck somewhere you don't want to be! Glad I they were the ones to show up!

Needed an 80 mile tow and they showed up when they said they would...did the tow correctly without any drama and gave me a ride home as needed.

We were in the midst of traveling for family emergency when our vehicle broke down at a rest area on I95. Several tow companies wouldn't accept the call, as it was a Sunday, and it would be about 200 miles one way. Smart Towing took the call and helped ease our minds. Driver was clean, professional and courteous-he even kept in contact with updates.

I sold my car to peddle and this is the company who came to pick up my car, my offer was $330 and when they came to pick it up they suddenly changed the offer to $265. They claimed that the car wasn’t in the condition I originally said it was. Yet it was, I stated there were no missing parts, had its original cat and that it started but didn’t run. That’s the exact condition that I left it in except for the fact that it was running when he came to pick it up, so with that fact it should have gone up, not down. They gypped me out of money and my car that was %100 worth more than $265.
I stopped to fill my tires with air on my way into the mountains. 930pm on a Thursday night. LTDR; I locked myself out while the cars running with my dogs inside.. I call Smart Towing LLC. Owner picks up right away. He attempts to find me a driver. Calls back saying the nearest driver is 60 minutes away. He said he wanted to try one more driver. He called back and said they didn’t answer and instead of making me wait 60 minutes, he would come help me himself (he was watching a movie at home with his kids).. I am extremely grateful for this man. 10/10 service.
