I would not recommend this shop for vehicle service. My car was not properly diagnosed during my visit, and the issues persisted until I took it to another mechanic who performed a more thorough inspection and identified the actual problem. When I initially dropped my car off, it was starting without issue. However, when I picked it up, I was told the battery was dead and was charged for a battery recharge and cable tightening—neither of which addressed the original concern. This raised questions for me, as those repairs did not seem related to the issue I brought the car in for. When I returned to ask for clarification on what diagnostics were performed, the interaction with the owner was disappointing. I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and dismissive responses to straightforward questions, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Overall, I was disappointed both with the lack of accurate diagnosis and the level of customer service.
They create problems. Car only needed one thing done too which was the A/C they made it worse on purpose to squeeze money out of me. I have 2 inspections done prior to the A/C by Firestone and was told both times car is in tip top shape under the hood. These people claimed I needed parts changed and really I didn’t. They are money squeezing greeders be careful
I will not take my car anywhere again except to Fina Automotive. Mr. Galen and the kind man that worked on my car were professional and courteous. They explained exactly what needed to be done to my car and I was in and out the same day. Thank you Galen, Jessica, and the team at Fina Automotive!!! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!
Mr. Galen is awesome and very professional. Got my dad’s car done the same day and run almost like new again, for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
The service is impeccable, the lovely lady behind the counter is just The sweetest thing I've ever met. Service with a smile and great conversation. & If your lucky, you may be able to get out of a speeding ticket like I did. I'll give this place a 10 out of 10
They changed the Coil packs on my car still wouldn't crank while getting in my car after it cooled down. They changed the fuel pump in my car same problems. Charged me about 640$ for a problem they couldn't fix. Took my car to someone turns out my only problem was a crank switch sensor which turned cost about 30$ Gave them 600$+ for nothing. I wouldn't let them change a intertube on my bicycle!!
Had my car towed and went to get my kids jackets and my computer and photoshop software and all the expensive stuff was gone. My software the computer tower n all their Hollister and realtree and expensive thick new winter coats were gone. All my children's baby photos and videoed moments were on that computer hard drive. All I got was we don't have video surveillance out there so I'm sorry ma'am idk what happened to it. Well I'm sorry isn't getting my children's photos and memories back to me you have peoples property and meaningful items out there. There should be surveillance on their property until they return to pick it up.
Do not get your windshield replaced here! We just got our truck windshield replaced. Went to pick it up and there was a big scratch in the windshield. Lady told us there was nothing they could do about it and we still had to pay full price. Last time we do business here!
Update... the owner made things right by discounting the parts and labor. Very reasonable man. We have had another windshield replaced with them and no issues. I’d do business with them again. Only reason I’m not giving them 5 star is because the amount of time it took to make things right.
Amazing service and fair prices. Took my Sorento in for a stuck lever (seat wouldn’t fold down). They looked at it immediately and were able to fix an issue that another shop said they couldn’t do anything about and that the dealership was going to charge me $140 just to look at. So impressed with the overall customer service. Will definitely return for any future maintenance!
I called and ordered a replacement window for my truck after it had been shattered from an accident. They called me back within five minutes with a price and an estimated arrival date. Keep in mind this was a holiday week - I called on July 3rd, the part consequently didn't arrive til July 5th. And sure enough, early morning on the 5th, they called me back saying the replacement had arrived and I could come in any time for the repair.
I went in around 2:30 PM, expecting to have to leave my vehicle overnight as it was getting near closing time. However, by 4:15 PM, they called me and told me my truck was ready to go.
On top of doing a great repair job, they also took the time to clean out the broken glass that had fallen into my door interior, seat, and floorboard during the accident - a service I did not request and was not charged for. They even neatly folded the tarp I had covering the shattered window! If that weren't enough, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will be returning should my vehicle suffer any more debilitating injury.
