Jackalope road side service is a blessing to the Leesville area. Gerald is prompt to answer a call , very professional in addressing your roadside problems and getting you back on the road in a timely manner . Very nice man.
Gerald is a Rockstar. He helped us out of a jam and got us back on the road. Our work truck was too heavy for our jack, when our tire blew, but he made short work of the job.
My car had a flat tire so I called my Emergency road side service through GEICO and they sent out Jackalope roadside service to the rescue. Mr. Gerald Williams, called me ahead of time and was at my house within 6 minutes. He had my flat tire changed out with my donut hole so I could be on my way within 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that Mr. Gerald had such a good, cheerful attitude, you could tell that he loves his job, which is very refreshing in todays world. Thank you Gerald, I will definitely keep Jackalope on speed dial.
The gentleman was very helpful. My truck wouldn't crank so I started googling towing companies and this was the first one to pull up. He came and all I needed was a jump. Thank you so much
Mr. Gerald with Jackalope deserves way more than 5 stars 100 would be more like it. He went above and beyond. I was stranded on the side of the HWY in Leesville after thinking I could make it to the gas station which I obviously didn't lol. While starting to walk back home to grab a gas container Mr Gerald stopped and asked if that was my van and what the problem was. He was back in less than 10 minutes with a 2 gallon gas can. I'm new to Leesville and he's one of the nicest people I've met since living here. If not for him I would've been walking about 5 miles or so back home in this hot sun 🥵 He's also a Navy veteran and we had great small talk. If you're stranded in or around this area I highly highly recommend giving him a call. It's not very often you meet someone like him. Thank you Mr. Gerald, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!
Amazing I received locksmith services! He was very patient and polite over the phone I had bad service but we managed to get through it. Services was quick and efficient, no damages to my car and service was very affordable thank you highly recommend. Will continue business in the future!😃

I have had utilized Jackalope services for multiple years and it’s always the fastest and most respectful roadside service in central Louisiana!! Anything from flat tire on a highway, to a locked door they are there just as fast as you call them! Outstanding service wouldn’t call anyone else!!
This guy is s life saver. Didn't have a working jack in .y truck so I called him up and they were there in about 10 minutes. The price for the service wasn't too bad I paid $75. To me it was money well spent. I hope I don't need to but if I find myself in a bind again I will definitely give them a call

My family and I were on a cross-country journey relocating to Georgia when we had a flat tire in the middle of rural Louisiana at night. With what little cell service I managed to Google Jackalope. Not only the Gerald himself answer, but he showed up in 20 minutes. We had a pretty rough hole in a tire, but he got it fixed and us back on the road. Great service! Great experience! The gentleman got to me quickly and he was so kind. He put my mind at ease and took care of everything while explaining what he was doing. He even called me to follow up at the end of the day to make sure that I was able to get my old tire repaired. He definitely went above and beyond!
Absolutely amazing service!! Beyond fast and one of the kindest people I’ve met. Locked my keys in the car with it running and wasn’t sure what to do, Jackalope was at my house within 15 minutes of calling and had the job done in 5. Hopefully it never happens again, but if it does I know who I’ll be calling!

Took long than generally expected to arrive but once arrived I couldn't complain about anything. My vehicle died due to low battery for unknown reasons upon attempting to start it and the technician immediately went get a jump box and jumped it off. Made appropriate conversation and came off as very relatable and concern with the well-being of my car. Downside, they don't (or at least he didnt) take card payment which he allowed me to stop and get a withdrawal from the ATM. Made it to my destination safe and sound. Not a bad company.
Mr. Gerald was prompt and swiftly changed my tire-he even aired up the spare! I was back on the road again in less than half an hour from the time I discovered I even had a flat! Would recommend.
Mr. Williams with Jackalope Roadside Service LLC is a blessing. He drove from Leesville, LA all the way to Lake Sam Rayburn, TX to plug a flat tire for my wife and me on a Saturday late afternoon. The plug was of such great quality that we were able to drive 160 miles home from Lake Sam Rayburn to Houston the following day without a hitch. You’re a good man, Mr. Williams. Thank you, sir.

Spent time and considerable effort to troubleshoot my battery problem and got it solved and car running. Came prepared with a variety of tools. Saved me from sinking more money into a gremlin that turned out to be a simple fix.
Was very respectful and professional we needed him to open a vehicle that key where locked in . He took extra care not to damages our vehicle the weather was very cold in the 30 but Mr. GW did not let that keep him for coming after We called AAA they told us they had someone on the way. He gave us his card and told us if we had any questions or problems with anything to please let him know. You don’t see this to much anymore a person that will stand behind his work. I know that I will call his company if I ever need his services.
