I don't even know where to begin with this one folks! But I'll start with saying that Zack over at Nubz towing literally Saved my Ass yesterday! I'm a Big Rig driver from out of town and went to pick up a load in a dirt filled Lot, loaded down with full load! and found my stuck AND alone, I called around and was quoted some quotes that literally had me on my hands and knees trying to dig myself out! In one last ditch effort I called NUBZ! And Zack picked up instantly and said I'm omw! He pulled up 10 min later and I guess I forgot to tell him I was in a 80,000lb BIG RIG! but that still didn't matter he stood back looked at the situation and said dude I'm not going to leave you here like this and backed his Regular Kenworth flat bed, to the rear of my trailer hooked chains onto it and Gave her hell!!! Which he did not have to do!!! And pulled me out in 10 minutes! Look I'm not saying it's because we are both Vets is why he didn't leave me stranded because I TRULY think it's just the type of guy he just is! So again THANK YOU BROTHER! for your service and your professionalism, I owe you one. Oh he only charged me $200 which was $800 less than everyone else! He even stayed just to make sure I got out of the area, he truly went above and beyond his call of Duty 🫡
He came down while the roads were slushed over risking his truck, and pulled me out of the ditch when no one else was willing, he was professional, efficient, and did a great job helping me get on my way, I really appreciate it.
Zach was absolutely amazing! I got a flat tire late in the day. I called him asking if he can get to me and bring me to FireStone on Fort Polk quickly before they closed. The winter storm is hitting tonight and I was panicking that I wouldn’t have a vehicle and/or be stranded. Zach got to me and towed my vehicle to Firestone with 15 minutes of me calling asking for help. Once he arrived he moved very quickly to get my vehicle on the truck in order to get my tire replaced before the shop vlosed. He was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him! He is fairly priced (I would have paid him double because he was so amazing!) Thank you so much Zach! I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to everyone!!
Called Nubz and spoke with Zack. This gentleman came out in the rain and hooked my car in less than 30 minutes from phone call to arrival. Hes gotta be the best in the area. Highly recommend. God forbid I gotta get a tow in future but, if I do Im calling Nubz Towing 1000%.
Zack was available to quickly handle towing a vehicle for me in a short time span. He was very courteous and efficient at his job. I also felt like he gave me a great price. I would definitely use him again if needed.
Zach was great to deal with. I'm off in Texas at work on a drilling rig, the rear end went out in my son's truck while he was in Leesville. I called Zach at about 9am, he was in the middle of another call but he still had my son's truck loaded before noon and on its way to Marler Ford in Dry Prong. All dealings were done over the phone and were extremely simple and easy. He sent confirmation photos and completely handled everything in a very professional manner. He was better priced than the other wrecker service I had previously spoken with also. Will definitely use him again if needed and would highly recommend him.
Don’t remember the owners name but he’s very honest. My car would randomly not start and was dead at O’reillys. I left it there overnight and the keys with the staff. I called Nubz the next day. When he went to get my car he called and told me that it started up and asked if I still wanted it towed to the garage. He couldn’t just taken my money and towed it anyway but he was honest about it.
Friendly. The fastest I've ever had a car towed. Willing to drive to my mechanic in DeRidder despite me breaking down in Leesville. He made the whole process so much easier to handle, which I was very grateful for since I was already dealing with two bored and hungry kids on top of everything else.
My Tesla got a side tire flat. I was concerned about finding someone that knows the nuance of towing teslas properly, especially with mine being AWD. Zack handled business like a pro. He took care of my baby “Black Widow” like it was his own. Highly recommend and moving forward, he’s the only person able to handle my vehicles in the Fort Polk area!
Had a little misunderstanding with the dealership my car was being towed to, they helped me get it to another mechanic with no problems and for a great price! Driver was very kind when we handled this issue. Would recommend.
Got stuck in a muddy ditch and had to call AAA for tow truck service and no of the local service providers were able to come out. But Nubz Towing was available and able to help me. The driver had to drive over 120 miles to get to me but when he arrived he had me out of the ditch and on my way in less than 15 minutes. If you ever need towing service I highly recommend you contact Nubz towing.
Nubz came within 20 mins and towed our Model 3 to Post. Very careful with the car and has a flatbed for towing EVs. Super friendly and humble service. Solid experience, will certainly use again should the need arise.
