The operator (Ray) was a super friendly and helpful guy. He took care of my baby (Toyota Tundra) and arrived at the time he said he would arrive. Anytime you get service like that you have to spread the word. I took his card, and anyone I know that says they need a tow service will get his information. Great Job!!

Straight up legit They got my car out of empire way down the road, dropped it off in chalmette, I wasn't even home, they put it exactly where I asked them too The price was reasonable, and when I asked for an invoice, they got that done so I could try and get my insurance to reimburse. I am glad this is who I found!

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They gave me a ETA of 2 hours. Two hours came and went so I called them was told they was gonna call me back and NEVER did so tried to call them and they never answered any of my calls. If y’all wasn’t coming should have let me know instead of letting me wait on you I could’ve found another company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I called this place randomly and I’m so glad I did! The driver (Rayon) was prompt, efficient, friendly, and even sent a picture of the towed Ma’am vehicle to its new location to give me peace of mind afterwards. He really went above and beyond I recommend this place highly to everybody. I will be going back there if I ever have any towing needs again!

Ray was awesome!! Very respectful man. He picked up an a very timely manner and delivered exactly where I needed the SUV to go. I was even able to pay over the phone.hence. I live out-of-state and was delivering to my brother's house. The price is extremely reasonable as well. I put in the phone call and 5 minutes later. He had SUV picked up and delivered.

When I tell you this man is an angel, I mean it. Prompt and then went above and beyond by bringing me not only to the repair shop but then to work. I could not be any happier with the service. Keep up the amazing work.

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Mike is rude as hell and they continued to waste my time and inconvenienced me. They kept saying they could come pick up my vehicle at a scheduled time and NEVER DID. Blocked my phone number as if I did something wrong and left me hanging. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They’re misogynistic and unprofessional.

I arranged for my car to be picked up by a competitor who was gruff on the phone and then never showed up. Rescheduled with Cool Runnings and a difficult experience was made as pleasant and easy as possible. Quick, able work from an affable person. Would not hesitate to use again.

Called Mr. Dixon and scheduled a tow for my car to the dealership. His customer service is outstanding. The towing he provided was second to none perfect. This business definitely cares about what they do and it shows. Don’t think twice about calling, just call and request a tow. Another great thing about Cool Runnings is that it is a local business and owner lives in the community. His service is THE best I have ever received in NOLA.

My car broke down. Everyone said 3 hours. Cool runnings said 45 minutes!! Was there in 30 minutes!! Oh and less than $100. So great attitude, lighting fast speed!!! Plus good rates.
