Broke down in a bad spot and needed to get my car towed to a mechanic that was pretty far from where I broke down and these guys got to me quickly and even tried to help me figure out what was wrong with the car before towing it. Don’t see myself ever calling someone else when I need a tow.
My car broke down in the CBD and B's Towing was able to come to my aid in less than 20 minutes. I have to say Paul, was one of the most professional drivers that I ever encountered. He used all the proper equipment and was professional. I highly recommend calling on these guys for all of your towing needs.
Had trouble with my EV in New Orleans and roadside assistance called B's to tow my truck back to Baton Rouge. They sent a great guy, Dean to do the tow. He gave me and the truck a ride and got me back home. I found out that they specialize in EV vehicles and know exactly what to do. Great company and Dean knows his stuff.
Was quoted 30 min, after 50 called back and was quoted 10, 30 min after that driver called and told me it would only be 30 more minutes due to bad weather on a very sunny day. Very rude when I was trying to cancel would not stop contacting me with excuses and why I should let them still do it.
Said he would be at the location in two hours. An hour later he personally called.to say he was cancelling the job. Thereby leaving me stranded on the side of Hwy 90. Update… now threatening to post neg comments on my page if I don’t take the review down. This man is scary!
Second time he didn’t show up. Keeps delaying.

Quick response immediately got me connected to a guy who got to my car quickly and delivered it where I needed. Towing companies can sometimes be difficult to work with as most car services are but I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who needs one.
The dispatcher told me Noah, the tow truck driver, would arrive in 30 minutes and Noah was there in 15 minutes. The mechanic at Firestone commented on fast the tow truck arrived. I telephoned several towing companies and B’s Towing Service had the best price. My vehicle had to be towed 125 miles. Noah was able to load the vehicle onto the tow truck in approximately 5 minutes and he also stopped so I could get something to eat. B’s Towing Service is professional, efficient, reliable, and fast. They were able to process my credit card payment in the tow truck. 100% the best.
B's towing is really great. They was the first people I called. They were so polite and professional. I live five states away and they work with me due to family circumstances. Convenience was letting me pay over the phone. They picked up my vehicle and a timely matter and handle with care. I definitely will call them again if I ever need them.

Wow. Couldn't be more impressed. Stressful situation as I had to leave car at off ramp but Noah was reassuring and there speedily and kept me apprised and brought car back to New Orleans and totally handled difficult/complicated situation with such care. In a panicked situation, I felt I didn't need to worry because all was in good hands. I just couldn't recommend B's Towing more or express how relieved and reassured I felt by their service and communication.

Noah rescued us from MSY. Dropped off rental car and then our truck froze up stranding us. Called and was told it would be a hour, Noah called within that hour to let us know he had to drop off a car on the West Bank- but he would be back to get us in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later he was there to pick us up. Very professional young man. Brought our truck to our local repair shop then brought us home. We have spread the word on B’s Towing - forget all other towing companies- we will only use B’s. Paul was amazing quick pick up and drop off his customer service was great. But the owner Ryan is a hothead and has horrible customer service. While trying to explain to him what was going on with roadside assistance he yelled, screamed, talked over me then hung up on me. He threatened to take my car after it was successfully dropped out proof of payment was shown. He also told the driver paul to upcharge me because he was frustrated. Paul was great Ryan not so much
The guys here were amazing! I'm a single mother and they helped me tremendously! I didnt feel taken advantage of if anything I felt like a lil sister. The only company I will call. Thank you guys.

Mr. Jim with B’s provided us excellent service on the towing of our BMW. We ran into a couple of obstacles but he was able to navigate through the issues and safely get our car towed to the repair shop. I would recommend B’s towing to my family and friends and thanks again for sending Mr. Jim!

Had my Lowered Honda Accord towed. I was worried my car would not get on any tow truck more or less a flatbed because it is so low to the ground but B's Towing in New Orleans did a phenomenal job without even breaking a sweat. My car was on and off the tow truck from Metairie to New Orleans without a scratch! Great job! 5 Stars for sure!
I called b’s towing at 4 in the morning and by 4:30 ryan pulled up to me! I was amazed at how fast he was at that time in the morning! Great service and very polite! Will be the only tow service I use from now on!

Hit a pretty bad pothole in New Orleans, and ended up breaking the lower ball joint on my Jeep. Within 15 minutes of calling B’s Towing, the truck was there to help me get my vehicle to a shop to get it repaired. The owner was polite and professional and it was definitely the best tow experience I’ve ever had.
