Literally called to ask if they had a part, the man was very rude and asked me why im asking him questions about what part I needed and continued to call me a telemarketer after I explained I am looking to get a part for my car ! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This is supposed to be a business pertaining to salvage cars yet I get questioned on why im calling the business asking for a part. NO STAR!
This is a family owned business. The owner Robert Gatti SR is a Blue Print Welder , Licensed Notary , Mechanic , Operator of heavy machinery , Devout Christian, Honest very hard working , Father , Uncle , Grandfather, Godfather and Great Grandfather , He is also a former Marine , and Big LSU fan .
Mr.Gatti has been selfless and professional in every interaction I've ever had with him, been knowing him for 25 years and everytime we speak I leave feeling better about my situation.
