I had a blown tire Thursday night, and Brandon from Treehouse Towing was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance.
Treehouse Towing is a veteran-owned local towing and emergency roadside service, and they provided excellent service during a stressful situation.
As for the other company I contacted, Towing Gurus, I would not recommend them.
Storms were really bad last night and after a few attempts to get roadside assistance through my insurance, they were assigned. I called dispatch and Brandon answered. He was done for the night but rather than let me wait another 2 hours he came out himself and got me back on the road. This is going the extra mile. I’m sure at 1am he was tired and just wanted to go home. Highly recommend using them.
Called Brandon on a late Saturday afternoon he personally answered my call. My Corvette had broke down he said he'd be to pick it up within 30 minutes. Showed up on time was very professional handled my car with kid gloves. Delivered and unloaded it at dealer after hours left necessary paperwork for dealer. And took multiple photos of my car which he forwarded to me. I highly recommend Treehouse Towing Service to anyone in need.
This is the quickest and most professional tow truck I've ever used. I highly recommend this towing company! They're reasonably priced and honest about ETA's.
I had a flat tire on I-20 Saturday night. Apparently AAA was having trouble finding someone to help me. I had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for help. Finally they contacted Treehouse Towing in Bossier City. Brandon called immediately and within 25 minutes he had traveled to Minden to help me and within 5 minutes of arrival had the spare tire on and me back on my way. Brandon is so professional and kind. I highly recommend anyone in our area in need of a tire change or towing assistance call him. Thank you again, Brandon!
This is the best tow company out there!!! When our roadside assistance quoted us a 300 min wait Treehouse towing came to the rescue! Was there within the hour and since our car was extremely low to the ground Brandon helped us get it on the tow truck safely and without causing more damage!! We had to schedule a tow to the collision place and we knew we were going to use them again even if we had to pay out of pocket! They are so reasonably priced! We will use them for every tow need from here on out!!!
What an awesome young man! We were stuck in the freezing winter storm. He arrived picked myself and my daughter up at 1in the morning . Drove us to Terrell Texas and even went out of his way to take us to the hotel at 5 in the morning. Would recommend this company anytime!
Brandon is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and professional. He came right out and got my diesel super C up and going. I will use him again and recommend him to all.
Will definitely be calling Treehouse Towing again if the need arises. Brandon took very good care of getting my daughter and our Range Rover back home safely when she was stranded in the pouring rain on the side of the highway. He was VERY QUICK to respond and arrive to get her off of the highway and even called me to let me know he arrived and she was safe. Brandon kept in touch with me so that I would know when he would be arriving. Then, he picked up our vehicle with great care and attention. He was also very kind, while being professional. We will be using him in the future for all of our towing needs (which I hope are very few!).
