I had been eyeing a part on their locator for a few weeks now but have been hesitant due to being 100 miles away! I had a half day at work today so I figured I would call S&A and verify they still had the part I had been eyeing and sure enough they did! Before I made the 100 mile trip they pulled the part and set it up front ready for pick up. I walked in and was greeted by name by 2 of the nicest ladies! Extremely personable and polite as the transaction went smoothly. The part was just as pictured on the listing I had been eyeing and came with the necessary hardware for installation which wasn't expected but was just a way they went above and beyond the minimum. Extremely fair pricing and friendly service is why I am willing to make a few more 100 mile trips for any parts I may need!
Been going for all my vehicles and they usually have what I needed.. Polite, courteous and very helpful, don't feel like I'm getting beat because I'm a woman, I've seen the same service for all. Great Place!!
Be careful with this place they want you to fill out a credit application for who knows what which I'm not getting anything that has to do with credit I'm paying them right away and they still want you to put a credit application if not they send you things for more money than what it's really registered for buyer beware!!!!!
This is under new management and I personally mow blow weed eat and edge when it comes to business nothing hits better than getting attention for looking good to look good you have to care to care takes a lil extra effort , they've also made it a top priority to service all there used cars top to bottom inspection and correction lol
I have gotten a few major parts from here and my car is running better than it did when I bought it, they are friendly and very informative with any question you ask. I always recommend this place when asked where to find a good used part that they pull for you!
Bought a set of 4 Lincoln Town Car wheels over the phone. Quick to take my information, and very professional. The wheels were boxed and mailed to me in New Hampshire and I received them less then a week later. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you for being so easy to work with!
I called to see if they had a certain flexplate. Chance looked it up, put his hands on it and I drove 2 hours to get it. It was in perfect condition and the price was unbeatable. I'll be back.
It's a really great place especially if you want to save a few dollars on some good used parts. I've been here a couple of times and the people are very nice and helpful! I even thought about putting in an application because they're hiring and I believe customer service is the key
