I spent almost $900.00 on a lift kit for my truck and I don’t see a difference measured from center of rim and it’s not even leveled great customer service people are willing to help just did not get what I paid for.

Did a great job installing bed cover. Item came in damage from Amazon and Jared was able to get it fix. Installed without having fuss and hassle of sending it back to Amazon.

They was very friendly and helping me find what I needed for my truck since it was my first time being there I got the grand tour of the store accessories I was looking to buy

Great location for all of Shreveport/Bossier City. Staff has been very helpful with the purchase of my Jeep lift kit and patient with questions over the phone.

Bad customer service ... where very rude and didn't even bother to look at the truck which the tires had warranty... took 2 trucks there to get leveling kits and tires will now be taking my service somewhere else ... don't not recommend.... yes we know it was through 4wd specialist.. I spoke to then and they said part of the new owner ship contract yall had to help ... you didn't offer to help in any way ... we said it isn't far and you replied life isn't far .... not a ver friendly way of talking to a customer that had done business with you

I’ve had 2 lifts installed on 2 different trucks and never had any problems. Customer service was nice and very helpful in selecting what I needed.

Friendly staff and pretty quick to get you in and out..Got some work done with my Tacoma, all said and done it was finished in half an hour...
Highly recommend this place if you need something ordered or work done..Let them know The Dude sent you..

Our initial experience was wonderful when we purchased our running boards. However, 6 months later, one of them has become loose and they were unable to get our truck in to tighten them for a few weeks. They suggested we go to another truck store to get it fixed. Which is exactly what we will do with our future business as well. So disappointed in their customer service!

UPDATE: My daughter dropped by the store and they graciously tightened her running boards without hesitation as she waited. Redemption!

This store is great. The sales guys were very helpful. It really is a one stop shop for all you truck accessory needs. I highly recommend.

I recently just bought a new 2023 stock Jeep. Went in this place at 9:00 am to look at wheels,tires and a lift. Spent 15 mins in this place with money in pocket to do something, just didn’t know what route I wanted to go. Not once did anyone of the 5 guys behind the counter acknowledge me or ask if they could help me. I walked out the door and will take my money elsewhere.

Wanted to share with everyone what an outstanding job Mr. Wesley Henderson done at 4 Wheel Parts. He helped me pick my Smittybilt full width winch bumper and a 10K Smittybilt winch. He ordered all of it and it came in on schedule. He scheduled the installation and it was completed on time. After it was completed he came outside and checked it to make sure I was 100% satisfied which I was. Also got the Bakflip bed cover. I highly recommend Wesley and this location of 4 Wheel Parts! Great customer service, Salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is always on duty and very quick to fix and resolve and problems you may have. The shop guys are very knowledgeable and quick to have your truck back to you. I highly recommend 4WP!

These guys are some of the most rude and disrespectful people I've ever worked with. I had a 9am apt that I paid in advance for and they let my brand new 60k truck sit in a public parking all day until everyone else's truck was taken care of first . They didn't even touch it until 4pm and they had the nerve to be extremely rude to ME just for asking why . Do yourself a favor and find someone else .

Contacted 4 Wheel Parts in Bossier City, LA on 2 separate occasions to get prices and the 2nd time to order parts. The first time the sales person was really nice and helpful and gave me a quote on ALL parts I wanted. The 2nd time the new sales person I reached was rude, and unhelpful. He said I had to order some parts online and bring them in to install that he could not order them even though they were listed on the web site. Then tried to tell me instead or ordering a set of ready lift crash bars from them and have them install it just cut the part off of my truck myself and not replace them, he did not even know the part even existed. When he finally came back to give me the quote it was over 100 higher than the original quote and that is not counting the part he said I had to order myself. It is also the weekend they pay taxes on everything you order so how can the parts and install without the part I would have to order myself be over 100 dollars higher than the original quote with ALL parts and labor. Very unprofessional and rude. Will go elsewhere from here on out.

Thought this would be a great place to have my truck worked on but they wouldn't work my truck the way it needed to be worked because I didn't fall into there sales manager 2,400 Dollar trick to sell me something that wasn't need after bring my truck to another shop I learned that not only did I not need the parts he claim I did they didn't even do a good job at balancing my tires. I will say untrustworthy employees the prices drive you in for the biden trick. My last dollar was spent for 4wheel parts

I ordered a bumper and winch over six weeks ago and put $1,000 down. I was informed to bring in my Jeep on the following Monday morning. I arrived as instructed and was told that they didn't know what I was for nor did they have anything for me. After sorting through information, they were able to find my order but told me it would be two weeks before the parts were in stock. I called five days ago and held on for 15 minutes. I talked with Wes and he informed me that he would call me back in twenty minutes. I never heard back from him at all. I call today and geld on for twenty minutes only for someone to simply pick up the phone and hang up on me. I called back and was able to talk with someone else. I asked for a refund and was told he sent it to me. They have TERRIBLE customer service; in which, I informed the guy I spoke with but he didn't care about what I had to say. You call them and they pick up the telephone, tell you to hold on, and leave you on hold forever. I do not recommend this place at all unless you are wanting to give them your money and just sit back and wait.

Worst customer service as well as repairs. They cannot wire a simple light bar. We changed the size of our tires and they neglected to tell us the puff locking lug nuts on as well as give us the key. After a week of calling they finally mailed one out to us.

They took care of me when I needed just bushings pressed in my trailing arms. Only one other place would do it asked almost $200 for a 30 minute job. (They said it was gonna take over an hour. Rhymes with smesh eye smorterports)
But 4 wheel parts hooked me up and saved me a small fortune. Thanks guys!

This store did not take very good care of me. I left my truck with them for 5 hours during a workweek and they never touched it. Just needed a re-torque on my lift kit bolts. Since they dont make money off of re-torque work they just ignored my needs. I spent several thousand dollars on the equipment with them but they already made their money I guess. Never going back. Terrible business.

I have them 2 stars bc they are good at communicating but service after the sale? Good luck with that. If you have a problem with a tire that you purchase from them they put you at the bottom of the list but if your buying new tires well they get you in ASAP. That’s a terrible way of doing business. I would recommend buying your tires from the “Tire Crew” this will be the last time I deal with 4WP!!

Great parts house for your truck and Jeep needs. Prices on items I looked at we're reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed without pushing for a sale.

The guys here will help you with your needs and are reasonable especially compared to the competition in town but (yes there is a but), I was a little astounded when I wanted the guys to install a custom grille insert on my trucks but, after 30 mins they told me it was nothing they could do. I always do my research before I mess with my my autos and knew the grille could fit. So the next day I just did it myself and it turned way better than I expected. So not only did save over 100+ with them but, more happy that I did it myself. The guys there still are friendly and will help you with just about most of your truck needs.

This place rips people off. I came in to see if they could compress some coil overs for me and install a spacer. I had all the parts, and the coil overs were already off the truck. One of the men at the front counter wanted to charge me $100 for maybe 10 minutes of work. Said he also charges $100 to take off coil overs, which is maybe also 10 minutes of work. Will never recommend anyone to go here.

Adam, Justin, Evan, and Keith all make this the best place to go for off road and performance parts! This whole group is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and all around great characters interact with. I'm on the side of the road right now writing this because I feel compelled to let everyone know they do quality work in a timely manner. Their mechanics and installers are top-notch. I have brought my truck here many times and they have always taken great care of it. I highly recommend this place.

I bought and they installed a wench plate, wench and a bull bar. Very personal service. The only negative I thought was the labor fee to install the parts purchased was very high compared to other shops around the area.
