This company is absolutely AMAZING!!! My tower Chris came at 1 AM when I had some major emergency, Middle of the road, stranded with my drive shaft on the ground!! Not to mention the major thunder storm rolling in. Was so kind and understanding and came promptly to me even when I didn’t know where I was. Just gave him a description of what I saw and the last road sign I remember, hahahaha. In a very hard and distressing situation was able to get everything done and even was able to park it in my parking space back at my apartment. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone and will always use them in the future.
Shed rd.towing and recovery is the lowest of recovery services . They stole all my tools and a brand new Stihl 271 20 inch chain saw all my fishing gear and tackle box a brand new Dewalt cordless skill saw two new Dewalt drills a 141 peace socket and wrench set a$70 Dewalt drill bit set all my hand tool valued ove $300 dollars and a Dewalt mini grinder that I was told they recoverd it and that show the the theives works there and the owner will not return my call and now I half to pay a lawyer to sue for what was stolen when bbn they were called to tow my truck in I would never recommend this company to to in a peddle car be ware
I had my car towed there on a Friday night- I bumped a curve- no big deal.. I went to look at my car Monday after work to make sure everything looked the same as it did when they took it away. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They left the drivers side window down so it rained alll inside of my car. Not to mention there were muddy animals prints alllll over inside and outside of the car. So clearly an animal has been LIVING in the my car bc they couldn’t roll up the window. The “owner” of the place acted as if it was MY fault that the window was down and he could have cared less. Very dissatisfied with his attitude and this whole experience. 10000% do NOT recommend getting towed to this awful, rundown place.
Called business after waiting 5 hours with a blow out on a trailer.. Owners said tell Geico to call someone else after not calling me to tell me "they got busy". W Good luck if you need real help they will leave you stranded in the cold
My husband was in an accident & they came to tow our Jeep & clean up. The guys on scene were very courteous and efficient, letting us get in the vehicle as needed, and making sure we knew where to go. The towing company is in with the auto parts store, so that was slightly confusing when looking for the building. When we went in, the gal that helped us was also very nice, helpful and efficient. It was nice to have a smooth experience after a rough beginning to the day.
