Highly recommend this company! Kenneth was the most professional, knowledgeable driver. He was there for my tow within 25 mins. Kind, courteous, efficient and I immediately felt he had the whole situation under control. This is the kind of person one would want responding to a ‘disabled car needs tow’. 10/10. Note: The dispatcher I spoke with was awesome. Professional and facilitated a quick response time!

The absolute worst towing company ever. On the website, it clearly states they accept credit cards and Apple Pay. But it doesn’t say cash only anywhere on the website. And they charge $31.50 per day to hold your car in addition to the tow fee, which is ridiculous. I asked to speak with the manager and he wasn’t there and no was there to actually help with the problem from the information they posted on the web site. Do not use this company! Waste of a lot of money!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Got my car taken to their impound Friday morning & came to put it up this morning and my car was COMPLETELY DEAD! the manager said "yea they left your car on" and I even tried to jump start my car & it wouldn't turn on. Then the owner was very rude about my car & didn't care about me trying to have a way to get my car off of their lot so he put me off the property, oh did I forget to mention he called the police on my sister for NO REASON!!!! I WOULD'T RECCOMMEND THEM AT ALL
They refused to fix what they broke. They left my car on & killed the battery & refused to get me some help. Wanted me to use another tow truck company to come get my car from them. The manager said this was the owners idea. Plus the wanted more money than what I was originally quoted
My vehicle was in a very difficult spot to tow. My driver never skipped a beat or got frustrated by the circumstances! He coordinated with the receiving location and executed the tow with astute professionalism despite the very difficult circumstances! Four Wheel Solutions are exactly that—a solution!!!!
Great service we have a contract with these guys. They do a great job they’ve even picked my personal vehicles up that we were having problems good service good drivers. The owner loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but other than that he’s a great guy!
Very nice and professional. It only took like 20ish minutes after calling them for my car to be towed. Hopefully I wont need towing services again, but if I do this is who I’ll call.
On Jan 4 2024, my son have his car towed by Four Wheel Solutions LLC to a local repair shop. According to Ben (the General Manager), The Travis (the tow driver) delivered the car to the shop. 3 or 4 days later I called the shop to check the status of the car and the owner of the shop said the car is not here and was never there. I called Ben inquiring about my son's car and he said the driver had delivered the car at 9:06 am on the 4th according to their GPS and the driver gave the key to someone at the shop...(the owner of the shop is the only person that works at his shop and he was not there at that time). I ask Ben if he could ask Travis for a description of the person he gave the keys to and Ben refused to do so. Then Ben changed his story and said the shop wasn't open so the driver left the key under floor matt leaving the door unlock. I asked him why the driver did not lock the car doors and put the key in the drop box and because he didn't you guys are responsible for my son car getting stolen. He replied they are not responsible....once the vehicle is dropped off it is the shop's responsible. And I told him I would agree with him if Travis has locked the doors and put the key in the lockbox. I asked to speak with the owner's and he said the owner's are is parents and he is the general manger and what he says is final. The bottom line is my son car was stolen because Four Wheel Solutions did not secure the car. I have an appointment with an attorney the 25th of Jan 2024 who said he will have to sue them if they don't pay you for the value of the car. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB today

Very fast arrival time and even helped repair my truck to get me back on the road driving quickly. Never met them before, but will call them each and every time i need a tow. I spoke with Brendan who gave me all the information and helped me calm down after a blowout. Dan was the driver who came out for the quickest and most comfortable tow assistance I’ve ever seen. There are no words for the gratitude I have, 5/5, highly recommend them.

Brendon and Ben were both great! The customer service was outstanding and my tow arrived promptly (I think less than 20 minutes) and the entire experience was amazing. I appreciate how helpful Ben was and how he let me know what was going on throughout the process. I'm honestly so refreshed to have had such a seamless and nice experience in what had already been a hectic day. Costumer service is lost on so many these days and it really turned my day around to have such a pleasant experience. Thanks again for everything!
