Towmasters was dispatched by Allstate to pick up my disabled motorcycle. They arrived when promised. The driver was very professional and polite, and my bike was handled carefully. I was very happy with the service provided.
Experience was horrible my mother called around 9:03 this morning to schedule a tow for my car since it was flat. The lady then tells my mother well you have to pay for the services ahead of time so my mother was like she’s never heard of a towing company wanting the payment before the vehicle is received. So the lady Amy then tells my mother “well we will get to you when we get to you then.” Then Amy called back once she realized it was assigned through my insurance, so then she stated to my mother the ETA was and 1 1/2. When my mother spoke to her again at 11:12, she said he was coming from Haugton. My mother spoke to her again at 11:52 and stated he was in route leaving from Haughton at 11:43 and they sent an updated ETA message saying he was 34 mins away. So now we’re 2 1/2 hours later they still haven’t shown up. I called from my phone to get an ETA at 12:35 to ask where was the tow truck she then stated “he stopped to get fuel, he should be pulling up any second now.” The person who’s post to be coming to tow the car has yet to call me or my mother to give an update on anything. My mother called the insurance to have them reach to the tow company to see whats the problem and the delay at 12:46 (she talked to the insurance company for 21 minutes) the driver told state farm he was 5 minutes away. We’re still waiting as on 1:14 the tow truck still isn’t here. The tow truck then pulls up at 1:16, this was the worst experience that I’ve ever experienced with a towing company and I WILL NEVER BE BACK FOR SERVICES !
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Driver went on lunch break with my vehicle, LOST MY KEY, where it was later RAN OVER, showed up and handed me a 2002 key after having my car for hours to transport it 5 miles.

Do not use this place. They sent a driver to change my tire. The driver stripped and broke my lugs and studs off my car leaving my car with 1 lug and stud and they refused to fix this. As nice as I was to try to get them to resolve this they said they were not responsible.They hung up on me multiple times and refused to take my calls. Lied and said they would call me back. The driver also lied and said he would come out to fix it on his next shift he worked because he did not want to get in trouble. When I told them I had a video of the guy tearing my car studs and lugs up they all of a sudden had a change of attitude and said I did not give them a chance to fix the issue.I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
Horrible customer service and pure laziness from the flat bed driver. Left my parents stranded on the side of the road and stated this is an “ALLSTATE INSURANCE issue” and “I’ll only make 5 dollars off of this job”! Sorry buddy, you or your company made the agreements you have with Allstate, whether you make “5 dollars “ as he said or not, that’s not the customers problem. After my parents also said we will pay you out of pocket his response was “ you’ll have to call it in and they will have to send someone else out” . Pure laziness, left my parents on the side of the road like that. Be glad I’m a state away . Stay away from this company, they leave you stranded with no care or concern and apparently no lick of common sense !
be careful, they won't complete the job properly-if you pay them in advance, pay only after they complete the job!
We did call several times the office that day and the next, but they refused to do the partial refund…
They did took off the driveline but never installed it back, we had to pay another mechanic to put it back!
Absolutely terrible they took 3 hours to come unprepared with no registration for the tow truck. I would give this company a 0 if I could waste of time don’t go to this company if you want great customer service or support. The driver was rude and disrespectful to the people at the front gate of barksdale. This place is terrible I wouldn’t go here even if it was free hopefully this place gets shutdown so no more people will have to wait 3 hours for nothing to get accomplished. How don’t you have a registration for a vehicle I question their competency.
We were on way to dealership to get car fixed and it broke down. The lady who answered the phone morning of July 6th was so pleasant and helpful. They were very quick to get to us and took us where we needed. Would highly recommend them!
I called Jennifer and she was amazing. Got someone right out. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Thank you Jennifer for the knowledge and curiosity you gave.
I gave Tow Masters 3 stars due to an incompetent/rude dispatcher by the name of Lindsey. I had 2 flat tires on my BMW, so I went through my insurance company so they can send me a tow truck and they connected me with Tow Masters. I filed the claim to get the tow truck at 9:28am.
When I spoke with Lindsey over the phone initially…I told her I had a blow out, she asked which side and I told her on the passenger side. I told her I know for sure the front tire is blown out because my car alerted me it had a 0 pressure. I told her I wasn’t sure if the back tire was completely flat or just needed air. Then she asked me if my car can go in neutral and can my wheel turn, and I told her yes, so she proceeds to tell me that they’ll send someone out! Ok cool…I can see the estimated time for someone to reach me would be by 11:32am. It got close to 11:32, and someone from the company called and told me it will be about a 45 min to 1hr delay. So I’m not really bothered, I’m just like ok, patiently waiting….I know delays happen. So finally, my tow truck driver Demarcus shows up around 12:20.
He looked at my car, and I said what’s wrong? He said ma’am how long have you been waiting…I said about 3 hrs. He said I’m sorry for your wait, but I’m going to tell you Dispatch didn’t tell me you had 2 flat tires, I’ll have to wait until the other truck can bring the equipment that’s needed (which is the jack) so we can tow your vehicle. I said ok. So about 20 min went by and I asked him how long is it going to take them to bring it…but he wasn’t sure, he had called the office but no one could give him a accurate time, so I called! I told the First Lady I spoke with who answered the phone my situation and she put me on hold and put the dispatcher who dispatched me initially back on the phone.
So when she got back on the phone I asked her how long is it going to take until someone comes to give this driver what he needs to tow my car and why didn’t she put in the dispatch notes that I had a blow out, then she proceeds to tell me that I didn’t say that!! I’m like well ma’am why else would I file a claim for a tow truck, we discussed this! I asked her do you not know what a blow out is, and further more you should have repeated everything back to me that I told you so you could have the correct dispatch notes, and no mistakes like this would be made! Meanwhile instead of taking accountability, she trying to argue with me, the customer and say what she didn’t do…and also hung up in my face🙄 totally unprofessional! What she DIDN’T DO was LISTEN and type the correct information in the first place! They have someone dispatching with a 3rd grade mind frame! A simple yes ma’am, it was my mistake, I’m sorry to inconvenience you, would have been great! I work in a hospital in patient care and I’ve been up almost 24 hrs, and have to deal with a rude incompetent, remedial dispatcher who inconvenienced me. Not cool!
Anyway at this point it’s about 4 hrs…once the person came to give the tow truck driver what he needed, it took him no time to get my car hooked up and towed. He’s the reason they didn’t get a 1 star review. He was fast, efficient, courteous and polite, and apologized on behalf of the company for what I had to deal with!
I’m going to call my insurance company also and tell them my experience…not pleasant at all! I was completely inconvenienced due to someone not knowing what they were doing. Put her in the back with the boxes, not on a phone or a keyboard!
As a company I feel that it could be 5 star worthy if and only if they hire competent dispatchers, who are knowledgeable, well spoken, and have great customer service skills!
Great experience! I needed a customers vehicle picked up and the towing service that I previously used could not get to it. I talked to Jennifer Pawlik and she not only had my customers vehicle picked up in a timely manner, but she also followed up with me about setting up a new account. Super pleased!!

Do not trust a word the dispatcher of the company says. Let me waiting over 3hrs despite telling me tow truck would be on-site within an hour. Was directed to this company via a 3rd party app. If they would have been truthful about their wait times, I would have canceled the tow. When contacted about the eta of my tow they could only say it would not be long and asked if I wanted to cancel. At that point I was invested and chose to wait because I was informed it would be long. Then I find out they haven’t even dispatched anyone to my wrecked vehicle. They strung me along for hours by not being upfront and honest.
My lady called for a tow at 7pm Monday. Dispatcher informed her they only take cards. She took $146.06 off my card. Made it to the car approximately 10pm only to tell me after they took my money that they couldn’t tow ny car, due to lack of equipment. Driver took a picture and made a phone call and left.
So I had to call another service to do what I paid TowMasters to do. I called in attempts to get my monies back/refunded since they literally did no work. Dispatcher was rude, takes to us nasty, and even cursed me before she hung the phone up on our face. So I called Tuesday morning and was told I could get half my money 50% refund, which I wasn’t happy with.
Well today Saturday morning, 6 days later they draft half $73.03 from my card!!!! Over $200 dollars charged for services not rendered. I just want my money back @ TowMasters!!!!
These guys canceled my tow request I put in through my Roadside Assistance because they said the phone number I provided was invalid.
The same phone number I was calling them on when they told me this. After I had waited over an hour. They told me that I would need to put in a new request, but the request I made was still open, so I was unable to do this.
When I called my Roadside Assistance, they contacted Towmasters and were told that someone on their end had canceled the job without explanation.
I would not trust these guys to be timely with your need for a tow, or to be honest about why. I will strive to never use them again after this experience.
They have charging policies in place that take advantage of people in tough situations. We had a double blow out on the same side of a tandem axel boat trailer late at night. We were quoted $993 for a heavy duty tow. Two or three hours later the TowMasters arrived and it became apparent that our trailer and boat with a hardtop was going to be too tall once on the tow trailer and that the plan was to tow us to a business that was closed and unable to accept our trailer and boat. For the safety of our boat we declined the tow plan and were charged 50%… that’s almost $500! I expect to pay for the time of the driver and equipment he brought out but that charge was excessive when we had legitimate safety reasons to decline the service.I’d recommend calling Mericles Towing instead. He was straight up honest and said it was not something safe or legal to do and our best option was to wait until morning for tire service.
I called for a tow. Not only did they respond in a very timely manner, they made contact with me 2x to let me know they were coming. Instead of just hooking my car up and towing it as requested, Jacari took the time to ask me what was happening. He figure out it was the battery. He found the closest parts store and followed me there to make sure the car would be good after a new battery. He definitely went above and beyond and had a smile on his face the entire time. Made what had the potential to be a very stressful morning, much less stressful. Would definitely use this business again!
I requested assistance through my AAA for a tire change when my van was on stuck on I20 with a blow out. Tow Masters was sent out to change the tire. I am super grateful with how quickly they got to me. Standing on the side of the interstate with babies was very scary. The dispatcher (a lady) called me within minutes of my request to let me know a driver was in route. He arrived exactly when she said he would. The driver was very friendly, as was the dispatcher. He helped us look for the spare when we couldn’t locate it. He found it & changed the tire as quickly as possible. I am so pleased with their services. I hope to never be broken down in Shreveport again, but if I am I now know a great company to call for help.
I was locked out of my car and was so upset but the dispatcher Jennifer was so helpful and even made me laugh. She really helped me calmed down and they were there to help me way sooner than I expected, will definitely recommend using this company.
I had to get a tow last night & made calls to Multiple companies in the area. My car broke down in an area that I found out wasn’t the safest of places for a female by herself to be right at dark. The woman (I apologize for forgetting names ) I spoke with in dispatch was so incredibly nice. Answered the phone quickly or returned my phone calls in a matter of just a few minutes. They had a driver available and had him to me in just about 30 minutes as she had told me it would be. The driver was also very nice & respectful. Despite the fact that he may have been having a rough day because a couple mishaps, he still was very friendly & didn’t show any sort of negative emotions . I felt comfortable riding with him and we made it safely . They were very reasonably priced given it was on a holiday. I would highly recommend them and will deff use them in the future if needed.
My husband’s ignition switch locked up after getting gas and Mandy was dispatched for the job. She came quicker then we expected and was very kind and professional. We appreciate her help on a Saturday night! Would definitely recommend.
Love this company. Jason was very helpful and caring. This company made me feel like family with the love and care and concern they had for my wreck. They went to all length to make sure i was okay and they did excellent service towing and recovering my car after my wreck. Jason and Randall even made sure they took extra care when they delivered my car. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Great job TOWMASTERS you have you a life time client now....
