No one should come to this road service because they ask for money before they finish the job, then after giving the money they take the money and run away without finishing the job. They know nothing about repairs.
All these negative reviews are from hateful impatient people. Jim came out an saved my ass last night. ya I wasn't happy about the price but thats what it is a mobile maintenance company. That is very well ran might I add. The fact that this man has had 3 strokes an still comes out to do a service calls at midnight says alot about his caricature! An honest hard work human just like the rest of us. Treat em with respect an you'll get respect. Basically in a nutshell we all gotta make it somehow. Thanks again jim an ill be calling you again if im ever in a tight spot in that area again. God bless you an your family.
This individual, Jim, engaged in fraudulent practices. On January 8, I paid him $400 for a wheel seal job. However, he failed to adequately remove the excess oil, leaving me with a significant issue. The following day, I contacted him to address the abs sensor, which he had inadvertently knocked out of position. Despite the minor nature of the issue, he attempted to charge me an additional $300 for an unrelated service and falsely accused me of not paying him. On January 13, I provided him with photographic evidence demonstrating that my wheel seal was leaking once again. However, his response was emotional and unprofessional. I am currently at the Travel center dealership in GREENWOOD Louisiana, where the photographs you see now serve as a testament to his subpar work. Furthermore, he has now resorted to accusing me of sabotaging my vehicle. It is crucial to note that he neglected to torque the wheel, which could have resulted in a more severe issue, such as the axle dislocating while driving. I strongly advise against choosing Jim as your mechanic, as he demonstrates a lack of professionalism and is a deeply disappointing individual.
We called these people, explained everything over the phone to them .. driveshaft fell and u-joints needed to re-install ... no help whatsoever .. told us to wait along the highway, where we almost got swiped several times because trucks don't move over, overnight and he'll come back tomorrow,,, because he wasn't even prepared for the repair ... should've just said no .. wasted more time waiting on him, and he didn't even fix anything .. but he sure was in a rush to get the bill paid.
The guy scammed us...I called him for road service replacement of an airbag on 579, he went with a small air bag and scammed our driver $250 and told him he would go replace it and come back...he never returned and shut off his phone -.-'
Wife and I on a trip through Bossier check engine light came on started running very rough. Gentleman at the Pilot gas station give me Mr Jim's phone number. Long story short $320 later still broke because he did not do the repair as he stated he would. I would not recommend Mr Jim to repair any vehicle.
DO NOT CALL! We were stranded. Lost a tire on our 5th wheel. I was told it would be $95 to come look at it and $95 per hour. They came and took our axle. When my husband asked if we could get it back because we were going a different route, he was told to come get it. $750 later, he got it. We expected to pay more that $200 but were appalled that they would take advantage of us and the problem is not fixed. It is sad that there are dishonest people who take advantage of a bad situation. Would NOT recommend.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. I had a customer that had a trailer wheel end catch fire. Called this company to go out and look at it as I am 5+ hrs away. After it took the "tech" 6 hrs to get the spindle off I was told I would have to pay an after hours parts fee and they did not accept credit cards. (which was not disclosed at beginning of call). At 7 p.m. at night " tech" decided he no longer wanted to do repair. After Driver had been sitting on side of road since 6 a.m. called another company out who chained the axle up to get Driver off the road and upon further inspection unit needs a spindle... Driver lost a day and I was charged $850 and unit was still not fixed.
Had him come out for a wheel bearing going out needed hub and new bearings on a flat bed took him 5 hours to take apart a wheel that was falling off 1 hour worth of work 800 dollars to take a hub off wouldn't recommend him over charging for labor and parts bills for to many hours a dealer ship wouldn't charge as much as he did doesn't know what he's doing works very slow
While in Mansfield, Louisiana, in need of a few repairs . I was referred to Calvin from the roadside assistance mechanic which came to cage my brake chamber. He was very helpful in instructing me how to get to the shop. Easy parking when I got there, and the on-site mechanic got me setup with paperwork , even offering me cold drinks. Slept in my truck until the next day, they were able to get the parts I needed and get me on the road as soon as possible.
For truck drivers, there is a QuilTrip literally down the road with parking , if you want them to come to you, or need a truck stop.
Thanks to this company, I was rolling with a few hours .

This is probably the worst " mechanic" ever. I do not recommend him at all. I used him to perform a repair to my truck but never again... worst job ever.
This business sent a mechanic to check a Diesel leak on my engine. The engine had Diesel all over and the guys did like he checked the engine and did not find anything on it. Still he charged for the full service 295 USD. I finally ended up paying to get another mechanic inspecting the Engine but to be honest I felt like I was robbed. Very disappointed and I recommend to keep yourself far from this so call truck repair.
I wish I could add a screenshot on here, but unfortunately I cannot. Very rude, and unprofessional. Jim text me using profanities, and all out unamicable. Steer clear, there are several other truck repair services nearby who will value you, and you patronizing their business. I am an owner operator, please heed my advice, you don't want to mess around with these guys.
Very horrible customer service. Called him out to change my wheel studs and he shaved each stud down to make them go in easier. When I called and asked him he told me to get someone to tack weld all of my studs to my wheel hub(very dangerous) ended having to replace wheel hub due to damages and he would not return my calls or messages. Do not I repeat do not use this guy as a mechanic for any work
Jim had my NACPC trailer back up and running within an hour while 2 OTR service providers had been screwing with the call for 8 hours. I completely understand the whole COVID BS. Wish I had Jim's number earlier.
Please understand I thought Jim was sent from heaven. Until i had a encounter with the real him. Jim and his son didn’t think I would find out who stole all my moving equipment and tools out of my 2015 Ford F250 and my trailer will it was parked at Louisiana downs. Then had the nerve to cut of my catalytic converter... Jim I want my $500 please respond to your cash app because you never removed my truck from Louisiana Downs. Never use this business
Easy 2 work with, very courteous showed up late in d evening found d problem fast gave me a ride 2 d motel, next morning went got d parts fixed it came 2 pick me up took me back 2 d truck and I was on my way,very fair with his price, I highly recommend him,thank u Jim, Robert KAG lease operator
Our Battery went bad, A A Truck & Trailer Repair came and got us going at a reasonable rate. We didn't have to stay over, it was on a Sunday very lucky to get some one Jim the owner was our blessing that day.we had a SUV Toyota we don't even drive a truck.

We recently broke down in Shreveport with our tiny house on our way to Texas. It was a Sunday afternoon and your company was the only one to respond. Unfortunately parts weren’t available until Monday morning, but you got them, came back in the pouring rain and got us back on the road. Additionally, since we had no alternative, you could have over charged us and we would have no choice to pay. Instead, you charged a very fair price. Overall- service was excellent, repair person was very professional, and price was fair. I highly recommend this company. Thanks so much for your help! It was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely amazing!! After trying to get several different repair shops to answer the phone on a Sunday morning, Jim was the only one that did. In less than an hour he showed up with the part. There was more work involved than we anticipated yet he still stayed on the job until it was complete. I felt as though I'd known him for years. Very personable and a straight shooter Would recommend him for any mechanical work!! Thanks for helping us out Brother!
We recently were stranded in Bossier City, La.. in the middle of nowhere at late at night and they were the only service that answered the phone. They arrived in under an hour and found the problem right away. I have had no problems since the repairs and they charged a reasonable amount for coming out. Thanks again, AATT..
Did some work for us and waited until the next morning to allow us to pay. Same guy called back one day saying he was in a bind and needed money and would credit our company future work as well as pay the money back..because he trusted us to pay him the next day, we felt their were still some trustworthy people put tgete .being that we run this route often he would be great to use for future breakdowns.. never heard from the guy, stopped answering our calls and has apparently changed his number...lesson learned..don't trust does who seem half way trustworthy

This is some guy who ain't got no shop, works from his pick up truck which doesn't even have a air compressor, and no warranty for work done, if you do not value your truck, and don't care about professional work being done , well this is you man, other than that I'd suggest find another mechanic!! Oh yeah and after several months he may contact you and try to threaten you instead of stepping his game up, he's not licensed or insured.
