Future went above my expectations. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and very informative. Which helped me make the financial decision to purchase a new vehicle and not sink my money into a vehicle with 160,000 miles. I was at Future on Friday. Saturday, I was at Holmes Honda? Everything went smoothly! I am super happy that we decided to go the route we did. I believe our truck has plenty of life left in her. Ty so much for everything you all did. Great experience here. Came in for an oil change. They got me in and out in a reasonable time and included a great courtesy inspection. They found a few things I needed to address in the future but weren’t pushy about it at all. I’m going to schedule taking care of a couple of those items on my next visit. Thanks again for a great experience!

My 2020 Hyudai Tucson just quit on me. Hyundai dealer couldnt even look at it for 3 weeks, so I had it towed here. They diagnosed the problem called me the next morning said it would be fixed today. Super nice mechanics and loads. They will get all my future business if needed.

Great experience I highly recommend bringing any car to this establishment if you want exceptional service. Jairus and Steph at the front desk are amazing and help in any way they can. Jairus went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle home after it was repaired. Landon in the service department was exceptional as well. He was in constant communication with me while my vehicle was being repaired and was always very professional. So far I have brought two of my vehicles here and would highly recommend anybody to bring any issues they may have with their vehicle here to get fixed the right way the first time.

Car was in utter disrepair, Called Future Auto and it was towed within the hour. After about 2 weeks the Car's ability to drive feels factory new. Especially with the Customer service they included me on every needed Detail and when it came to the Bill it was Very Reasonably priced Including details about parts that needed repair but weren't necessary to the needed function of the Vehicle.

future auto repair was very helpful and informative during the whole process! all of the employees were so nice and friendly! i feel like it was very reasonable price for my European vehicle its also very hard to find shops that can fix european cars efficiently that’s not the dealership. They did a great job and i will definitely be back for anything else i need done!

I had my vehicle towed to Future Auto after bad gas caused issues. Landon and the team handled everything well. They communicated clearly from start to finish. They explained the problem. Best service writer experience I’ve ever had - hands down. From the moment I walked in, Landon went above and beyond in every possible way. He was knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting things done right, not just fast. Every step of the process was clearly explained, expectations were set realistically, and there were zero surprises - something that is incredibly rare in the auto repair world. What really stood out was how proactive and responsive he was. Calls and updates were timely, questions were answered thoroughly, and I always felt like my car (and my time) actually mattered. It’s obvious that Landon takes pride in his work and truly advocates for tlhis customers. If you’re going to this shop, ask for Landon. He is the reason I’ll be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. This is how customer service should be done.

Steph was amazing and once my vehicle was repaired they even picked me up to get to my vehicle. Joe was also amazing and they went to bat for me with my warranty company. Their work is quality and I couldnt ask for a better result. They are truly the best at what they do and know that your vehicle is in good hands.

Future Auto lives up to their name! Future auto aimed to get my repair done in a single trip despite some of their competitors failing to understand the issue I was having with my truck. Professional, courteous, and clean.. the overall presence of the front office is immaculate and the level of communication I received before, during, and after the repair was incredible. Brought my car here on 11/5 for A/C issues through my MaxCare warranty. The car ended up needing most of the A/C system replaced, which they completed, and so far the repair itself seems to be holding up well. However, a couple of issues kept this from being a 5-star experience: 1. Poor communication: At no point during the two-week repair process did I receive updates about what was wrong with the car, whether the warranty was approved, or any kind of ETA. The only time I was called was when they informed me which items weren’t covered and what the out-of-pocket cost would be. If I hadn’t kept calling them myself, I genuinely would’ve been left completely in the dark. 2. Damage to my vehicle that wasn’t disclosed: When I picked up the car, I immediately saw that the cowl/rain tray (the plastic panel below the windshield) was cracked and no longer fits correctly on either side. When I mentioned it, management acknowledged the technician broke it and said they would order a replacement free of charge — but nobody notified me of this when it happened. If the tech knew it was damaged, why wasn’t I informed? It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice, which is not only disappointing but UNPROFESSIONAL. Advice to anyone coming here: Take photos of your car before dropping it off, and consider removing fragile trim pieces yourself, because not all shops handle them carefully — especially on older German cars where some parts can be extremely hard to reorder. If they follow through and replace the part they damaged, I will update this review accordingly. As of now, that’s where the experience stands. Update 12/17 After pretty much a month of dealing with this shop, they finally replaced the cowl. That’s respectable because they didn’t lie. However I wanted to install the pieces myself because they broke it the first time, and I honestly didn’t even want them near my car again. They declined to let me. When I got home and inspected it closer I noticed it was cracked in the EXACT same way the one they broke was. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it when I initially looked under the hood. Really?? ?♂️At this point I will just call it a loss and go buy a brand new part, which I would have done from the beginning if they would have simply just reimbursed me for it. Overall, I would go back but only if warranty is involved and I absolutely have to.

I took my truck in for a diagnostic and was very impressed. First, the decor is beautiful in this place. Next, the staff that greet you on the front end are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Once they diagnosed by problem, they quickly repaired it, and the charge was very, very reasonable.. I highly recommend future automotive to anyone who has a car issue.. Oh, one other note even the restrooms are beautiful and that lets me know that this is a company that is very focused on excellence..

Simply the best automotive repair experience. Brought a vehicle in for CarMax warranty work, and these guys displayed a level of customer service, personalized attention, and communication that I previously thought were all extinct in today’s environment. They even offered a military discount. When they offered, I asked who I could thank… you know what their response was? Their response was, “You don’t thank anyone, we thank you.” Those words left me speechless. The work was fast, the communication was transparent, and the quality was perfect. If we need to utilize a vehicle repair service and we’re local, these are the people I’m going to call first. Their number is already saved in my phone.

First time using Future Auto Repair and I'm blown away. The team (especially Kenny) was so understanding and went above and beyond to help me with my car repairs. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Their communication was fantastic, and they truly made a difficult situation easy. Great customer service, but experience in the shop is kinda questionable. My truck has been in and out here since June of this year for a misfire. I’ve picked it up and dropped it off multiple times because repairs weren’t made, I dropped the truck off again back in September for the same misfire, and it has yet to be returned to me. A good bit of money has been spent here and Multiple repairs have made to the vehicle to fix the my issue but the same problem persists. Almost makes me wonder if they’re just playing the guessing game in the shop.

*Update At Bottom* Typically I do not leave reviews (good or bad) but I figured this one was needed. To start I am Active duty and have been working on my project car for 3 years while stationed here. I brought my project car to this shop to get the AC comp replaced and a transmission issue diagnosed and possibly fixed. The front staff were very helpful and attentive. It turned out that the shop didn’t work on modified vehicles which if fine (I should have called ahead of time to check). They did agree to evacuate my refrigerant so that I could just replace the AC Comp myself. When I went to load it on to the car hauler. It started smoking, intuitively I turned it off opened the hood and smelled for the issue. After about 3 inhales I realized I was breathing in refrigerant that was burning on my headers. There was refrigerant all over my engine bay, even on the passenger side. The cap to the line they evacuated from was not even put back on, it was just sitting there in the engine bay. I paid roughly $260 for refrigerant to be sprayed all over. I figured I’d be a nice guy and not evacuate Freon into the atmosphere but it seems like whatever mechanic that preformed the service did it for me. I understand that the car looked a little rough (project car). But the same standard of work should be applied to all. When I have used this shop before (formerly Benton auto repair) they could have charged me for work that didn’t need to be done, but they didn’t. I believe they are honest people, I think I just got the bad mechanic. Update* The owner called and apologized for the mistake in service and made clear that the work that was done is not their standard. He offered to make it right with a complimentary refrigerant recharge. This does seem to be a specific mechanic issue, not indicative of Future auto’s workmanship. As I mentioned before these seem to be honest people that take pride in their work and business. For that I will give 4 instead of 2 stars.

I have not used you guys since the corona virus and am glad I gave you guys another shot. I was extremely happy with the service on my F150, getting me out before closing on Friday, and the new office / garage is super nice. Everyone was super nice and I believe you guys have got it all together now with a great team. Will do business again and will recommend. Thanks

Absolutely the worst automotive experience I have ever had. Appt was on a Monday @830am. 3:15pm I called because I hadn't heard from them. They hadn't even looked at it. I had to keep calling everyday to get information. Went to pick it up on Wednesday & the were honest that the valve gasket was still leaking. Got it Thursday!!! Son went back to Lake Charles & week later found out it was still had a small leak. Called to tell them & also question something on the bill & got the usual... "Someone will call you back" but never did 2 weeks ago. I'm done with it.. taking the loss and will never return or recommend them ever.

I have used Future Auto Repair twice this year and received excellent service each time. They were able to get my vehicles in quickly for diagnosis and provided timely communication with honest inspection results and recommendations. Definitely would recommend for your vehicle repairs!!

I recently purchased a Dodge Charger that needed a new ECM & more well I was calling around to different shops trying to see who could get the car in and out but everyone was giving me a run around. Contact Future Auto and they told me they could get the job done and I will say they did just that also Payton is my type of guy loves his energy and the whole team. Everyone is very respectful and you don't have to worry about your car they will keep you updated through a text or email. 100/100

currently work for a dealership but needed repair and diagnostics for a different brand.. unsure who to speak with at Future now that all my former friends are gone I called spoke with a young lady who is known as Jada and was exceptional in repair and updating , so thank you to this wonderful person and for the work done at her shop.....also explained start of the work in 24 to 48 but had started on vehicle even quicker . thank you....is my mothers car..Also i would like to point out Stephanie who checked us in for our experience and made a very lasting great impression of how a customer experience should be. covered many questions and even made sure we didnt forget garage door openers , sunglasses, gate openers, phone chargers etc... so very nice and helpful...

Took my 2015 bmw 750l1 to get some sensors replaced and kept getting the run around about what's wrong with my vehicle. They told me everything was fixed and brought it to my house, when I got in it, I had a check engine light on that I didn't have before and my windshield was now cracked. I dropped it back off and they did replace the windshield but did not eplace the bra tint on top of windshield. When they called and told me it was ready, I get there and my front bumper was ripped almost off from one of there technicians driving over a curb. These people had my car almost 2 months and it's and almost 3k later, it's still not right. I would not recommend this place to anyone, beware and stay away.

My truck was running rough and it had no AC. I could not figure out what the problem was. I I decided to take it to a professional. I looked for some place close and found Future Auto Repair. Every aspect of Future Auto is pleasant, the people the atmosphere, the sitting area is amazing. Now my truck runs great my AC works like a champ. I had the most amazing experience there. The repair cost was better than I expected, I’m frugal so I look around. It is now my go to for all my automotive needs. I could not have found a better repair my truck!
