There's something in here for everyone! Unique home decor you can't find anywhere else at unbeatable prices. Nicole helped me put together some great options that made my den complete. She was patient and offered some suggestions from pics of my living space. She was fantastic to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!
What an awesome business!! Have been buying from them for several years now…always extreme helpful and patient in decision making and trust me, I’m picky!! I had bought a sideboard a while back there …went back and found the matching table and small chest that was all perfect for my dining room refresh!!! Nicole was awesome !! She worked with me to find the perfect pieces ! Very unique and beautiful items that you will not find in the big box stores …these are one of a kind items and very custom looking ….amazing place with amazing staff!!!
Honestly have never written a review before, but after visiting this place I had to. First, sales are great, thanks for telling me all about them, but after that it’s all downhill. Asking questions about said sales results in hateful remarks and genuinely rude demeanor literally responded with “are you kidding” when asked if the discount included a piece of furniture I was looking at. Had my eyes on a lamp that was marked down and was going to buy it, as I was inspecting the lamp to make sure no pieces were broken (since it was on clearance) I look up and every single employee is staring at me and shouts across the store that “they don’t swap lamp shades” I was not at all switching a lamp shade. I reassured that I was only checking to make sure the shade wasn’t broken and could be removed since it had stains on it already. Bought the lamp, left to get in my car and talked to the people I came with in the parking lot to decide where we were headed next (2 minutes tops) and I look over and the workers are all staring and starting to come out the door, which I can only assume is to get out of the lot. Left before I could be handed another rude remark.
About a month and a half ago I purchased a light fixture to go outside, under roof, in the peak of our front porch. I received help from an associate who was well aware of the location of the light and even helped me select a light fixture. Our new construction finished up through the holidays and we noticed issues with our outdoor porch lighting.
After our electrician evaluated the situation twice and our contractor verified the light was causing the issue, I brought it back to ask for a PARTIAL refund or store credit. I was told no (by the older woman who I assume owns the business) and that none of their lights were for outdoors. The associate that previously helped me, recalled the day I was there and helping me select the light fixture and apologized. Ultimately I walked away with a faulty light fixture and no attempt at service recovery.
Super unfortunate because I liked the store but I will not be back, nor will I speak highly of them in the community.

They've been using the strategy of mark up then say it's all half off for at least a decade. Peggy, the owner, has a couple of screws loose and should seriously consider seeking help.
After hesitating walking into the front doors that were flaunting conservative signs, I was greeted at the store by an old woman who said “I would like to let you know that everything in the store is half off. But if you are not conservative and do not love America then you do not get the discount.” Seriously so unprofessional and embarrassing.
I’ve only been here twice, but each time I have found something unique and lovely. They have tons of furniture and decor. It’s a nice mix of new and old.
I have bought several things from Steamboat, but I will not be back. The last time I was in there they had a huge sign with all of their qanon beliefs written out. We decided to leave, and some woman came to the door yelling at us. I am not sure what she was yelling, but we will not be back.
If there is one compliment to give, it is that this business is openly bigoted. At least they don't discriminate in private, so the public can see exactly who they are. Beyond that, don't support this dumpster fire with your hard earned dollars if you have any shred of humanity or dare I say religious underpinnings to you.
Liked what they sell, but at bit pricey to say the least. They had a sale going on up to 50 and 70% off at the time.
You can definitely find something special and unique here.
I was with my wife and daughter. They purchased several items. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. We have been back twice more.
We were greeted well but overall the service throughout wasn't that great we were waiting to get rang up and the lady was on the phone, she put her phone down to walk towards us and ring us up but the guy said that phone call is way more important than us (I'm sure it is just doesn't feel right being told that).
Almost all of the stuff in there I've seen from other furniture stores and they just repaint/finish.
I bought a set of antique doors but needed my sons to help pick up. We showed up at least 3 times with trailer but no workers were there to get them from behind the furniture any of those times. They eventually resold them without even a call to me to say they were putting them back on sale. My fault for leaving them there too long but it wasn’t without multiple attempts to pick them up. Bad form Steamboat and you’ve lost this good customer forever. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of attempt to make anything right.
