Good people that will do you right and for a fair price. My husband had a job he had to finish in Morgantown and his work van got a flat on the parkway. He couldn't stay with it and called me to take care of it. He was my second call and I could tell by his voice that I called the right guy. He put my stress at ease with that short phone called. My husband's van was in my driveway in an hour and a half. He even took the tire off at no extra charged and told me to call him and he would put it back on for free so it can be one less thing your husband has to worry about. Thank youuuuu... to both you gentlemen. $80 in town. He only charged me $100 since Joshua hasnt made it to Morgantown yet.
I found myself in need of a tow service. After calling 4 others I wish I called Burton's first. Flat rate. Super helpful. Very personable and answered the phone himself! Will be saving his number for the future if I ever need a tow.

Needed a tow not far from home on a Sunday night. Everyone else we called said it would be over an hour until they could get to us and would cost over $200. Burtons was able to get to us in 20 mins, charging half the price. The driver even let my family ride with him to our home instead of having to call an uber. They will ALWAYS have our business!!

Excellent speedy service! Needed a battery jump at the airport and help arrived within 10 mins. Up and running again in 2 minutes. 10/10 recommend. You can pay with cash or card, which is super convenient.
I have a company vehicle, so I had to go through our fleet management company for towing when I hit a deer. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours and they did not show up, so I called Burton's Towing and they came right away. The driver was very professional and super nice. I would recommend Burton's Towing to anyone needing a vehicle towed.

Michael came to tow my car after I blew a tire and didn’t have a spare. He was punctual and professional despite having many calls and balancing dispatch duties for the night. He also made sure we got to a place to get me a new tire in an efficient time. I would call him again if I needed a tow.
I had a very bad and scary accident and Burton's Towing Service was very quick to respond. Michael Burton Jr. was super helpful and courteous. He knew how to respond to me and my vehicle, which was totalled. He handled everything very professional and I will forever be grateful to him. After dealing with a different towing company for 11 hours and having found out my car got towed to the wrong dealership I had my insurance company send Burtons to recover my car. They showed up with 15 minutes of the call. I highly recommend these folks. Very professional and honest. Will do business with them always from now on.
I was very impressed and appreciative for the professionalism and personal attention I received while driving through Bowling Green. Michael responded to my request for a tow immediately. He was very careful in loading and unloading my car. He promptly took me to the dealership as promised at the price he had quoted in my first call. I Locked my keys in my car at speedway on Campbell lane tonight. We Called and they gave the best price of all the people we called and were very friendly. The guy said it would be about 20 minutes and it only took maybe 7. If this ever happens again,(knowing my luck it will), this is who I’d call no questions asked. Very friendly prompt service. Recommend to everyone!
James and Mike M came out of their way nearly 50 miles south to bring me back to my home after I was stranded on the interstate. They were beyond nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to ease my dog's stress and I think he even made a couple new friends .

Awesome service, excellent communication and they arrived ahead of schedule, in no time at all. Floyd took excellent care of my car, and got it and me home safely and efficiently. The other towing outfit couldn't find me so they left, but Burtons towing came right to my location and kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely recommend, they're the only way to go near bowling green.
I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday and I was worried about getting someone out there to help get it unlocked. Thankfully Burton's answered my call within a few rings. Michael knew where I was with only the description which was great as I was at a gas station and didn't know the exact address. He arrived promptly and had my car open in less than a minute! Professional, quick and kind service at a reasonable rate, A+! Highly recommend!

He is truly a hard working man with great character. He made us feel at ease in a very stressful situation.
Michael was a really cool guy. My car was stranded with a blown engine and he came to the rescue really fast. It was a really reasonable rate for a tow outside city limits, I was just happy to see him when he pulled up. I was worried all the tow companies would be closed but thank god they were open 24 hrs! They only use top of the line equipment which made me feel relieved. I knew my car was in good hands. Plus Michael is just really awesome, and knew how to handle the situation. Hands down the best tow I've ever had to call. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bowling Green area and beyond. Nobody can beat their world class service or prices! i wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks again!
Michael is an extremely friendly, and pleasant driver. This morning I had car trouble as I was passing through the area and needed a tow to the Dealership for servicing. Sunday night/ Monday morning i wasn't expecting anyone to be up as early as they were at Burtons Towing. I had called multiple locations and got 'Were closed' and offers to help in 2 + hours. Michael knew exactly where I was when I told him where I was and said he would be there in 15 minuets, and even promised an update call when he was approaching 5 miles of my location. This was by far the best experience towing a vehicle I have ever had. Thank you Michael for helping make a bad morning better!
150 miles from home and our vehicle wouldn't start. A call to AAA resulted in a "promise" of a tow in approx. 90 minutes. At that point, I searched for a local tow and saw that Burton's Towing had excellent reviews. If it were possible to award more than 5 stars, we would. The driver who was dispatched to us was professional and efficient. Because Mike, Jr. was concerned there wasn't room in the tow truck for both my husband and myself, he changed his personal plans and came to pick me up to transport to where the car would be serviced. He did not leave me until my husband joined us.
I had an amazing experience with Burton's towing. My children and I were stranded on the side of I-65 south. When Mike Jr. found out I had 3 children on the side of the road he came as quick as possible to help us. He was all about safety first letting me worry with the paperwork off the interstate at a gas station. He was so kind and helpful. It was greatly appreciated!
