I have recently brought three vehicles to Midas in Bowling Green. Each time I was treated professionally and fairly. The most recent time, I brought a Tesla Model Y to check a wheel vibration. The tech, Carson, found all four wheels to be out of balance. After the service, I test drove the car and it feels as though I am driving on glass - perfect balance. I highly recommend Midas of Bowling Green for your vehicle service work. Job well done!
Had my spark plugs replaced and a power steering fluid flush. Took a little over an hour. They did a great job and were very friendly. Will use them again to service my vehicles. I felt like the price was very reasonable.

On 11/2022 I had my truck towed to Midas (the only shop I could get into at the time) because I had a brake pad fall off… $1,800 later I supposedly had my brakes ‘fixed’. I’ve had nothing but issues with my truck since!!! They pulled the wiring harness out of the clips so my fan sliced some of the wires, which I had to pay someone else to fix. Now, I suddenly have no brakes again and have to have pads, roters, calipers etc all replaced! I had the truck since 2018 and had zero issues until I had a brake pad fall off… all I needed was new brake pads put on but Midas did a ton of extra work and 3 years later I’m having to have it fixed again. Shotty work, do NOT trust them! Take your vehicle somewhere else, I felt like they unhooked my wiring harness to cause other issues so I’d bring it back in to them. Normally you’d have to only have brake pads replaced every so often but the mechanics have no clue what they are doing and instead of doing a small pad replacement, they replace everything when it’s not necessary.

I had my oil changed here for years when I lived in Bowling Green as a single woman. My vehicle was in safe hands! Recently on a Saturday trip from Nashville to Owensboro, where I now live, my alternator and battery failed. This team made the exceptional effort to fix everything that day! She’s been running smoothly ever since!
The Midas in Bowling Green was great! We were in a pickle about what to do about our daughter’s car problems, as she’s a student there and we live out of town. They repaired her engine problems and installed 2 new tires. The staff was very helpful and communicated progress updates regularly. Would highly recommend!

Tsts Had a headlight repair, alignment was in pretty bad shape, but these guys know how to work around the edges and follow directions. They work off what u tell them, suggest some things, but no surprise bills.

I brought my car in for a specific issue, and not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also charged me for it. Afterward, they just guessed at what the problem might be and tried to charge me even more without any real diagnosis, they say “we must start from somewhere “ I wasted an entire week dealing with them and still left with the same issue. Totally unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them again.
Headed to Georgia from Chicago to visit the kids at Water 💧 pump took a crap on our 2019 Jeep trackhawk which had only 30k miles 😳
It was Friday and we were trying to make it to Grandson football homecoming game. Due to the fact that jeep has 6.2 engine we couldn't get the water pump installed until Saturday after spending all day Friday trying to locate a dealer who had the pump. However, with the assistance of Midas and their repair team we were back on the road the next day.

Over all the problem was resolved, but at first they wrongly diagnose the issue, saying it was only the battery that needed replacement, but the issue was the alternator. They repaired in a very efficient time!
With unexpected repairs needing to be made on short notice, and coming into a weekend, the local Midas shop took excellent care of our vehicle and did everything needed to get it repaired and out the door. I couldn't ask for more.
Husband took pickup in for new exhaust.
1st was told they had gotten the wrong muffler. 5hours later they said mechanic had measured it wrong.
What was a$780 estimate became a $1600+estimate
I would NOT let these people check the air in my tires.
Been having electrical issues with my starter. The customer service was fantastic. The charge for diagnostics was very reasonable- a lot cheaper and more comprehensive than last place I went to. Will go there again.
We’ve been to this Midas in Bowling Green several times. Never disappointed. Staff knows trucks, super helpful and friendly. They were the only shop (after several tried) to figure out why the check engine light was on- and they fixed it. No problems since. We’ll be back. Thanks!
Took my car to Midas because of valves and for an alignment, they took care of that quickly, then I took it back for an oil change and tire rotation. Again very good and fast service. They treated me very well and did excellent work.
Excellent and quick service! Just came back from deployment and needed an oil change. These guys got me in same hour and within an hour my oil was changed, they rotated my tires, and checked my filters. I got full synthetic for $80 and to my surprise they had a 50% military discount which was one of the best in town! Highly recommend for vets!
A few months ago, I took my wife’s vehicle to this Midas location, and we had a wonderful experience. I am very big on preventive maintenance and I like to have potential problems fixed prior to something happening. So I decided to take my wife’s car back again and my experience was wonderful again. They were very thorough and upfront and honest. I told him exactly what I wanted done and they did just that. I would highly recommend this midas location to anybody who is looking for a good shop.
These guys are great! I became a customer after purchasing a car that had a few issues. They listened to my concerns, gave me a detailed estimate listing all repairs needed in order of importance. My reciept of payment was also itemized, letting me know where my money went. The gentlemen had great senses of humor, reminded me of hanging out in the garage watching them rebuild some old car. They were patient and explained what I needed to know. Thanks guys!
Can’t recommend this Midas location enough; the crew are professional and kind, and they have always provided excellent service. I’ve had my oil changed here for nearly 8 years, and have had multiple services performed from brake replacements to general repairs. I recently arrived right before closing with a flat tire; while the tire itself could not be repaired, they swapped in my spare completely free of charge in a matter of 45 seconds. Excellent service all around!
Seemed like a good place to try to take my wife’s car for some maintenance work, but my wife went to the scheduled appointment and they couldn’t do the work after she sat there for an hour. So she rescheduled, and then the next day we decided not to have some of the work done, but went ahead with the oil change. She was there for over two hours. Also, she felt she wasn’t spoken to very courteously and so we’re not completely pleased with this place. Will give them further opportunity to be of service if their prices remain acceptable and condescending rudeness doesn’t take place in conversations. Three stars is generous from an appointment length and interaction basis. As far as I can tell, the oil change was done just fine.
Midas was great. I have a 2016 gmc terrain. I had brought it in to replace 1 tire and an alignment. They found I had a bent wheel. As the mechanic was attempting to do the alignment after replacing the bent wheel he found the rear subframe was severely damaged. The brought me to my car and showed me how bad and dangerous it was. The informed me that it was a repair they could do and even found a new replacement subframe at a low price. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. All together the cost was under $800!!! On top of the great service I had received. They have earned my business for any of my future automotive service and repairs. Absolutely wonderful service. We are hotshot drivers and our water pump and a specialty hose needed replaced. Sean Wilkerson has gone above and beyond to find the parts needed to get us back on the road. The owner himself went all the way to Nashville to pick them up without hesitation, the entire staff is excellent. Great communication with the great mechanics they have here. This location is Highly recommended by us.
