My truck broke down on 75 on my way back from Tennessee and there guys were awesome enough to come help me out! Poor Jake had to hook my truck up in a downpour but he was very fast and helped us every step of the way! I hope I never break down on 75 again but if I'm in Kentucky I know I will be calling Powell's towing and asking for Jake

Great people. Was heading Tn for vacation when i broke down, was luck enough to have these guys help me out every step of the way, i had to wait hours for my ride to show up and these guys kept me company and treated me like family. The company takes pride in thier work here and want to do it right. The kindness the guys here showed to me was unmatched.

Professional and helpful. Had an RV needing towed and repaired on a Saturday afternoon. They got us back on the road that day. Great guys!

Broke down right at the Berea exit on Sunday. All mechanic shops were closed except these guys, and they were amazing! They fit me in even though it was a long job, and even drove me over to the hotel with my dog and 3 kids while my car was being fixed. They communicated so well through the whole experience! I felt their rate was reasonable. They even called the next day to make sure I made it home safe and that everything was working as it should. Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend them!

Was on vacation with a toy hauler, driver side front wheel was basically destroyed. Got towed to their garage in Berea had to stay overnight, we got water and some electrical hook up. It did take almost all day to get it fixed and $2200 later, but was glad to be on the road again. Carlos the mechanic was great as with the other guys there.

Ran my WORKING vehicle over all kinds of large metal garbage and left in a junk heap within the hour they had it. Not to mention they over-charged me for less than a mile pickup

Traveling to Florida had a brake problem on our F350. After calling around they were able to get it repaired in a day. Others told us up to a 3 week wait for an appointment. Thanks

Broken down and stranded... Mr powell himself helped me find Ben and Hank Who actually came to the campground and fixed my vacation. (fuel pump) I would trust Ben with my life... Thanks so very much!!

My RV wouldn't start, actually it wouldn't do anything (no lights, no dings, wouldn't even click when the key was turned). The mechanic showed up, literally almost immediately saw that problem, fixed it, and informed us of what we needed to do to make sure it didn't happen again (he didn't have the additional parts on him). It was under 2 minutes, maybe even less, and he didn't even charge us for the call! I will definitely utilize them again.

Very nasty and rude shop owner almost wanna hit for asking a simple question I seriously got scared and left the shop forgot about fixing my truck here no way

Got ran off the rode this morning 2 times with in 20 mins by one of there wrecker drivers he was speeding and on the wrong side of the road in one of there big tow trucks stopped and talked to one of there workers about it and get the phone number and the truck driver he just pulled out of the ditch even said he shouldn't have been on that road what's that big truck there going to get some one hurt bad if not kill them driving like idiots

Took almost two hours for them to come to my flat. Called back and said “my driver went all the way to exit 108!” How do you miss a big bright broke down pick up truck in day light with tire and everything laid out SMH!!!

Had a radiator hose fixed,in and out in hour and twenty minutes!! Very nice people!!

Car broke down on the interstate and Ben was there in minutes got a gas tank next had the truck fixed back on the road top notch service great group. Thanks so much!
