Delivered my car to the wrong location. Granted after a stressful morning of phone tag they sent out another driver to move it to the proper location.
We discussed a refund on the phone. Sounded happy to give it to me due to all the stress and frustration associated. Until they called me back to tell me that they couldn't offer me a refund due to some random policy they dug up.
Frankly there are hundreds of other wrecker companies in Louisville you can goto. Dealing with a broken down vehicle is already stressful enough without having to wonder whether or not it made it to the destination.
Wendy handle me over the phone, she was beyond polite and gave me great customer service. Marshall was my tow truck driver, he was a very polite man and I definitely couldn't of asked for a better experience, consider the situation. They got the job done, and I'm very happy that they are the ones to take my call. I was stuck on the side of an On-ramp after blowing out my tire on a pot hole on spring Street On-ramp to Sherman M. bridge.
A great towing service, they were incredible nice and respectful. Though they were busy with a lot of tows due to the bad weather they still made sure to prioritize their service. If I could recall everyone’s name.

Had a great experience with KO and gene who was my operator. They gave a correct price estimate as well as an accurate arrival time within 10 minutes. Pleasant guy and got my car from impound to the shop efficiently without any issues. Quote was ~25 dollars cheaper than the other three I got
My son's car was broken down in a bad spot on 64, I called around around 8:45 and they were there by 9:30. which was perfect because I had to leave work to go meet them. The were quick courteous and reasonably priced. Thanks

Since our Uber driver that Enterprise Roadside Assistance never showed up, he offered my kids an I a ride back to the Enterprise. After another company bailed on me, I had to call bunch of other towing companies at 9 am, KO towing was the 1st to answer my call, the lady was very welcoming and helpful, I got a great rate for 14 miles ($125), the other companies would have charged me $150-$250.
They sent a driver to the location in less than 30 mins! Brian, the driver, is a wonderful human being! Very pleasant, very respectful, and gets the job done smooth and easy and very quickly too!
Give this guy a raise already! And a few business cards to distribute , Brian, still used word of mouth to promote your business, guys

This company was very responsive and professional. We had to have a class C RV picked up and delivered to our home with a very tight turnaround for the length of the vehicle. Brian, the driver was great. Besides being very knowledgeable about all aspects of towing, he was also very personable and friendly. He pulled into our residence, surveyed the scene then did the difficult turnaround in one shot and backed the 10' RV under the awning with no problems. Excellent service, fast and efficient.

My car wound up in a ditch on top of several logs. Brian came out to recover the car. He was so ifriendly and professional. He was able to pull my car out with no damage done to my vehicle. Hopefully I am never in this situation again but if I am I am KO towing will be the first people I call!
I cannot say enough great things about KO Towing. I called and couldn’t get through. They called me back and said can we help you? I scheduled a tow from dealership to home because my extended warranty didn’t want to cover my truck. Brian the tow truck driver was there before I was. Brian is very professional, definitely top notch. He told me if I wanted to start heading home he would take care of it. I went home and he was there in no time. They seem like really down to earth people. This will be the only tow truck company I use from now on period. If you need a tow truck this is the company to call. Don’t even think about calling another tow truck company just call KO Towing. They also have other services. Again KO Towing should be your only choice.
My daughter was in KY for a vacation and her car broke down. We called our insurance for a tow the night before and had everything all set up. The insurance company called us at 6:30 the following morning to let us know they couldn’t find anyone to do the tow, that we would have to find someone, um no, we pay extra for towing. As expected I had to handle it myself. I called KO and spoke with Amber. What a sweetheart! She was able to have my daughters car picked up and the driver took my daughter to the repair shop along with the car. She assured me that my daughter would be taken care of. What a relief it was, we live in Michigan. There’s something to be said about southern hospitality! She was beyond helpful and made me feel a little more at ease. Although we do not live I Louisville, I would highly recommend KO Towing.
Car had major electrical problems on my way to work. Called K O towing and got it towed back to my house for an incredibly affordable price. David was very helpful over the phone and made it easy to give him info by just texting him. And Brian the driver was very polite and showed great patience when he arrived at my house to drop of the car and my girlfriends car was in his way. And allowed to pay with card over the phone. They have a great team all around. If I ever need a tow I know to call K.O.
These guys are fantastic. I called them to move my tool box and roll cart and was given a very fair price which was very affordable. I asked when could this get done and was told an hour. It was actually less than an hour which was amazing for me. When Brian got to the location he was very professional and efficient. He has a super cool personality and made the transition from one location to the next very relaxing. I would definitely recommend KO towing and if you use them, ask for Brian. Brian from KO Towing came to the rescue of my two young daughters and I when we were at the Louisville Zoo last night! A silly thing happened with our vehicle and roadside assistance only provided the solution of towing my SUV. Roadside assistance hired KO, but Brian treated me like I was his best customer! He arrived early, called 10 minutes out, came with a great attitude and on top of it all--he FIXED my issue on the spot within a minute flat! No need to be towed at all. Before he fixed it, he expressed concern that my daughters and I wouldn't have transportation, seemed vested in helping us figure that out, and was very happy to do so.
If I ever have the need to hire a tow truck, I will call KO without hesitation!
Brian M. just came to tow my Beetle to the shop. He arrived so much faster than I expected and was very polite. Always sucks to have car problems, but KO Towing made a bad day better! Will definitely call them for all of my future needs.
After calling multiple wrecker servicer providers K O, not only answered the call, but also provided a reasonable time frame to pick up a vehicle. I was with the non starting stranded vehicle, they arrived before the stated time frame, which was greatly appreciated in the freezing morning weather. The driver was curitious and efficient in loading, transporting, and unloading my vehicle. They accept credit card payment, with paperless receipt, billing was simple. Everyone I spoke with, over the phone or in person was respectful, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this company!
David, the owner came out and helped me himself. Very down to earth guy, and fast safe service. He put my car on his bed, and was very careful to use all of the factory-installed tow and hook up points that my vehicle was equipped with so as not to cause any damage what so ever.
They were so friendly!! Quoted me a tow that was $40 - $75 lower than the other 11 tow companies I called. They called me to tell me when my car was deliveries to the auto shop, conveniently took my payment over the phone, then knocked off another $5 for being patient!!! They didn't even deliver late!! I was told it would be later afternoon, they were on time. Melissa if a great customer service Rep!! She was great in the phone, friendly, competent, and genuinely aimed to please me as a customer. I'll always call KO Towing first and suggest it to anyone needing a tow!!
