The work done to my 04' Chevy silverado was amazing, I was quoted a problem I asked a bigger business to do and came back with the invoice and they denied me service. I was glad to know this company is reasonable with price and work time. They also fixed my vehicle and the issues with it and it drove brand new again. I had car problems very early in the morning, Shawn responded quickly and was able to get my vehicle looked at asap. He found the diagnosis fast and got the job done even faster. I was worried it would take atleast a couple days but Shawn got it done within a couple hours. He even reached out multiple times after I picked up to make sure everything was still going good. Shawn worked on my Jeep Liberty replacing the struts, axels, hub assemblies, and control arms on both sides of the front end.
We were allowed to supply our own parts which was nice, we had a friend that was going to do it and then ghosted us. Some mechanics won’t bother if they can’t order the parts and up-charge themselves.
Shawn communicated with us through the entire process, answering any and all questions and concerns we had. He also included progress pictures. His pricing was beyond reasonable and turnaround time was extremely efficient, way faster than most garages. He even worked on a Sunday and Labor Day which was above and beyond anything I could ever have expected or asked for, with no up-charge to his labor costs.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shawn to anyone who wants a genuinely knowledgeable mechanic that isn’t you to gouge your wallet and have you sitting around missing work. He absolutely prioritizes his customers and does an incredible job.
Shawn knows his stuff! The check engine light came on in my Ford F250. He diagnosed it and went right to work fixing ignition coil issues, changed all spark plugs +. He explained things, he stayed in contact, sending pictures of parts removed, and he had it up and running in a few hours! Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my AC and Shawn squeezed me in the very next day—on a Saturday! He replaced my condenser by the very next morning and changed my oil too. I drove 12 hours to come visit family in Kentucky. About two hours from E-town, my front hub assembly decided to go and was rattling and making it very hard for me to drive. Shawn was suggested as a reliable mechanic by my son-in-law. He knew that I was on a time schedule and needed to get back to the Delaware by the weekend, so he took my car right away. He let me know that if my mechanic back home had any questions, to please call. The price for parts and labor was very reasonable.
