I've had my truck repaired at HCT&T twice. Both times they've gone out of their way to make it work out for me. Tyler, Robert, and Wendell have put in a great deal of effort to get my truck out the door in good order and put me back to work. They're just great to work with.
My driver was involved in accident on Sunday morning and called this towing company for assistance. They provided excellent service at a very reasonable price! The dispatcher and driver were both highly skilled and professional. Great people and a great business! I’m truly grateful for their help!
I had my fuel system quit on me when I was leaving Walmart. Harley was fast and efficient, showed up quicker than I expected! Great service, very friendly, and probably the best in all of Kentucky.

Had a double blow out on air compressor I was pulling and AJ came through and worked wonders. Had a tough task like I witnessed with other towing companies with installing 235/75R 17.5 tires but he kept his composure, stayed focus and got the job done thanks and will definitely keep you guys in mind if I ever have trouble again and I’m around the way.
Tyler is the best. After calling a large amount of mobile services. I spoke with Tyler and he made me feel completely at ease. He sent out Andy to come and look at my truck to access the situation. We then agreed to get the truck fixed in the morning. Tyler would be the one doing the work which made me feel even better. I really didn't think it could be done on the side of the road but he got it done. I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had in the 17 years I have been in business. A lot of companies think they can get over on me because I am a woman in a man dominated field. The prices are extremely fair also. Please use them. You will not be disappointed. If I ever have a issue and we are in the area, I will be calling them.
this review is on behalf of my dad. last week he needed of their service to fix his truck and Taylor Cain was a great help to fix the vgt install the injector and calibrate the valves and turbo only good things to say about him. on behalf of my dad thank you for all your hard work and great an accessible prices!
My husband took his dump truck here based off the mostly positive reviews. Huge mistake. The truck had to be towed because it would not start. They had the truck for two weeks and put a total of ten billable hours into it. They replace the high pressure oil pump and the newly flashed ecm. Both of the parts my husband picked up to help cut down on costs. At the end of the two weeks the truck still wasn't running. So, he paid the high price that was "discounted" for the work that was done in spite of them not being able to fix it. He paid another tow bill and had it sent to UHL in Indiana on a Friday afternoon. The service department is not open on weekends. On Monday morning at 8:30 they called and told him it was running. The problem was a sensor and a wire harness needed replaced. The wire harness had to be ordered otherwise we would have been able to pick it up that day. UHL had it for 2 1/2 days and it was worth every penny. I do not enjoy writing this review because I strongly agree with supporting local businesses. But at the same time my husband lost money in his business for them having his truck that long with no results. Maybe the next customer will have better luck than he had.
If I could give this shop more stars I would!! Excellent service! My truck broke down with a fuel leak Saturday evening and they were able to send out a tow & bring me to there shop. Got me out by Tuesday morning!

Unworldly people, they will lie to you and give you wrong information for their own benefit. They got us in trouble with a loaded trailer because they were lying on completion on repair and towing. I will never use them again!
They never fixed our truck after 4 days of sitting there and at the end they towed us to Volvo dealer.
These people are really good people. Friday - noon - RV making a sound like a bad wheel bearing. Every shop we called was full. Visions of a list weekend in a motel with a rent car. This was near another shop we went to, thought what the hell - can’t hurt to ask. Yes - Tyler can look at it when he gets back from lunch. He did - not a bearing, just a loose dust shield. Removed and on our way in 15 minutes! Lifesavers! I’m betting their work on the big rigs is just as competent and helpful. Thank you Tyler!

Sure enough got bags ..put me right in
shopTyler took 1 off checked bolt that I didn't get initially... well needed NEW...SO Todd even took me to get correct ones.. got back Tyler had other bag off . Wham Bam Bang got them on & out the door again.. Good people.Fair prices.. Honeary.. Big Plus ..THANK's Y'all.

Jamie was the one that did the work and was very thorough and professional. This shop is a really busy place but I think they would be worth the wait.

I had a truck broke down at the loves. Todd was excellent at getting a technician out there to see what the issue was. When Tyler arrived he kept me informed of everything he done to try and get the truck running. Unfortunately, it was an electrical issue knowing this he still tried to track down the problem I then called Todd and requested a wrecker come get the truck for repair. Todd informed me upfront that he would not be able to fix the issue at the shop it needed to go to freight liner. Upon time to pay the bill I was very surprised to see the amount charged. It was very fair priced. For the time that was spent working on the truck. I would definitely recommend these guys for your breakdown needs. They was able to get the truck started and my driver was back on his way.
Amazing service. We had a bearing go out and the frame crack while finishing up our cross country trip. These guys not only got us fixed up, but stayed late, on a Friday to do it. Highly recommend these guys, excellent people and fair price.
I called and left my number and asked for a return call. I needed a vehicle towed. I was told this was reputable so I was willing to wait. Never got a call back and my sons vehicle was broken into that night. How hard is it just to return a call
They towed a buddies truck on a miscommunication error between the shop and truck owner, truck now has a dent and missing the toolbox. Operator didn’t even know how to correctly use the rollback, damage the exhaust on the truck. Asked to see footage from cameras to see when the box was stolen and no help. I wouldn’t recommend ever using them, guess that’s why the police do.
