Where I work, we use Nall's Wrecker Service for everything from getting stuck in fields to breaking down on the side of the road. They are super nice people to deal with.
This place is a complete ripoff! They won't let me pick up my vehicle until I pay them $3000.. I have someone that will pick it up so the bill will stop racking up but they refused..
I called to have a tire change was told one price the person came and charged me 50 dollars more after they fixed my tire I gave all the information even called back and told them that's bad business. I will never use them again .
Had to get my car towed back home after it overheated, AAA sent this company. The driver was quick to get there and knew where the tow hook was on my car.
My insurance company called Nalls towing after I had a suspension failure on I65 over the weekend. They we're quick to get me off the side of the road And had a safe tow to The shop to get it fixed. Really appreciate it!
They were awesome. Quick service, friendly and reasonably priced. Very thankful for their towing services while stranded. Great Job!!!! Highly recommend!!!
I'm sure they are wonderful towing service, but one of their drivers lives across from my home and is parking this huge towing truck on my edge my yard and doing damage. I called their office, the lady that answered doesn't seem to care about my issue.
Pulled out of a ditch on 65... towed to me to Carl’s (thankfully). This is when I find out I was over charged by $100 compared to the two companies. The driver even made a remark to me about Carl’s, I was happy with his services and price to get us back on the road.
👎🏻👎🏻
Really nice people but it would have been nice to get my wheels back so next time they need to drop it off at my farm because they won't let you take the wheels off in their lot otherwise they would have got a five star
I called Nall's to get my girlfriend out of a ditch when the snow stranded them against a tree for hours. When I told them I'd be paying for the tow so I could see them home safely, I was asked repeatedly what my connection to the person being towed was. When I said they were my girlfriend and I was just trying to pay for her tow to get home, the man on the line changed tone and told me that they couldn't take my payment. Amazing work morals whenever you have to be the victim of an accident to actually get a tow done. She sat there for 5 hours unable to be towed because various companies were closed at the time. Great work, Nall's!
The wrecker that actually showed up was NOT Nall's. However, the driver was...mostly...polite. Got my car unlocked--again--let me pay with plastic money and we both went on our ways.
I called this company because my trailer blew two tires on the same side. They didn't have the right size tires so I asked about getting towed or switching a tire from the other side. They said the would send someone out and they did. They sent Dougs wrecker service in a full size van. They switched the tire for me no problem. The phone service was awesome and friendly, the driver was friendly too, took him less than 20 minutes to change them. Then I got a bill with all the extra charges, It was $229 to do a simple tire change. See reviews for Dougs also, they are sister companies.
