Great service! Randy delt with my issues and had me in and out the same day! Reasonable pricing and friendly service. Explained to me and showed me where my problem was coming from and Explained how it was going to be fixed! Highly recommend going here if needing anything checked out or fixed!!
My Husband brought his old Nissan here with mechanical issues and they fixed it and it is now running again! We also dropped off our Honda HRV due to a flat tire and they quickly fixed it. Pricing was reasonable and they were very communicative about the entire process. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in Danville looking for honest mechanic work!
Randy and Freddy really took care of me when I had an issue with my car. They were quick to get me in and quick to get the car fixed. I do most of my own mechanic work but when the job gets too big for me, I trust these guys to get the job done quick. I would highly recommend R and F shop. They are honest, hardworking individuals that value their clients time and stick to their word.
DO NOT take your vehicle here. They had a family members vehicle for over a year and still didn't fix it. Always excuse after excuse for the procrastinating of getting the job done. Got the car back today on a rollback, and the motor wasn't even fully put together. Pieces of the motor was in a box in the car and stuff not even bolted on. WARNING ⚠️⚠️ underage kids (16 & under) working on customers cars and even driving them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS MECHANIC SHOP!!!!
If Google review had negative 1O, this place would definitely get it. They had a family members vehicle for over a year and still didn't fix it. Finally got it back to the house on a rollback today and the engine was not put together. Pieces to the motor was left unbolted and just placed on the top of the motor and in a box in the backseat of the car. And the family member was charged $920 for nothing. They also have underage kids (16 and under) working on customers vehicles that don't know what they're doing. Also, the underage kids will test drive the customers vehicles. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE R AND F SHOP FOR ANY VEHICLE WORK!!
My guys! Randy and Fred are awesome, honest, dependable, reasonable and knowledgeable mechanics. Always got my back and Always willing to explain and get to the problem. I would highly recommend them as your new mechanics too!! You won’t be disappointed in their work. As a woman- it feels good to know- they want my business and not just my money.
