Took my car in last Friday for an alignment. My steering was off to the right. When I picked it up, it was tilted to the left. Brought it back Monday to have them fix it. Was told it was all set. My steering is still off to the left and not centered. Not satisfied at all!!

Honest, friendly staff! Wrapping up a visit with my mother in Sheperdsville as her mother had just passed. Strained 400+ miles from home, my radiator let loose. I made a slow roll into Perryville. Awesome quaint towns, but no cell signal. Bought a gallon of water from shell and limped down 150 where Darrell Estes recommend Automate, as I overheated at his house. A few hours later, I made it to Automate. Immediately took my car into the garage bay. Within a few hours I was back on the road! The price was more than fair for a person with desperation written all over their face. :) Thank you Automate team! - Shaw

We went due to a noise our vehicle was making. It ended up being a very silly issue another mechanic messed up on. Automate got the work done quickly and at an amaizing price. I was thrilled with the service.

I've gone to Automate for over 20 years. The employees are kind and will tell me if a repair is necessary or not. I've had them tell me a repair was not worth it or not necessary, which saved me a load of money. I live out of town but I travel to Danville when I need car work done.
