James B was super kind and helpful! I had absolutely no clue what kind of oil my vehicle needed, he came out and retrieved my VIN number, looked it up and made sure I purchased the correct oil. He had to go into the back to find it, he was super quick about it. Overall, 10 stars⭐️

The only reason I could leave one star is because there's one good parts guy there. His name is Brad. He is the wholesale guy very intelligent and knows what he's doing. The rest including the manager are absolutely horrible they will not let you speak. They do not place the orders correctly you usually on the phone with them for long Waits that produce nothing. The old store had five amazing Parts people and I had shopped there for 15 years and had no problems. I don't know what happened to them after Advanced spot them but I sure wish they were back. If you need to get parts I recommend you order them online instead of buying them from this place.
I'll be honest, my latest experience at a couple other locations had me so convinced I was done with Advance Auto that I cashed in all perks bucks. But the customer service at this store convinced me to give them another try.
this is the place you want to be for parts. connected to a major warehouse and a family shop feel. they got you covered, spanish speaking as well. Tyler was patient and professional as was the atmosphere
First time in this store. Worked with a gentleman named Cameron. Just wanted to give a hat's off to this guy. Super professional attitude with lots of knowledge in finding the right parts for you. The conversation felt like the way it did 40 years ago when people cared about seeing things done well. BOSS you need to give this guy more money for a job well done. Model counter person, Great job, I'll shop here now.
Super frustrated- I purchased a trailer connector for an F150. It was an open pack only stapled shut and the last one on the shelf. The person working told me that’s the part I needed and that if it didn’t fit I could return it. When I tried to return it the person working tells me that goes against their policy and they don’t accept returns for that part. Clearly someone got the benefit of that return policy before me but I wasn’t allowed the same. I will not be returning- there are too many car part retailers with better and consistent service standards.
Went to order a part online but their app is having technical issues. Reached out to their online agent for support and after 10-15 minutes and answering a ton of questions, chat ended. So then I go to call the store directly and they asked questions and employee said let me go check with my boss and I’ll place you on a brief hold. Then they hung up on me lol clearly they aren’t needing my business anymore. Will try AutoZone now, there is NO WAY service can be any worse.
Stayed a few minutes past close to get me the parts I ordered last minute online, they could’ve easily said no, we’re closed at 7. shoutout to those guys, amazing customer service!!!
Max on nieman road assisted me with parts. called him up multiple times getting parts in order, he located, and sat out for waiting upon request, was extremely professional and remembered who I was on the numerous call backs immediately. HE EVEN STAYED LATE AS ALL THE BOLTS WERE SIEZED ON MY PROJECT. and upon entering the store he treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Side note I’m a former oreillys employee as of a few years ago and mainly deal with oreillys for parts. this encounter has made me switch sides for parts, as over the phone 99% of the time I’ve never received the same encounter I just experienced 10/10 warehouse advanced is where it’s at
had to have roadside assist jump my car this morning. i drove straight to advance b/c my son said they can test batt, & replace if necessary. he sent me to one he's gotten great help from before.
they tested it, & it was basically inconclusive. so i was advised to take it on the highway, really drive it, & come back if necessary.
i did that, but was worried abt it not starting again, so i went back. they tested it, & still inconclusive, but they explained why it probably wasn't starter or alternator, which i knew, b/c it would "click".
i turned it off, & it wouldn't start. obviously it was the batt. i purchased one, & they had it installed in abt 15/20 mins.

This place is so convenient! The warehouse is attached to the back. Price is very fair as well. I called about shocks and struts they had them there by the time I drove there. I decided to get ball joints and they had them delivered to the counter within 10 minutes! Definitely will be returning there.
This store is well stocked, it's the cleanest, well stocked, most attention to detail store I've ever been in. Every time I've been in this store the product is lined up perfectly on the shelves, labels facing the same, everything is very well lit & not one item out of place. The staff is courteous, always very helpful, knowledgeable about what I'm looking for & able to answer any questions I have. This is probably the flagship/training store for the city, if it's not it should be... either way nice job guys.
I appreciated the tall guy that assisted me. I didn't catch his name but he could certainly pass for Triple H. Height, helpful and hospitable. I couldn't have poured my oil with out climbing and scuffing my boots. Appreciate ya, Triple H.
