Went in for an estimate. Called after a week because I hadn’t received it, and it’s now been a month and I’ve still not heard from them.

BEWARE! They are under new management and it's really Crash Champions with the same Weaver's logo outside. You can definitely tell the difference. I was a huge fan of Weaver's and never felt taken advantage of at any point. My dad works on cars and he even trusted this place. Things ain't what they used to be and although it's the same number, website, and logo they are attempting not to honor my Weaver's warranty. We'll see how it all turns out because at this point, I've been without my car for 5 weeks. I'm not impressed with the new management at all. You have been warned!

LISTEN, I will recommend this location to anyone I come across that is in need of repairs. I got my brand new 2024 Honda Civic in October, and was hit on my driver side on the highway in March. The airbags deployed and I had various parts that needed to be replaced. I chose Crash Champions due to the fact that my insurance recommended them as they work on a lot of Hondas. Luis was my first contact and Blake was assigned to my case. They both made me feel at peace considering it was my first wreck. I was kept up to date regularly so I was never guessing what was happening at the shop. They made sure that when it was time to pick up my vehicle, that it was PERFECT. I mean, just drove it off the lot perfect. It was even detailed! I am in the customer service industry myself, and I would be proud to have Luis and Blake by my side based on the fact that they were understanding, empathetic and truly went above and beyond. We need more people like them around. CALL NOW!

Crash Champions of Shawnee should never be used for vehicles that require anything needing mechanical work included in your repair. Crash Champions has sent my vehicle to Christian Brothers for actual mechanical repairs and I am experiencing multiple delays and mis-information being provided to me on my repair timeline. My vehicle was dropped of at Crash Champions on 2/8, estimate provided on 2/11 due to the weekend. First estimated completion date was 2/21. On 2/14 "vehicle is underway" . Updated completion adjusted to 2/26. On 2/19 "half way mark" was status. On 2/20 "on track for 2/26 completion". On 2/25 up dated completion to 3/6. On 3/4 all parts have been received, WONDER HOW THEY WERE HALF WAY DONE AND DINDT EVEN HAVE PARTS. On 3/6 updated to 3/13 completion. On 3/12 my vehicle had not even been looked at by the sub-contractor Christian Brothers. On 3/12 updated to 3/17 no later than completion. My vehicle was finally looked at on 3/18, and needed additional parts. The part was ordered and the wrong part was received. 3/19 new part ordered, with 2-3 day delivery, update to 3/24 expected completion. On 3/24 promised by end of day, not delivered. On 3/25 still not delivered and on test drive it was determined new bearings are needed. Christian Brothers cannot guaranty when the vehicle will be put back in a bay to be fixed. Crash Champions has now updated the delivery to 3/27. Vehicle still not finished. The advisor at Crash Champions has been very polite, but cannot get the sub-contractor to complete work. The repairs have been paid by the insurance company, minus my deductible on pick-up. I would say I will never go back to Crash Champions but, I believe I will be back there for poor repairs by sub-contractor. Time will tell.

Horrible customer service from the general manager and other staff. They will lie to you, not have your vehicle ready when promised, and will NOT return a call whatsoever!! Plenty of other great places around. After having our truck for 2 weeks the GM is now ordering a third window bc the first two didn’t line up right. I asked why was it ordered wrong twice? The answer was he has NO control over what parts come in. If the person ordering the parts has no idea what is coming, who would???? Don’t waste your money or more importantly your time with this place. Keep researching and don’t make the mistake we did.

Terrible customer service. They called me on a Thursday and said car would be ready on Friday or Monday. Called late Friday and said they would call me Monday morning with time to pick up car on Monday. Did not hear from them on Monday morning and I called for pick up time. Receptionist who could care less about the customer said she did not know . I asked her to have some one call me who does know. A woman called me back and was so rude and condescending and told me they didn’t have to have my car ready until Wednesday. I tried to explain that they told me it would be done on Monday. She did not care and said that they didn’t have to have it done until Wednesday. I have a voicemail that said I could pick it up today. No apologies. They called on Tuesday for pick up. They were rude at pick up. Additionally, they gave us a bid for $3800, when we dropped it off for estimate. It went up by $1700 in 30 minutes of drop off for repair. They increased again at pick up. We do not trust this company and I think they are gouging insurance companies. I strongly think you should not use this place.

Poor customer service, I was told when I dropped off my vehicle that it would be ready within 10 days but on the website it said 9/6. I was also told I would be provided with updates about the status of my vehicle. It was completed earlier than expected but I was not notified during process of repairs, of how soon it would be ready to pick up I was just notified when they ordered parts and when it was completed. Most of us people nowadays are living paycheck to paycheck, so im leaving this one star review to say that I am frustrated with the communication and service I received from Crash Champions. I had to get a payday loan to have my car returned because I didn't have the funds available due to poor communication. No sympathy whatsoever.

Crash Champions did a fantastic job fixing my F150. The work is great and they kept us updated through out the entire process. The management personally showed interest in providing the best possible service and made sure I was happy at all levels of the project! I would definitely refer this company in the future.

I truly wish I had a good experience here but I couldn't wait for it to end. I dropped my car off on July 23rd and was told I'd hear back from then in a couple days. I received no communication and every time I called the gal seemed uninterested in helping me or made it seem like I was being a burden. I called again on August 6th (which took an hour and 21 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I even called right at open). I FINALLY got some answers and the gal on the phone was actually helpful (I believe it was the parts manager?). I requested for Wade to call me back as he never once communicated with me. I'll admit, I was frustrated on the phone but the way he spoke to me was not okay. Somehow, after that phone call my car was done the very next day. When I went to pick up my car, there was a massive scratch on a BRAND NEW BUMPER. When I picked up my car, Wade was no where to be found until I found the scratch. The gal at the front took me to my car and even said to me that she thought he was in Olathe. They did take it back and fix it immediately (shout out to Russell - body shop Russell, NOT the GM). I enjoyed this place when they were Weavers, but now it's just bad. The craziest part to me is that I mailed off a passport to renew the same day I dropped my car off and received a brand new passport before ever hearing anything about my vehicle. Used to enjoy doing business with Weaver's (Crash Champions). This latest experience was awful, and they didn't even care. They put a supervisor on the phone of some sort, and she literally told me not to bring my car to them. Was my daughter's car, was stolen, has some damage. I understand if they're too booked up, if that was the case, but why be hostile toward a customer - it was bizarre. Perhaps she is overworked and stressed out.

Phenomenal service! From the front desk to the mechanics and managers- they were all very helpful, kind and professional. They kept me up to date on my repair progress, communicated well and did a great job on the car. They even cleaned the whole inside, so definitely above and beyond service here.

I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely atrocious my experience was with crash champions. I went to them after getting in a car accident and this is the most god awful body work I have ever seen. They had my car for almost two months and it is repulsive. I asked them to fix it and this is their "fixed" job which looks exactly the same. As you can see, nothing is lined up like it is supposed to be and there is gapping! Truly terrible. If this is what my "body work" looks like I'd sure hate to know how terrible of a job they may have done on the underneath part. Truly appalled they would let something leave their shop looking this bad. I had two other people who have been in the industry for years look at it once I left and they said it was absolutely terrible work. They were truly shocked. I am so disappointed in crash champions and also so very disappointed that I now have to drive a jeep that looks this bad after it was supposed to get fixed. Not to mention, the communication was terrible. They had my car for over a month-almost two, and it was always a struggle to get an update. I was also promised multiple times it would be done that week, and it was drug out until the following. I would have been fine with it taking so long if the work showed why, but it looks like a child with no experience in the car industry worked on my car. Unacceptable

They were great! They helped ahead of time to make sure Enterprise was going to be there to pick me up, when I got there we went over the car together, discussed what needed done, an estimate, they talked to my insurance company and made sure it was all good before I left. They kept me updated via email & text on how my car was doing, & made it look great! If only the first body shop that worked on my car 10 years ago were as good, it wouldn't have the lingering issues it has had since. I am very pleased with Crash Champions & if I heed more body work, they'll be my first choice! I highly recommend them!

-Crash Champions / Weavers quoted $1100 to replace “blown out” ball joint & suspension control arm when I went in for oil change. -Made an appointment to have the work done a week later. -Arrived at appointment and was told there was no tech there to do the work. Rescheduled for a few days later. -Got a friend’s recommendation for another auto shop (Shawnee Auto) and took it there to have it checked out in the meantime -Shawnee Auto examined car and concluded there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints. No replacement or repair needed.

I cannot recommend them enough. The whole process from scheduling the estimate through picking up my vehicle was one of the easiest customer experiences I’ve had. Shawn was my contact and Debbie in the office were amazing. They even completely cleaned the inside of my car so when I picked it up it literally looked like a new car! A+++ experience.

Highly recommend for ANY car repair needs or servicing! They provided an exceptional customer service experience during a stressful situation (hit-and-run collision) and I felt like they always had the customers best interest in mind. Jody provided a superb initial consultation, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the entire process. Brian worked diligently and relentlessly with my insurance company while also keeping me updated with constant communication. From start to finish, working with Weaver's was an amazing experience. The work that they did on my car (paint, body, sensors, parts) was high quality as well.

I recently used Weavers to repair a door ding to my drivers door. The quote was on point with exactly what the amount ended up being, they did an amazing job repairing my door and surprisingly it was done in 2 days. I was very impressed with their professionalism the moment I walked through the door. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend using them for any auto body or auto service needs.

I had a great experience at Weaver’s from the initial phone call. They were kind, personable, and professional. They turned a bad situation (having to repair my car after someone hit it with their work truck) into a very positive experience and I am happy to say I will be giving them all my car business for future maintenance needs. After having to deal with car dealerships that were very dishonest about repair needs on my car (Hendrick Toyota), it was so refreshing to deal with honest mechanics. I highly recommend Weaver’s to anyone in need of body work or general car maintenance. After the repair my car came back looking amazing and was cleaner than it’s been since I have owned it! Great people, great company!

This is my first time using Weaver’s. Needed some body work done after a small fender bender and I have to say that Sean and everyone there were a pleasure to deal with. They were able to get the car in right away and helped with keeping the rental car company informed when the repairs took a little longer than expected. Everything looked great when they finished. I would highly recommend them if you need body work done on your car.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Spoke with both Jeremy and Nikki, both were extremely knowledgeable and polite when answering any questions I had. I went in for a pre-purchase used vehicle inspection and Nikki pretty much saved the sale of the vehicle to me. Had I not been treated the way they were towards me, I likely would've returned the vehicle to the dealer for a full refund and picked something else. This company will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I plan to go back for regular maintenance due to the level of care they provide to their customers. Nikki is absolutely fantastic to work with, I strongly urge you to check them out!

Nikki is amazing. She made my experience from getting my old car checked out to giving me advice about getting a new "used" car and suggested on bringing it back to checked out. When I finally broke down and purchase a car I called her to make sure this car would be running in good shape. She called the warranty company and got everything replaced in such a fast turn around. She also let known everything that was taking place every second of the way. I am beyond impressed not only her spectacular service but the team that work on my car getting it done in a timely manner. I will highly recommend Weaver's to everyone!!

I had a small body repair to do on my truck. When I stopped in earlier in the week to get an estimate Tony and Sydney took great care of me. They got appointment set in two days and repaired. This is great customer service. They did a great job, and the overall cost was less then first estimated, that is another reason I would refer Weaver Auto Center for any body or mechanical work. The whole team did a great job., they did an awesome job from start to finish. Thank you again for all your help.

I couldn't have asked for better service. This was my first time here, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. Everyone I passed by in the facility was friendly and made me feel like I was a valued customer. My vehicle needed a fairly substantial amount of routine maintenance (more than I had expected), but the information was shared in a non-pressured and honest way, and I trusted that the recommended work was needed. I'll definitely be returning for all my vehicle's maintenance needs. Also, the shuttle service home/back is a great perk!

Excellent service and care. The work was excellent as usual. Great communication. They made sure I clearly understood what was being repaired, and the timeline involved. The car rental service couldn't be any easier. Weavers has always gone above and beyond when working on our vehicles. They stand by their work. That has been the most important part for us returning. Mistakes happen, and there was one rare instance years ago where there was a mistake. Weaver's made it right on their own dime and didn't short cut the work. I have gone to them for any body work since then. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Weaver's Auto Service takes great care of your car's repair needs. They are very customer-focused, and do a great job at a reasonable price. As far as I am concerned, they have earned my business whenever I need something done for my car. They also provided me a ride to work, which was nice. Check them out for your next mechanical repair, they are very professional!

My experience with Weaver's was exceptional. Not only did they take wonderful care of my car repairs, they made sure I was comfortable upon every visit. When I came to pick my car up after body work was done, I had four separate people ask if I wanted water/coffee/anything while I waited. Once my body repairs were done, I hopped in my car to find that the inside had been fully cleaned. They also gave me a $25 voucher for any mechanical repairs needed (including a simple oil change). I would definitely recommend this establishment both for their customer service and their overall work.
