Spent over $3,000 for parts that did not need to be replaced. Despite the time and cost, the original problem remains unresolved. In the end, Ford acknowledged they were unable to diagnose their own vehicle!
Communication has also been unacceptable. I rarely receive updates. I must call and email repeatedly just to get a response. This has wasted significant time, caused hardship, and resulted in financial loss

I can not say enough about their parts department being helpful and putting the extra time and energy into making sure ur needs are meet.. as everything goes if I had to do it over again every part I needed would of came from them.. they r so accommodating and friendly.. hats off to the parts department... if I ever do another rebuilder that is ford or lincoln they r the only place I will get my parts from... thank you danny buckner
A mighty assembly of blue collars, I could not give a higher recommendation. If you need a part for your Ford vehicle. These are the guys to go see . I was able to get a rare photo of the Sales manager during my visit and what a fine specimen he is! I will add this to my collection of rare animals I have encountered in nature. The mature beast seemed eager to procreate, enjoy!
I was sitting there waiting for my car to be repaired after a while I wanted something to eat out of the machine but I cannot get anything out of the machine because I didn't want to use my bank card or my Visa card just anywhere I wanted to use cash but unfortunately you can only use a bank card or Visa's car or MasterCard so what do that tell the customers they really don't care if you eat or not if you don't have a bank card or a charge card this is not good for the customer that has a long wait and I've been a customer for over 20 years One of the managers seeing the situation and used his own card and bought me something to eat I thank him so much
I needed some ford parts. I contacted this dealership as I have in the past. What I never expected was to be treated the way I was by them. You would expect to be flim flamed by the sales side, but I did not expect a $70.00 markup on a gas filter.
The next time I need parts, I will get the part number, and shop it. It is ridiculous that the same part can be purchased on Amazon for less than $20.00
I would have respected them more if they said you can do better elsewhere on this part.

You can do better elsewhere. I did try to talk to a manager over there. They put me on hold for 15 minutes, and never picked up. ?? for these guys.
07/19/22, I talked to the parts manager Johnn Baldridge. He asked me about the part info I found on Amazon. He was astounded at the price I found the same part for on Amazon (I gave him the listing). He couldn’t come close to the price offered on Amazon, and allowed me to return the part. Goes to show you I was wrong about Shawnee Mission Ford. Thanks Johnn! I adjusted my rating accordingly.
Now the part I got from Amazon is made entirely in China. I do believe that is where the difference is. Usually US made is better, we shall see.
They had my part in stock. There are arrows that point the way to the parts counter. They possibly close at 12 on Saturday. They were helpful, and had the tiny part for my 2003 van, so I was happy.
