My husband and I were driving from DM and watched our tire dropping pressure at an alarming rate. We made it to this O'Reilly's wondering where we could get a tire fixed on a Saturday. The young man working came out and fixed it for us, no charge. He pulled a drill bit out of the tire and plugged it, so we were able to make it home. What a blessing!
Went in yesterday and I was helped by Jessica. She couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Best service I’ve ever received in any O’Reilly’s store.
Such an amazing bunch of helpful individuals. I've had help getting outside and even installing the wipers I bought for a great price!! Feels like family!!

This O'Reilly store can't be beat! I have experienced top-of-the-line customer service here! Staff is extremely friendly. They provide exceptional assistance from finding the right part you need to often times installation of the part. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much O'Reilly staff in Indianola!
This is my local O'Reilly's. Unlike a lot of part stores. This one actually has knowledgeable staff. Not just a bunch of teenagers that know how to operate computers. Always filled with friendly staff and clean store. My go to parts store
gave me the wrong parts got and took parts off of truck started to put new parts on and found out that they where the wrong parts so had to take them all off again took them back and had to wait for a few more days
Always friendly, and as helpful as one can be when getting the parts needed. You know for that ride you need fast and in working order for this weekend. Either good company!!
They had what I ordered earlier in the day sitting up front waiting for me to stop and confirm my order before actually picking them up and paying for them .I trust their judgment in these social situations.
These guys arent the typical Oreilly's. They are always professional. Always polite. Typically knowledgeable. And always 2 blocks from home. Outstanding establishment.
When in there, costumer service is OK, there alot of employees standing around visiting & hearing alot cursing. Cursing? Is that really appropriate during business hours? Especially loud. Need to have alot of professionalism while there working.
The guy who helped me was great. Totally made me feel like I could fix my issue with my car by watching a YouTube video, and I will. My complaint comes from the price of the part I bought. It was a $100 part. Come to find out I needed 2 and they're $18 on Amazon. I definitely returned the part I bought but I'm still thankful dude mentioned me doing it myself.
Great place to gett all you auto, boat, camper and motorcycle parts. If they don't have it, they will within a day or two. Each person I dealt with there are very knowledgeable of their job, and the parts involved with their job. Really appreciate the work they do!
It’s safe to say. Without help from Andrew, Corey, and Tim. And a few others. I’d be a lot poorer and none of my vehicles would be in working order. If you have a question and your unsure... ask Andrew. I really don’t understand how, but he just knows the answer every time.
If I could give a negative star count I would! There is one employee who is always very sexist and rude! I may be a women but I’m not dumb. He continuously argues when they give us the wrong part. Even with the old part in hand with the number needed. Every time we go there which has been 3 times at least in the past 4 months we get the wrong part every time. It was so bad with the employee arguing with me and treating like I didn’t know anything my husband had to go up and get the correct parts! Which didn’t have any push back than!
We contact the store manager and all she does is apologize but nothing has changed. I will drive out of my way to go to another store before giving them any of my time!
Gave us the wrong parts as usual. We have a running joke at our house that when we purchase something we may as well turn right back around and return it cause its always the wrong part.
My wife stopped in tonahve them code a check engine light. The dumbass that checked it did not give her the code. Told her it was a loose gas cap problem is my vehicle doesn’t have a gas cap. He also would not clear the code. Just because the customer is a woman doesn’t mean you need to treat her like a dumb woman. Absolutely worse service I have ever heard of. This place is a joke. Never going back again. Treat ever customer with respect and give them the full information about the download.

Right parts. Priced like any other place. 4 out of 5 people behind the counter are good at what they do, helpful & friendly. But, this one Jagoff is a total condescending , know it all butthole. Wanted to smack him upside the head. Must be bucking for the prime parking spot. I felt bad for the other people working there that have to listen to him all day long...
Every time I shop at O'Reillys , that staff are always ready to help. I'm a female and not experienced in auto parts and they always are great. I also have been there with the female associate who was great also. I never go anywhere else to get my auto parts
