Amy and the crew here have always done a fantastic job! I’ve been going to them for a couple years now and they’ve taken care of every problem I’ve had from new brakes to my exhaust. Amy is always quick to reply to any emails or phone calls and my car has always been fixed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. Will go to them first every time.

Takes good care of my car. Keeps the old parts to show me what is wrong. Takes his time to explain my vehicle problems. Very experienced. Cost is about as decent at an auto repair shop as can be. Amy and Ron are super.
I'm new to the area, and it's always a pain to find a new mechanic. I got lucky by calling them first. First, on the phone, she was so nice and helpful. Then the work was done quickly, and done well. Finally, the price was much lower than I expected, though they had to do more work than I expected. Great people, great work, great price. What else could you want?
We live 40 minutes away and there's a reason we still take all of our cars to Norris. They are friendly, flexible with work I like to try and do myself, and always reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend any higher.

Amy always takes the time to explain rationale for repair decisions, and has helped us to keep our older cars on the road a little while longer. We wouldn't trust our regular maintenance to any one else in Indianola!

We've been taking our vehicles to Norris Automotive for years. It's the kind of place that tells you what needs to be fixed and what doesn't need to be fixed. Many times they have walked us through the options and recommended the most cost-effective one. We have faith in there work and will be customers for life.

Amy, who I talked to both times in getting my car repaired, communicates very well in telling you what is wrong with your vehicle, how they can fix it for you, and then what it will cost to get you back on the road! Norris goes above and beyond the call of duty, always going the extra mile in customer service as far as being friendly.
