Called them the day before, they worked me in the next day. I dropped my truck off in the morning and they offered me a ride to work as well. They got the alignment done the same day and stuck to their quote they told me over the phone, it's been a few months since I've had the work done and it's still going strong, overall I would say it was a great experience with the Chumley crew, Thanks guys and keep up the good work?
Scheduled a 7:30 appointment to diagnose an AC leak. Left the car all day to find out they were to busy. Left it overnight..they finally hit the job done and I picked up my truck at 4.
I think maybe your scheduling could be a bit more accurate.

Amazing. I have brought my car to Chumbley's over the years. They continually deliver top notch professional service.
In recent months, they went out of their way to diagnose and repair two extremely difficult issues. They identified a bad engine mount (which was one of those noises that was impossible to locate the source of) and corrected it.
They identified a bad catalytic converter and replaced it. One of the sensors needed to be adjusted to the new Cat. It took them less than a day to find it and correct it.
On top of it, they are very professional. The owner runs a professional shop and you know you are getting highly trained and dedicated professionals to work on the car.
It's hard to find this high level of service now days.

The service at Chumbley's Auto Care is exceptional! I was unable to get my license plate removed, nor could a person who helped me at the DOT. It was recommended that I drive to Chumbley's Auto Care to ask if they could help. From the moment I walked through the door they were kind, helpful, and did everything they could do to remove the rusted and stuck screw that was holding my old plate on (Toyota make). They diligently worked for over an hour to remove it. I really appreciate the time and kindness they displayed while helping me that day. At no point did I feel like they were inconvenienced, they genuinely seemed happy to help. I highly recommend Chumbley's Auto Care for your auto repairs!
They changed out my brakes, brake lines and rotors for my 2002 Jeep liberty and when I got the car back the first there was a new vibrating noise whenever I was doing hard brakes going over 60 mph. Told them about it and they gave me a loaner car for the better part of 2 weeks free of charge until they found the issue and warrantied out the defective rotor that was causing the issue also free of charge! Great team
I had several things that needed to be addressed. They helped me prioritize what items were important to fix right now and items I could save for my next visit so I didn't have to break the bank. I appreciated their candor and they did a great job in quick fashion. Their level of customer service never goes out of style.
Chumbley’s team truly cares and always goes above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent. I’ve had a few issues with my vehicle lately, and the stress is greatly reduced knowing Chumbley’s will do whatever it takes to help. Keegan even drove to the shop during a snowstorm to repair my van, understanding how difficult it is to have kids and no vehicle. I’m so grateful—thank you so much!

Provided good feedback on the status of repairs on par with dealership service advisor communication. . Do feel there was some up-selling of more expensive preventative maintenance services that was not necessary based on Carfax history.

My husband had taken my vehicle here to get new tires put on the rims for winter. While the service was easily scheduled via online, got confirmation call, and the service was completed correctly the one downfall was they scratched up one of my rims with a tool it appeared and didn't even mention it to my husband and I noticed it the next day. I know they can't fix it and accidents happen but saying something and acknowledging it would have been appreciated.
Great service! Quick, efficient, helpful… etc. They check all the boxes! Ownership and staff are great! Definitely the best place in the state for vehicle maintenance and repairs! They treat you like family!

I was treated with so much respect and education about the mechanical issue my VW Atlas had. I had my vehicle towed to Chumbley’s because they worked on VW delivery cars. Seth & Barry at the front desk communicated with me daily involving a PCM back order issue. Chumbley’s provided me use of their company courtesy car while part was being located which was a priceless service. They have a loyal customer in me. I cannot recommend Chumbley’s Auto Care enough! They have worked on my 1965 Mustang, 2018 Ram 3500 Longhorn, and our daughters Equinox. The level of professionalism and care they showed was outstanding. They were open, honest, and communicated with me every step of the way. When my Mustang proved to be difficult to align, they never gave up or rushed the job, they didn’t return my Mustang until it was done correctly. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair.
It’s rare to find a shop with such integrity, skilled technicians, and a genuine commitment to customer service. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else for service or maintenance. Needed a new evaporator coil for my RAV4 Hybrid and my transmission flushed. Chumbley’s provided me with their courtesy car while the repairs were made. Total cost well below dealership quote. AC works great and I have no worries about transmission issues. Great customer service!
We are from Kansas and our car started to leak a tremendous amount of oil. By the Lord’s good graces we were led to Chumbleys. Kegan, Seth, and the rest of the staff there were courteous, kind and absolutely professional. They got the car in, gave us a loaner car to make our concert, and worked with the dealership back home to pay for the repairs. They saved our vacation and gave us the peace of mind that is rare this day and age. Being so far from home with a catastrophic breakdown was terrifying, but they brought a level of care that helped calm those fears. I can not begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for their team. There are not enough stars available proclaim how loudly I would recommend them for any of your mechanical needs.

Chumbley's provided an outstanding service experience. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was misfiring, had two dead batteries and needed an oil change. They not only found the problem fast, but their communication was top-notch. I received consistent updates from Berry, and they went above and beyond by sending detailed pictures of the inspection with an itemized description for each picture. I'm no mechanic & he explained everything in words I could understand. This level of transparency made me feel completely comfortable. The pricing was fair, and I felt like I was treated with honesty. If you need a mechanic who communicates well and does excellent work, look no further. I will be going back there for all my mechanic needs.
